Everything! Location was perfect - close to beach, bars and restaurants. The breakfasts were great, fantastic selection of hot and cold food. Had dinner at hotel one night, no complaints there either. The hotel was clean, well maintained, fresh and modern. Staff friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a great view from a sea view apartment. The pool/garden area, was peaceful and quiet (when I was there anyway!) and, again, very clean and well-maintained. The loungers, on some days, had very comfy 'toppers' on them. Bliss🙂 I thought it was excellent value for money. Would recommend and I would definitely stay there again. Keep it up El Pinar!

Airco op kamer werkte niet. Meermaals langs de receptie geweest, hun gaven aan dat de airco op de kamers toch niet zo werkte als bij de receptie dus we dit niet moesten verwachten.
Ontbijt werd niet bijgevuld dus was het geld niet waard.
Tevens is de kamer in een week maar twee keer gepoetst.

The facilities offer everything you would need for a comfortable beach holiday. The sea view room had a beautiful view of Cala Llonga. The pool on the other side of the building offered a quiet relaxing contrast to the beach. The Room and beds were very comfortable. Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent lots of fresh fruit.

The staff were very friendly. Great breakfast, relaxed feel.
The shower didn't work when we arrived. It got mended the day after though when we asked.

Beautiful location! Not only for sunbathing but also for trekking. Hills from both side from hotel, just around the corner. Great stuff! Thanks to Kelly at reception 👍. Room is spacious, has everything you need ( kitchen facilities, cutlery etc ). Only iron was missing, but you can take it at reception. Courtesy room is great for people who have late flight. I'd like to go there again.
It's not about El pinar, it's generally about Cala longa. Without car it will take sobe time to get there ( btw you can use boats to get there from Ibiza, boat pier is right near hotel ). Also if you like to prepare food on your own, not much shops there. But nothing bad about El Pinar 😊. Bathroom doesn't look "fresh" and need some renovation, but everything work fine and it was clean.

Great location if you prefer to stay a bit away from the crowded city centre, which is still only a 15 minutes drive away. The beach is super close, with a good choice of restaurants, shops and bars.
Very spacious room with a good bathroom and a lovely terrace. On our first day we noticed some dust and hairs around, we let the housekeeper know and she made sure it was spotless.
We would be back.
We would have liked to have free parking and some complimentary water on arrival.

Location is amazing and arguably the best in the resort. The pool is delightful.
Shower head was blocked up. It took two days for the staff to replace it with a cheap alternative. Front desk staff were surly and unhelpful throughout our stay. You are made to pay for a safe key and to use their luggage weighing machine. Why not raise the room charge by a few euros and then appear more welcoming?

Large hotel nextdoor blocks the sunrise but a quick walk to the other side of the bay fixes that.
Possibly wasteful hosing down all the pool area before use every day. Closed until a bit too late in the morning for some.
Difficult to remember which stairwell or corridor leads where, some signs would be good.
A lot of local places and beach bars aren't open until 10 or 11am. The town was very quiet in September but parking was still difficult sometimes.

wonderful location,next to lovely beach. surroundings are very pretty.
allocated apartment was on a terrace where people constantly passed by, not a lot of privacy. walls were paper thin and noise from adjacent apartments was very intrusive.

The hotel is next to Cala Llonga, which is a very nice and calm beach. There are options of restaurants and supermarkets around. Room was big, clean and with a good aircon. The property is around 15-18 minutes from Ibiza town centre via car/taxi. There is also a boat that takes you to Ibiza Town Centre and Formentera Island.
Restaurants are expensive. Not enough entertainment options around, you have to drive to Ibiza town centre or Santa Eulalia. We were not initially told by the staff that we had to buy the breakfast buffet for every single day of our stay if we wanted to have it.

Nice views to the beach. Easy to park the car, with the option to rent a parking space for 5€ / day
