Kure Beach Condo Next to Historic Ft. Fisher!
Questo delizioso condominio si trova al 3 ° piano con vista sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia. Questa è una nuova inserzione che sicuramente piacerà, l'ho impostata per affittare a 2 adulti o 2 adulti con un massimo di 2 bambini, se il terzo bambino è ancora abbastanza piccolo da dormire nel letto matrimoniale con te, va bene . L'unità può ospitare quattro. Nota che se fai saltare in aria la mappa di localizzazione in realtà si trova nel secondo edificio dell'ultimo complesso sul lato est dell'autostrada in direzione sud. Questo condominio è a pochi passi da Ft. Fisher State Park e meno di 1,5 miglia dal traghetto NC per Southport, una cittadina fantastica dove passeggiare e visitare diversi negozi di antiquariato. Si trova anche a circa 1,5 miglia dall'acquario NC, a tutti piacerà.
Il molo di Kure Beach si trova a circa 2 miglia di distanza per la pesca, il buon gelato, un negozio di articoli da regalo e una sala giochi.
Il padiglione vicino al molo offre sempre qualche tipo di intrattenimento durante l'estate e il lungomare è bello passeggiare e sedersi.
I militari hanno una piccola base qui a pochi passi aperta al pubico con carri armati, elicotteri e vari pezzi di equipaggiamento interessante.
Si noti che se sono disponibili solo 2 notti, possono essere noleggiati, quindi controllare il calendario. Se non puoi per favore scrivimi e ti aiuterò a farti quei 2 giorni. Se sono disponibili più di 2 insieme, è necessario noleggiarne almeno 3. Nel 2017 sono stati rimossi i vecchi sacchi di sabbia.

We had the best time at Gary’s condo!! The view could not be beat!!! The condo was fully stocked with excellent cooking supplies and a Keurig! Wish we could have stayed longer! The best is part was how you had your own piece of beach everyday. It was never crowded!!

We loved this rental! The location was great, incredible view of the ocean, I couldn’t believe how close it was to the water! We have two little kids (5 & 2) and it was easy to walk to the beach each day or run inside if we needed a popsicle or something from inside, it’s really just steps away from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. The shower was really nice too! The pool is great too and can see it from the balcony as well. Also loved how close it was to explore Fort Fisher and the aquarium. Would book it again!

My daughter and I had a girls trip, this place was perfect for us. Listing was accurate, we enjoyed the pool and beach being steps away from our location. Restaurants and entertainment weren’t far either! The kitchen was stocked with what we needed, and the size of the condo was just right! We didn’t need to contact the owner while there, but communication ahead of time was accurate and perfect. We hope to return next season!

This condo was amazing. The view from the balcony was awesome. Being able to hear the sound of the ocean from the bedroom, well that was amazing too. Verg quiet and non crowded area, which is what we wanted. Condo was clean and kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. If I had to say one thing about it, that is a little negative is the pressure in the shower, but its okay. Great place and Mr. Gary was quick with communication which is always great. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We enjoyed it so much and would love to come back!!

We very much enjoyed the view from the balcony - right on the ocean! The condo was very nice and clean, which is very important to us. Host Gary was responsive when I texted and very nice. The unit's lock system was really easy to use & the pool was great. Area/neighborhood very quiet, just kind of far (2-3 miles +) from any restaurants. Thanks so much!

We stayed at this condo location the past couple of years. This year we stayed at Gary’s place. The condo has a wonderful view and is located on a quiet stretch of the beach. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is nice, and the space is functional. I definitely recommend.

We loved the condo! Just what we wanted. I have bad knees and nerophy in my feet so I have trouble walking. so I had trouble walking to the beach. But the rooms were great! I sat and listened to the wave constanly

This property could not have had a better location! It was so cozy and comfortable! This was the best place to come home to after a day of beach adventures and was so wonderful to have coffee in the morning on the balcony watching the ocean. I will definitely one back!!! We had such a nice holiday at the riggings. This unit is so close to the beach and pool. The poo was very clean and serviced very frequently, possibly even daily. We saw them out there cleaning and testing the pool several times. We loved Kure beach. Our family would stay at this unit again. Owner is very responsive.

