OPEN FLOOR PLAN - One Block to Ocean, One Block to Bay
Benvenuti nella nostra piccola casa sulla spiaggia, a Cape Cod, tre camere da letto, due bagni completi, con vista sulla baia dal ponte superiore, situata a un isolato dall'oceano e ad un isolato dal Brant Beach Yacht Club.
In questa bassa stagione abbiamo effettuato importanti lavori di ristrutturazione. Sollevato la casa, nuovo raccordo, nuovo tetto, legno duro aggiunto alle camere da letto, nuovo patio esterno, nuova doccia esterna, nuova recinzione per la privacy e dipinto ogni stanza.
Siamo stati in vacanza a LBI da bambini, affittati a LBI con i nostri figli mentre crescevano, e ora abbiamo un nostro piccolo posto che vorremmo condividere con le persone che amano l'isola o vogliono conoscerla.
Il primo piano di questa casa è stato rinnovato con un piano aperto ed è costituito da una nuova cucina con ripiani in granito, nuovi armadi ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. L'open space include una zona pranzo, un ampio soggiorno e comodi posti a sedere al bar della penisola. House è l'ideale per intrattenere ma abbastanza accogliente da godersi una serata tranquilla davanti alla TV o rilassarsi sul ponte. Il primo piano è completato da un bagno completo con vasca e una lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice full size.
Il secondo piano ha la camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale, due camere per gli ospiti, una con un letto full-size e l'altra con un letto full-size e una cuccetta doppia. C'è anche un bagno completo e l'accesso al ponte sul tetto. C'è un piccolo frigorifero per bevande nella hall per riporre comodamente le tue libagioni sul tetto!
L'area esterna ha un cortile recintato con un grande ponte a livello del suolo, doccia esterna, un incrociatore da spiaggia, alcune sedie da spiaggia, alcune tavole da wakeboard e boogie board e un gioco di buche di mais. Anche un paio di trappole per granchi sono a tua disposizione.
Altre caratteristiche includono, aria e calore centralizzati, uno scaldabagno senza serbatoio e una TV da 50 ". Dispone inoltre di un sistema di accesso senza chiave. È un'ottima zona per una bella passeggiata o un rilassante giro in bicicletta.

We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint fabulous place. It had absolutely everything you could possibly think of. The location is perfect and the town is lovely.

My family (including three kids six and under) stayed a week here in August. The house is exactly as listed and a perfect spot between the bay and the ocean. Although the house is on the main road, there is a crosswalk a few feet from the house which made crossing easy and safe. The house came with everything you could need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, toys, balls etc). The house was extremely clean. The fenced in backyard was awesome, my kids were able to play outside very happily. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an event at the Brant Beach Yacht Club which is 400 feet away from this property. So if you have an event at the Yacht Club this is the PERFECT LOCATION! The house has ALL the amenities and then some! It has bedding which is a very hard find in LBI. It was meticulously clean, games, bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, and much more! I very highly recommend "Sandy Pants"!!! Jim and Noelle were amazing hosts too! Great communication.

The house was incredibly cozy and felt like home. It had all of the amenities we needed for the long weekend, as well as linens and towels. The house was clean and the owner was very communicative regarding the details for checking in. The only downside is the lack of parking, but that can't be attributed to the owner. We parked our truck across the boulevard and just took our time crossing over. I would highly recommend this home to others looking to get away for a vacation on LBI.

Nice, clean, well stocked and appointed property in a great location situated exactly between the ocean and the bay. Short walk to both, to enjoy the beach, the bay, and great sunrises and sunsets! Plenty of linens, towels, blankets, and toiletries, which can be lacking in rental properties! The host was responsive and flexible, and extremely detailed in the directions provided for the house. Great outdoor space, perfect for relaxing with friends! Thank you!

This house was extremely clean, well equipped and very close to the beach. There is a convenient crosswalk right outside the house to get to the beach. The house was in walking/bike riding distance to some great food and a short drive to other restaurants. The owner was easy to text with. The house had plentiful supplies for a fun week at the beach. The corn hole and Bocce Games were a plus and the outdoor seating areas were a nice bonus after a long day at the beach. Thanks for sharing your house!

We had a great week here! Very short walk to the beach and the house had great beach items - chairs, umbrellas and cart, etc. kitchen is the best equipped vacation rental I’ve ever seen - we cooked quite a bit. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. We enjoyed all the different outdoor seating areas.

