We loved our weeklong stay at this charming home. It was the perfect spot for our immediate family - 6 adults and 1 dog. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need - we especially enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and hanging out in the family room. The place is centrally located and provided us easy car access to Falmouth, Woods Hole, Sandwich, Chatham and all of the near by beaches. The Shining Sea Bike Path is minutes from the house and a definite for bicycle enthusiasts. We had perfect weather during our stay and actually did not spend much time at home - we were out and about!

The house was in North Falmouth, a short drive to Megansett Beach. There were plenty of beds for all of our family and more. The furnishings were very comfortable. We ate out all meals, so we didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well appointed. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, and the large side yard was pretty to see from the side porch. The beaches in Falmouth were all very nice, and we enjoyed a trip on the Island Queen ferry to spend a day on Martha's Vineyard. It seemed to be about a 15-minute drive to most other locations like Falmouth Center. The owners were very responsive and good to deal with. Overall, a lovely experience. Thanks!

This property was a perfect setting for our family vacation with kids and grandkids. The house and yard were beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. We especially loved the wrap around porch. The kids loved that they could walk/bike/scooter to the playground right up the street with playscape, tennis courts, and basketball. Megansett beach(easy walking distance )was lovely - the kids loved low tide and did some great fishing off the docks. The sunsets were beautiful too. The house was super comfortable and well equipped with sheets, towels, and most everything you would need. Ted and Deb were responsive and great to work with. Hope to return next summer!

...this Megansett Beach house will knock your socks off. We had a wonderful stay, Deb is a fantastic host - great communication. The house is amazing and location could not have been better. I especially loved the outdoor shower, roomy and not slippery at all. The large yard is well maintained and excellent for families. We all enjoyed our morning coffee and chats on the porch. The neighborhood is very friendly, we went on daily walks. There is an entrance to the Cape Bike Path nearby for great morning runs. The kitchen could use a larger pot/pan selection - there isn't a skillet or cookie sheet and only 1 large pot. I would hardly call this an impact, I just happen to be a cook and we loved the house so much we opted to eat a number of our meals in.

Another lovely trip
This was the second time we stayed at this property. It was just a nice and served our multi-generational family well. The owners were fast to help us with a small issue with the outdoor grille, which we appreciated!

We WERE charmed in Meganset
Wonderful open porch, great sunroom for reading, comfortable living room for games, spacious outdoor shower, big lawn and garden, walk to the beach- what more could you ask? Deb and Ted's vacation home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The whole family had a wonderful time.

Wonderful stay in North Falmouth
Great Cape house in walking distance of Megansett Beach (don’t miss the fantastic sunsets). We enjoyed biking to the nearby shining sea bike trail which goes all the way to Woods Hole. House was perfect size for our family with big kitchen area, living room, and sun room. Beds comfortable and kids liked the basement with air hockey. Very pretty garden and outdoor wrap around deck. Host was responsive. Great rental, we had a fantastic vacation.

Thanksgiving
We booked this house, for the long weekend, to host my annual Thanksgiving dinner. This house had the large dining room table and plenty of counter space. The owner left out a few things to help with our dinner. We followed our dinner with a walk to the local beach for the sunset. Overall a perfect day!

Such a fabulous house! Beautiful property and very well maintained. It was in the perfect location as we have cousins about 2 blocks away. This house had absolutely everything we could have needed. We are already looking at availability to rent this house again!

Fabulous Vacation Home
Charming and perfect ! We cannot say enough about the house , location and the owner. We have been renting vacation houses on the Cape for many summers and this is one of the best. Clean and well equipped for a perfect stay. Walk to the beach as well as a great little place for coffee and muffins in the morning. Gorgeous yard and the sunroom and porch are the best. You cannot go wrong with this house . Perfect I. Every way!

Lovely house and area
The house is very nice and spacious- lots of space for our family to spread out and read, relax, play games, etc. We love this area and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The house was so clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Cousin Reunion
Beautiful home in a very convenient location. We could walk to a small beach and watch amazing sunsets. We were able to have cousins visit and social distance in the lovely yard. Plenty of yard furniture! The house itself is clean with beautiful architectural details. The owner was easy to communicate with.

Great neighborhood
This is our first time in North Falmouth. We never really like going the Cape because of the traffic but this place is only 8 miles from the Bridge. The house is 0.6 miles from a private beach and the bike path about 0.5 miles away. The house is clean and has plenty of room for everyone. Deb is always available and answers your questions right away. I highly recommend this rental house.

Wonderful house and location!
We had a wonderful time during our stay here. The host was absolutely wonderful and the house was perfect. The home had so much space so it was easy to have guest day trip or visit without feeling cramped. The private beach was a 15 minute walk away and so peaceful - they even allow dogs :) I would definitely rent this home again!

Great stay in North Falmouth
We enjoyed this big, comfortable Cape Cod vacation home very much. Although I lived in the Mid cape for years, I am not very familiar with the North Falmouth area. The location is great, and the house is well maintained, spacious, and comfortable. Great yard too. Deb met us upon arrival and was very helpful/gracious. A few minor suggestions would be to supply bedding; a working ice maker/tray for the refrigerator; some spices for the kitchen; soap; and more than 2 beach chairs. These are minor things however. Overall it was excellent.

Fabulous time!
We had the most amazing trip! Check in was so simple and everything we needed was right at the house. The beach was a short walk and there were many restaurants and fun activities to do from biking to mini golf! My friends and I were so happy to be able to reunite in such a beautiful place. With there being 10 people some places can feel cramped but not this house!!! There was more than enough room for all of us to sleep comfortable and enjoy our time! Thanks again so much!!!

The house was great for our weekend trip with some extended family. It has all the amenities needed and was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room to roam in the side yard and great central location to beach and Falmouth center.

I want to buy this house - it's perfect!
We were coming to the Cape for a wedding and needed a place to stay for a week. We were lucky enough to find this spectacular home. There were six of us, plus various guests in and out throughout the week. More than enough room for everyone. We could all find a special place for some "alone" time too. The location in North Falmouth was perfect - a little quieter than some of the more touristy areas. The house was clean and the yard was gorgeous. Don't miss the outside shower. We would love to stay here again in the future. I should add that there were a total of three homes that guests had booked for their stay during the week - this was, by far, the nicest!
