The beachfront location and the external areas of the villa were sensational with lots of stylish areas for lounging, eating and socialising. The beach is pebbly and not particularly pretty but the jetty made up for this as it was easy to get into the crystal clear water. There are sandier beaches within walking distance and further down the coast but we were content to lounge around the villa watching all the colourful water sports activity going on in the bay. The water sports centre next door was a huge bonus - it was reasonably priced and we took advantage of all the activity on offer for kids and adults. The restaurants and shops of Kolymbia were an easy 10/15 minute walk away and there is a little shop just behind the villa which sells handmade sandwiches, drinks, pastries and baguettes etc. We arrived very late at night and the hosts had very thoughtfully provided a huge welcome back which contained everything we needed and more to get through the night and the next day without going to a supermarket. All in all, the villa had all the style and comfort we needed for three families of 4 people - without getting under each other’s feet - and we had a wonderful family holiday.

If I had one tiny request it would be that there were a couple of large, ovenproof serving dishes for the kitchen!

Not enough cutlery or crockery for the amount of people in villa down stairs rooms not very comfortable or practical for young family as no bathroom / toilet
