Grazioso, affascinante e accogliente appartamento a Salò, Lago di Garda. Parte di una casa bifamiliare. Situato al piano terra.
Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa sulle colline alle spalle di Salò con splendida vista sul lago. Ampio soggiorno luminoso e fresco (con parquet) con grandi finestre, che offrono viste meravigliose anche dall'interno.
Confortevole patio e giardino fiorito con ampia terrazza privata.
Cucina ben attrezzata, separata dal soggiorno e dalla zona pranzo con un grande tavolo per 6. La cucina offre ogni comfort (frigorifero, forno, congelatore, lavastoviglie, tostapane, lavatrice, forno a microonde, bollitore ....) due bagni moderni privati e due ampie camere da letto (con parquet): letto matrimoniale e vista sul giardino e sul lago , l'altra con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo.
Inoltre ci sono due locali di servizio, dove puoi trovare tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, ad esempio mocio, ventole, aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro.
Un punto di forza dell'appartamento è l'armadio guardaroba.
All'esterno ci sono un giardino fiorito, un patio privato con tavolo e sedie, dove si può cenare o fare colazione piacevole con vista sul lago, parcheggio privato con tre posti coperti.

This is our second stay and we have had a wonderful holiday. Our hosts where friendly and helpful. The place is clean and spacious. Lovely big garden and covered parking. The views from the patio of the lake and mountains were stunning. Highly recommend this accommodation. The ferry connections from Salo where very good. Another bonus was the high speed rail link to Verona & Venice from Desenzano del Garda. Also amazing mountain bike Mecca for any keen cyclists. Loved our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

The estate shows a beautiful view on Lago di Garda, with a nice garden and terrace. The appartement itself was very clean and relly well equipped. The appartement was equipped with a lot of Italian taste, really nice.
Furthermore, there were two TVs, a dishwasher, one bathroom with a shower and the other one with a bathtub ... the sofa was big enough for us four adults. We were missing nothing there.
So, grazie mille a signora Sartorelli e Federico for all. I hope we will came back.

Toller Urlaub am Gardasee
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Salo'. Die Ferienwohnung war super. Federico war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Sehr gut geeignet für 2 Paare. Ruhige Lage und schöne Aussicht. Ausstattung ist top. Besonders attraktiv ist der Aussenbereich mit überdachter Terrasse und weitläufigem Garten.

Schöne Wohnung / toller Ausblick
Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Die Räume liegen auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Dazu gehören eine große überdachte Terrasse direkt vor dem Wohnraum und eine sehr große freie Terrasse über dem Carport (Unterstellplatz für den Pkw). Liegen und sonstige Gartenmöbel sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden.
Das Geschirr in der Küche ist zusammengesucht aber entsprechend umfangreich. Durch die Vermieterin wurde direkt am ersten Tag noch eine Filterkaffeemaschine bereitgestellt.
Zu den beiden Bädern muss klargestellt werden, dass ein Bad eine Dusche und das andere Bad eine Badewanne hat. Beide Bäder haben ein Wasschbecken, ein Bidet und ein WC. Im Duschbad steht zusätzlich eine Waschmaschine.
Zur Begrüßung stand ein erstes Versorgungspaket bereit. Nach 16 Stunden Anfahrt war das sehr hilfreich.
Über WhattsApp war jederzeit die Kontaktaufnahme zu den Vermietern möglich. Federico hat einige interessante Tipps gegeben.
Alles in Allem ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

Ruhe und Entspannung
Tolle Lage mit Sicht auf den See und trotzdem gleich in der Stadt. Supermarkt einige Gehminuten entfernt. Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder.

Entspannen am Gardasee
Bei schönstem Wetter haben wir im Spetember eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Wir wurden von Federico herzlichst empfangen und während unseres ganzen Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut. Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch der schöne Garten mit seinen beiden Terrassen laden bei einem super Blick auf den See und Saló zum Verweilen ein.
Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Perfekt für kurze Auszeit.
Der Buchungsablauf und weitere Kommunikation waren einwandfrei. Schnell und unkompliziert. Gefolgt von freundlichem Kontakt bei Gastgeber.
Das Objekt war genau wie im Angebot beschrieben. Gute Lage, traumhafter Ausblick auf Gardasee von der Terrasse aus.
Unterkunft war gepflegt, sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem was man zum Leben braucht.
Wir haben nur den Pool vermisst. Aber die Nähe zum See hat das entschädigt.
Eine Klimaanlage wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Aber standen genug Ventilatoren zur Verfügung.
Sehr netter Kontakt mit Federico. Er hat uns tolle Insidertipps gegeben.
Im Ganzen wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Manuela und Federico sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert 👍.

Excellent rental. Plenty of space, owners were very helpful and gorgeous view.
It was great. The only issue was the need for larger fans as the it was very hot and there is no AC. Otherwise, great rental.

