We were travelling with 2 kids and one was very sick 😰All the staff was so helpful with us!!! A part from that we enjoyed the swimming pool, we appriciated the food and the atmosphere!! They were cleaning everywhere constantly! I would say it's a small peaceful flowery oasis that the whole family takes care about!

Hotel was really lovely and staff super helpful

We had a great stay at Muses and it had everything we needed - free easy parking, large and clean room, balcony with lovely pool view. The hotel is very close to the public beach, only about a minute or so away. And next to eat there are restaurants and bars. The quality to price ratio is great and defintely exceeded our expectations.

Internet didn't really work in the evening.

Small facility, very family friendly place, with a great pool and nice garden area. We booked the studio with terrace, with a great view on the sea, lots of space and everything clean. Parking in the yard, good breakfast.

Small suggestions, as nothing to complain: 1/ the door could be looked at as there is some damage 2/ there were cosmetics (shampoo/body wash) but no soap and is always well seen and useful in the bathroom 3/ the terraces should be better separated at least with a screen as you literally can see in the bedroom of your neighbor and it does not give you a sense of privacy (see picture)

The food on a breakfast and dinner were excellent! The room was perfect, and cleaners changed the towels everyday!

The location was good and the breakfast was fair. The pool was small but not many people so was somewhat reasonable. When available the staff was very nice and helpful. The coffee was decent.

Breakfast was limited in choices and not many healthy options. The front desk is not mended all the time so we had to call for them to come and check us in, which was not that big of a deal. There was no AC in the bedroom, only the living space, and no mosquito net on either window so couldn't open the windows for fresh air. We were provided with a fan, but after asking for it, that stopped working. The first night was so hot that my 2-year-old could not sleep. There was only one small garbage can in the bathroom and amenities in the living space were very very minimal. A small fridge, electrical cattle, and a table, that's it. The electricity will go out periodically but will come back very fast. Parking of course was a problem as everywhere else in Sozopol and once parked you would not want to take out your car in fear of not finding a spot when you come back. Overall the rooms were overpriced for the product they offered. I will not recommend and will not be going back there.
