Nic se nám nelíbilo, naštěstí jen tři noci v tomto zařízení, fotky ubytování naprosto neodpovídají skutečnosti, hnusný, starý nábytek,na balkon se bojíte,aby s vámi nespadl, koberce na podlaze, špína hnus i v jídelně špinavý koberec...no hrůza 😡
Nic se nám nelíbilo..
Katastrofaea ještě chtějí doplatit parkoviště.uz nikdy více hotel Wolin

Das Frühstück war super, der Pool war schön, dass Personal freundlich
Die Baumaßnahmen waren nervig , dieses ständige bohren ,stemmen ...aber gut irgendwann müssen solche Arbeiten sein aber vielleicht sollte man dann mal 2 Wochen schließen statt gnadenlos zu renovieren.

Zimmer sauber.
Schwimmbad warm.
Bademeister sitzt seine Zeit ab.
Sauna baufällig..
Sportraum verdient seinen Namen nicht.

Gute Lage, Parkplätze vor Ort gegen Bezahlung, ruhige Zimmer
Es gibt leider nur Einzelbetten in den Doppelzimmern, welche man zusammenschieben kann. Der Whirlpool leider viel zu kalt und auch die Sauna hat nicht richtig aufgeheizt. Fitnessbereich sehr sperlich.

The location, the facilities
The breakfast area is not really clean, tables are full of bread crumbs. I have been charged twice for my stay, 1x via Booking.com automatically and one more time when I left. Still no refund in sight. Parking costs extra.

bowling was out of order partially and open lines didn’t allow to play a real game. one of jacuzzi’s was broken,

The hotel is well located to visit the town.
This hotel is past its best. Costs are being cut and it shows (the toilet seat it too small for the bowl and is a problem), the carpets are badly stained and the food in the restaurant is more suited to a canteen than a hotel.

The hotel was close to the sea side. The Room was just beautiful! So big and clean and bright. The breakfast was very tasty. The hotel Has its own bar and restaurant and offers great ways how to spend your evening. You could play billiard, darts, table tennis and evening bowling. But the hotel was full with people and there was a queue
There were too many people in the morning for breakfast and the food just ran out and new wasnt brought in. And we were not there particulary late.
Also the pool and sauna area were very cold and didnt look very welcoming. Would use renovation

24/7 reception. unfortunetly the front desk manager from 20:00 - 07:00 did´t speak english, spanish or german only ukrainian

very clean but not what I expected. thought we would be closer to beach and this hotel has no view. close to a nice wood but eaten up by mosquitos. because of covid we did not go to pool. we arrived at 1800 but got the last parking spot on the other side of hotel by the dumpsters. really no charm for all the beautiful buildings in northwest poland
