The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to several famous tourist attractions. The room is spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff speaks English very well and has a strong service mindset, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The bed was a bit firm and had a slight musty smell.

El personal es muy agradable y amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Las instalaciones limpias y muy acogedoras además de disponer de SPA y snack por la tarde. Las habitaciones perfectamente acomodadas te invitan a pasar unos días de vacaciones en calma y en un ambiente inmerso en la cultura japonesa. Sin duda repetiría.

Love the loft room! Breakfast was fantastic and staff were polite and friendly at all times, making the stay pleasant and enjoyable!

Hotel simple but beautiful and the rooms are stylish. It is in a fantastic location and the staff were lovely. You also get a free drink in the evening, which is a nice touch.

Location was excellent, in historical area, next to Family Mart. Public bath was great, also loan of saoru for wear in evenings. The lounge was very nice, sake tasting great as well as complitary coffee drinks and beer in evening. Staff were nice uniformly excellent, welcomand professional. Breakfasts were exceptionally good, great value.

Beds were pretty hard, even with “pad”

夜にラウンジで日本酒の飲み比べが出来たことが大満足でした。 また、家具や椅子などの木のぬくもりがとても心地よく快適に過ごせました。 朝食がすごく美味しかったです！特に和食が好きでした。ヨーグルトも美味しかったです。 スタッフの皆様もアットホームな雰囲気で良かったです。

もう少し部屋の照明の明るさを調整できれば良かったです。もう少し明るい方が良いと思いました。

Nice onsen

Poor lighting in the room

The hotel is well located, in amongst the old section of the town. The facilities were very good. The breakfast and evening cocktails were enjoyable. They provided a good service to get us back to the station at the end of our stay.