Very nice clean house, large kitchen and living room with open concept so everyone can be together. Lots of outdoor space available to dine outside. Property owner was very responsive and attentive to every need while renting property. Beach is close enough to walk.

The house was clean, beds were made and ready for our arrival. We travel a bit and this was one of the best equipped homes we have stayed in. We loved the backyard, there were 5 bikes in excellent condition, washer dryer, plenty of towels. I just can’t say enough about this place!

Clean, cozy, and well laid out home. Great for families. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make food for our family who has sever food allergies. All the "extras" you need for the beach or just a quick bike ride to the local stores. The host was great to work worth. Definitely would love to stay here again and again.

What an incredible two weeks. The communication with Host was lightening fast. Didn't have to wait more than five minutes. There isn't anything else that I could imagine they needed in that house. Utensils down to a meat thermomotor and garlic press! Very clean, spacious, wonderful decks, great central air, a lot of bikes, centrally located to walk to everything and thankfully wonderful weather! Highly recommended!

We loved staying here. Great beach equipment and a very well appointed kitchen which was important for our group. The backyard space was wonderful to relax in after a day at the beach. Just a short walk to the beach and made easier with the beach buggies to haul everything.

We selected this property primarily for its convenient location for our daughter’s wedding.
The house was perfect for some family to get ready and spend the night afterwards. A short walk to and from Brant Beach Yacht Club made it so convenient.
The traffic light at the corner made the short walk to the beach easy as well.

Wonderful Weekend
Had a wonderful weekend even with the rainy weather. This property was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Very well equipped with anything you might need and lots of thoughtful details (such as a full basket of single use toiletries, soaps etc.). The owners could not have been more helpful and graciously allowed my group to make a last minute calendar change and to check in early! I highly recommend this property for rental.

Gale Force Winds...
Going to the beach required four layers and the sun refused to come out. If it wasn't for this house and an assortment of excellent restaurants minutes away our week on LBI would have been a major disappointment. Our host went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Big TV and big couch, fully stocked kitchen. Thank you

Nice home away from home
From the booking to the exit, this was a seamless process. We were in the area before the height of the season as I came to present at a conference. It was peaceful and we were able to enjoy and explore the area without droves of people. We are planning to come back to the area because we felt comfortable with the neighborhood, available attractions and distance from home. Next trip will definitely include use of the wine fridge. We will be back.

Wonderful Accommodations!
We have been enjoying LBI for many years. Jim and Noelle’s home was a last minute find for us this year and we couldn’t have been more thrilled! They were easy to reach and communicate with. This home was by far the best “stocked” house we have ever stayed in…if you needed it, they had it. The beach was perfection and a quick walk from the house. We also enjoyed many walks to the bay. The living space and bedrooms were very comfortable for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). Highly recommend!!!

The house was in great condition with lots of cute beach decorations and very clean. The owner was in communication with me before our arrival and provided a detailed list of everything that was at the property which was super helpful. Everything you need for a great week at the beach was at this house -such as beach bikes which we enjoyed using. I would definitely recommend staying here! We enjoyed our week in LBI!

Lovely Stay.. House has everything you could need
My family came down to stay on the property for my Grandfather's memorial. Jim was an excellent host, communicated very clear instructions on arrival time, parking and entrance into the properly. House was beautiful, clean and had every amenity and appliance we needed and more. Weather was perfect and house had many great outdoor seating options, we loved it. Highly recommend a stay here and we hope to be back.

Awesome family home!
Located virtually in the middle of the island, this house has it all. Well appointed with not only robust Kitchen Aid appliances, it has everything you need for your stay at the beach. Bikes, boogie boards and towels are all provided so no need to rent or bring them with you. The back yard has a gas grill, loungers, two tables and even corn hole! I would totally recommend this property for your stay on LBI.

The house was beautiful. Had everything we needed. .Really appreciated the beach carts since we had a 1 year old with us..
Also, the bikes and chairs got a lot of use. Enjoyed the upstairs deck to watch the sunset over the bay every night. Great to have a 2nd floor refrigerator too! Short walk to the beach. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Really wonderful stay!
This was our first time renting in Brant Beach. We loved the house and the location to the beaches and the bay was perfect. The house is very clean and well kept with all you need for a great vacation. Roof top deck was a big hit to watch the sunsets. Just what we needed for a relaxing week away!
