Problems with the television

The outdoor Atmosphere. Pool area was amazing.

The beds was not comfortable, one of the tv firestick remote was missing I did get any help with that . Basically rented 2 rooms end up using one room because of that .

the furniture was broken and my fiancé feel and damaged his hand and nothing was done.

The staff were warm, welcoming and accomodating. The room was exceptional.

Clean, Brunch and Comfortable.

Back-up bathroom sink (never flow).

The Location is very quiet and is in close proximity to the savannah, the zoo and many other places of interests. It was quite easy to find.

The breakfast was horrendous ... it was overcooked under seasoned eggs or sausages fried in ketchup or barbecue sauce with supermarket bought bread every day. The pastry and coconut bake (one time) served was extremely stale. The dishes were extremely small and needed to be discarded. There was repair work taking place in the room we stayed, also apparently there was an elephant staying in the room above us that trampled the entire stay. There were no spa services available, and I got a hint of classism and racism at the hotel. I felt as though my money wasn't valued there. The bathroom fittings were old and outdated. The room didn't even as much as have mats and rugs in it. It was really disheartening, I apologized to my hubby the entire stay.

The most helpful and friendly staff !! Location is everything to me. I walked to see my family and center of Port of Spain. Room extremely clean and overlooking the pool. I felt like I was in a mansion.

Breakfast was extremely limited ! If you are looking for a hardy breakfast this is not the spot for you. Pool need needed to be cleaned however it was not disgusting.

I like the location and the room and view.

the location and size of room is decent.. half the staff are lovely and friendly.

sure I was the only guest there yet half the staff looked like I was irritating them when I asked simple questions… I.e can you book me a taxi?!I everything needs repairing or updating… attitude of (half) staff and what you have to pay for your stay, it’s not worth it.

The hotel is located in an idle spot where it's close to the busy town but seems peaceful and hidden. The staff was courteous and the rooms are nice for the price I paid. The breakfast was enjoyable as they offer local foods as well as the ordinary continental. The pool is lovely but it's 9 ft deep which is great for swimmers like myself.

The restaurant is temporarily closed down so meals had to be requested in advance. Also the hotel doesn't have elevators.