Lovely apartment with fantastic views
We stayed at Villa Manuela during the week before Easter and were very impressed by the expansive and extremely well equipped apartment and the stunning views over the lake. The lake is very beautiful and Salo is a very interesting town.
Manuela and Federico met us at the apartment and were extremely welcoming and excellent hosts.
The apartment overlooks the lake and is only 15 minutes from the lake front and local restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts in the sun on the terrace.
Salo is quite close to rail links at Brescia and Desenzano and we got a train to Venezia quite easily. We particularly enjoyed a visit to Sirmione and a taxi boat ride on the lake. We highly recommend using Salo taxi boats for a very knowledgeable tour of the lake.

Well furnished property situated in a quiet part of Salo. Within easy reach of the the main town centre and supermarkets. The hosts were extremely helpful and provided all information to make for an enjoyable stay.Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will return

The home is well equipped, the decor is nice, the sleeping areas were comfortable and the bathrooms were adequate. The charcoal barbeque added a nice touch and was put to good use. The secured parking is an added bonus. We would highly recommend renting this Villa to anyone looking for a home away from home. Manuela was a delightful person.

Dream House, Dream View, Dream Holidays - Salo
Beautiful and well equipped apartment with spacious sun terrace. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The location is wonderful, the view breathtaking, the beautiful center and the beach of Salo are within walking distance in a few minutes. A blissful Lake Garda Home from Home
The apartment is wonderfully equipped with lots of personal touches by the owner Manuela. The panoramic view of Salo and Lake Garda is delightful. Manuela and her nephew were perfect hosts.

We, four adults, spent a lovely 10 days in Villa Manuela in April. Manuela and Federico awaited us at the house with a generous welcome pack and a detailed information folder. Both spent time with us to explain the house and surrounding area. We were made to feel most welcome in an unhurried way which is appreciated after a long journey and adds to feeling at home. The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and well located with a beautiful view onto the lake. The center and the lake are only 15-20 min by foot.
We love Lake Garda and visited many places. It was always good to come back to Salo and Villa Manuela and we were sorry when we had to leave such a lovely place. Would go back anytime.

Great location with superb view of lake. Spacious clean and comfortable
We had an excellent 2 week stay. The property was in a quiet location only 15 minute walk from town and 25 minutes from ferry terminal. Great connections from here to all lakeside towns.
The property was clean, very comfortable and well appointed. The view of the lake was superb day and night. The garden was large with a lovely sun deck. Plenty of covered parking.
Will definitely recommend. Our hosts were excellent.

A wonderful holiday property in Lake Garda
The photos posted on the website are impressive but when you arrive at the apartment and see the place for yourself it is even more impressive. Admittedly there were just the two of us but the space was substantial. Its layout, the amenities, and the garden were all first class. And the view over the lake in the distance was special. The owner, Manualla and her nephew Federico ,were always available to help with anything at the drop of a hat. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this property.

Villa Manuela is stunning! Breathtaking views over Lake Garda.
Highly recommend. The accommodation had everything we needed and more for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The interior of the villa is very contemporary and artistic and has breathtaking views of the lake from most rooms. The Villa was even better than the photos, it had everything we needed, to a very high standard.
Villa Manuela is set in a stunning location with numerous places to sit, relax and take in the views in a beautiful garden. We also had the added bonus of the smell of Jasmine wafting all around. We received excellent customer service and were warmly greeted by Manuela and Fredrico who gave us a tour of Salo. We also received a very generous welcome pack.

Unforgettable Holiday in Salo
I spent an amazing and lovely stay at Villa Manuela with my wife. Manuela and her nephew welcomed us warmly. The villa was perfect for our needs: a nice terrace and a patio with stunning lake views, a cozy and large living area and a well-equipped kitchen for our meals. We felt in love with the main bedroom, because it has lake view, so it was a pleasure to wake up every morning and see the Gulf of Salo.
Salo is lovely with lots of shops and delicious italian restaurants. The house is located in a quiet area, few steps from the old town: super location!
We would like to recommend this accomodation to everyone and we are looking forward to come back next year, maybe in September.

Live your dream!
We had a brilliant stay here, the apartment (or better the villa) is very clean and very spacious. Manuela was very helpful, showed us everything in the apartment, a lovely woman to deal with. She gave us a book with every information about Lake Garda, its towns and cities and besides she remained at our disposal during our holiday. She doesn't speak English but her nephew Federico helps her with the access to the house.
It has a great location, just 15 mins walk to the center and 5 mins walk to Piazza Mercato (where on Saturdays there is the outside market which is lovely).
Will definitely return. Thanks!

Wonderful holiday in Lake Garda at Villa Manuela
We had a fantastic holiday of 7 days in Lake Garda. Manuela welcomed with open arms and she gave us a delicious welcome box. She is a very nice and kind host . Everything was perfect. The apartment and the location are amazing. We could ask nothing better.
We definitely recommend Villa Manuela to everyone.

Holiday heaven
Our family of four stayed in Manuela's apartment for 11 nights in July and we were more than impressed. The apartment was super, spacious, comfortable, well equiped and maintained to a very high standard. The view over the lake is spectacular. Manuela and Federico were so welcoming and were attentive to our every need.
Salò is a very pretty and quaint town with many shops and restaurants along the promenade. It is a lovely base for touring the lake with super beaches close by the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.
