If you’re passing through this part of NSW and need a place to stay. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

the owner forgot sent us the pin to access the door, and it’s hard for us to contact her at Saturday, and we were waiting outside of the door for more than half hour at 7:00pm with my two kids. And they put a membership card of the zoo In the apartment,but when we use it at the entrance of the gate and be noted the membership was experienced for one month. And we have to take my two kids to go outside to buy one more ticket for my husband. But the property is good. Next time we will stay here again.

Lots of open living space with all mod cons. Comfortable lounges in 2 living spaces. Great sleeping arrangements. Easy walking distance to pubs, club and cafes for breakfast and dinner. Days spent seeing the sights of Dubbo. Property owner very friendly.

There was no soap in either bathroom, no power points or air ventilation in bathrooms, toilet seat in ensuite did not fit. Milk in fridge was expired by two months The stairs on the entrance were covered in leaves and dust. There was one tea bag, I personally think asking to strip beds was a stretch Parking was difficult.

This is an apartment with plenty of room for a larger group and offered a good location from which to explore and to chill with some friends. While the majority of the space was clean and provided what we needed, it was evident the cleaners don't move the lounges etc. to clean underneath. Also that they don't clean the dishwasher filter and check the plates are clean before putting away. We spent a good part of an hour washing up the dishes and cutlery we would use and cleaning the filter. The beds are comfy and rooms spacious and the living area is huge. The apartment needs a little maintenance before I would use the term luxe but it has great potential. We are grateful that we were not charged extra for a key that needed to be sent back it was unpleasant to be threatened with extra charges for an honest and explained mistake. If you are staying on a Monday morning be ready to be woken at 6am by the nearby aerobics class. A great space with great potential just needs a little more work.

With 3 generations (grandparents, adults siblings with partners and 2 active 10 year olds it was the right amount of space to enjoy each other but have separate zones.

The photo cannot justify how spacious this apartment is. It has everything you need. Right in the middle of town centre with shopping only minutes away. The only downside are the stairs that goes up to the apartment, might not be too suitable with very old people.

Loved this property would book again the only small thing was the tiled areas of family room and front verandah were not cleaned for a property of this standard so tried not to use these areas but everything else was spotless with plenty of space and easy walking distance from everything

We had 3 generations stay. 7 people. Plenty of room, really clean, walking distance to town pool, park. Highly recommended

We have a great stay in this apartment, it was very clean and well equipped, a good place to come back to after a day at the zoo. Lovely to have 2 lounge areas, we would highly recommend it.

Nice touch to have a bottle of wine and chocolate for the guests. Very spacious and homely.

This apartment was nice and spacious. It had plenty of space for our family. It was within walking distance to the park and RSL club for dinner. Also a short drive to the shops. Only 10 minutes away from the zoo which was the highlight of our trip. Kate was quick to respond to my emails and was kind enough to bring more towels when we needed them.

Clean and tide. Large apartment. Plenty of space for the kids.

Generally good. Great location. Great space. But showers crappy, some light bulbs blown, and some aspects of cleanliness need to be improved. Fridge in particular. Also no info re rubbish beforehand - only on last day instructions were we told how to deal with rubbish. We try to deal with rubbish as we go, so caused some consternation.

We found the unit to have plenty of space for our two families including two children to share. The unit comes with all the necessities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds and we found that it was an easy walk to local clubs and the centre of town.

The stairs up to the appartment were a little challenging for one of the people, but everything else fantastic, and great location

Kate's apartment was beautiful. A place we called home for a month!!!!! It was everything we would have liked - just as the description said. Spacious and modern. There were many nice touches to the place. Kate had put all the neccessary things like eggs, milk, fruit and some other things for us to start off. It was a most wonderful experience for us. The apartment is very accessible to everything. The town centre was within walking distance. We could explore many cafes and restaurants during our time. Dubbo Zoo is also close by. As for Kate, she was a perfect hostess. She helped us in many ways. Can't thank her enough!!!! Her family was beautiful and warm. Something I am still sharing with my city friends. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Kate for everything!!!!! :)

The apartment is in a great location. Clean, comfortable and very spacious. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, ample towels and plenty of room for 3 couples. Owners had been thoughtful and supplied some breakfast provisions, water, milk, juice and cleaning products for kitchen and laundry. Owners very responsive, pleasant and readily available to answer questions. Would stay again.