Great vacation
View from the balcony was super nice. A long mirror would be nice hung somewhere. Housekeeping needs to check the dryer lint catcher. We cleaned it out and it had multiple layers hard packed lint in the catcher. This could have been a fire hazard.

So close to the ocean!
I have never stayed at a property that was this close to the water’s edge. This was a very cool feature, and the view from the condo/balcony is awesome. The crashing waves can be heard throughout the condo when you have the balcony doors open, which is so great.
Pros: the view and proximity to beach and pool, nice, uncrowded beach and pool, beautiful ocean water, owner very responsive, condo very clean. Proximity to Fort Fisher a plus. We also thought the beds were comfortable. Adequately furnished. Brand new, modern shower. Combo washer/drier looked to be pretty new also. New looking balcony railing which I felt was safely done for my supervised toddler.
Cons: needs a cutting board, mixing bowls, and glass bowls to heat up food in the microwave. Would be nice to have some board/card games at the condo. Definitely would add a hand held shower head for bathing little kiddos in the shower stall, since there is no tub to put them in. Also recommend adding at least a suction cup grab bar to the shower (I brought my own).
Good to know: condo is on the 3rd floor with several steps to climb, be aware if you have a child in stroller, limited mobility, etc.
Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come here again. Thanks for having us!

We loved the condo & area, well stocked,surprised on how bad the beach corrosion was, disappointed in how unclean it was left for us upon our arrival. Nasty shower,dirty kitchen counters,sandy floors, hadn't been vacuumed. It seems it should be inspected between renters especially with Covid.

Perfect Week!
Everything about this week was perfect. The weather, the fishing, and the condo was amazing! There was a very minor hiccup when our pass code wouldn't work. Called, left Gary a voicemail and he called straight back to fix it for us! This condo has everything! I wanted to bring my box fan from home, but didn't have room for it. No worries...because I opened the closet and there was a box fan!! Fully stocked kitchen. I only used the dish washer once, as I noticed water backed up into the left side of the sink while in use. Water drains a little slower on the left side of the sink, but it does drain and works just fine. Loved our time there. I also loved that we were the last set of condos on the street, which meant our beach was more private than others on up the beach. If you're on the fence, just book it! You won't regret it! If we're ever in the area again, I will absolutely stay again. Thanks for a very memorable vacation!

Great location, cozy stay.
We had a great time, as usual. We've rented at yhe Riggings for the past 3 years now and always enjoy ourselves being so close to the beach. The inaide of the aprtment was clean and cozy and had the basic needs like TP. No towels and sheets but that was on the listing.
Couple minor cons. The ac unit in the closet sounds like a leaky pipe whenever the a/c is running. This was loud enough for me to notice when listening to the sounds of water, but only sometimes. The balcony out back didnt really have the type of furniture you would expect, just lounge chairs and a foldavle mini table but disnt sit high enough to reLly look over the rail. Lastly the bed. You need to enjoy a super sinking bed as both me and my fiance did not sleep very well coming from a memory foam mattress. This was probably the biggest drawback.
I still give 5 stars because i just love the location and other than the vastly uncomfortable bed we all had a great time

Beautiful Beach Comfort
We absolutely loved this beach condo and it’s location. It was clean and comfortable. We moved to NC from FL about 5 months ago and we were missing the ocean. We picked the perfect beach to relax for a few days! We felt like we had Kure Bch to ourselves! Hope to come back soon.

This was our first trip to Kure Beach and we absolutely loved it. Our rental property was very clean, the perfect size and in a great location. We especially loved our view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Are you going to be cooking?
The property was as advertised except we were even closer to the beach than expected. How wonderful. You almost felt like you were on a ship in the ocean. The condo was clean and restful - nicely furnished. The dish washer water dispenser kept coming out when we pulled out the racks. A little cabinet door in the kitchen need to have a hinge replaced (no big deal). My only advice is to either beef up your kitchen supplies or put in description that it is for light cooking only. It didn't have a cutting board, no mixing bowl, no rubber scrapers, etc. I donated a mixing bowl and rubber scraper for the cause! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
