Had a lovely stay… Kate is an excellent host. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Bed linen and towels were included, and the kitchen already had lots of essentials which was handy. It is a large terrace with a view of the hills and sea. Would definitely recommend.

Très bel endroit , avec belle vue mer et colline . maison spacieuse et jardin agréable . Manque une climatisation , d'autant que la moustiquaire d'une chambre est dégradée , ne permettant pas de laisser ouvert . Un peu loin à pied de la plage , et route fastidieuse pour rejoindre les plages ( lesquelles sont magnifiques et variées ).Très bon séjour , et Kate très sympa !

Une belle maison confortable et bien équipée avec une très belle vue sur la forêt et la mer. Une facilité d'accès qui permet de se rendre en voiture au village, à Ramatuelle et à St Tropez rapidement. La possibilité de se rendre à la plage à pied en une vingtaine de minutes est un plus.La maison de Kate est un lieu très propice à passer de belles vacances reposantes. Merci pour tout.

We really enjoyed staying here for a few quiet days. Conveniently located near the village La Croix-Valmer and the lovely beaches of Gigaro, with lovely walks around the cost. Hope we come back again

We have really enjoyed our stay at Kate's place. She was really responsive on all my messages, despite of time difference between us (I live in USA). Our arrival was smooth and adjusted to our needs. Whole place is proper, well equipped and as described. We were able to make eggs for breakfast and we used grill for 2 dinners. The view from balcony is amazing. Neighborhood is really nice and rather quite. Closeness to the beach and restaurants there allows you to walk there if you want nightlife, but keep your privacy if you want to stay and chill on the terrace. Breakfast outside was great beginning of the day. Downsides - lack of the AC in bedrooms might keep you awake at nigh (if, like my American husband, you are used to it). We used provided fans and left windows opened. It helped. House has problems with ants, so make sure you have food out only a moment when you are starting to eat. Some ants were walking on sofas downstairs, bedrooms were clean. An advise - we used grill and had good time eating our dinner from it. Just remember not to use it your last day - it is required to clean it on your own and we were rushing with it in the morning (as grill during use gets greasy and difficult to clean quickly). Maybe Kate can add that to the cleaning fees or the additional fee you/we pay for usage of the grill anyway.

I stayed in this wonderful house in gigaro , with a couple of my girlie friends ..... we had an amazing time , home from home ...... house had everything we needed , very comfortable, beautiful views over the tree tops and down to gigaro beach , lovely patio area and veranda, we stayed in one evening cooked some food on the barbecue and opened a few bottles of wine ...... it was a perfect September evening ....... we walked to gigaro beach about a 10 mins stroll down the hill , beautiful beach , and lovely restaurant on the beach front ( can’t remember it’s name !!!!!! ) ....... then strolled back up the hill to our lovely holiday home ..... .... thank you Kate 😊�....... your house had everything we needed for our girlie weekend away :) xxxx ......we even find the corkscrew!!!!!!! Views over the local hills together with a peep of the sea from the terrace and more so from the upstairs balcony made Kate's house lovely for barbeques and a late evening wine. Well cared for with both sun and shade outside and high enough to always have a breeze. Only 5 minutes from the local beach (20 mins walk ) with safe bathing and excellent restaurants - the children loved it. Inside two good bedrooms and a large lounge/diner/kitchen and well equipped. With the generous welcome pack it was all we needed for a great week

Had a smashing holiday in this beautiful well equipped house. Kate is on hand and very helpful with local knowledge. Great location and amazing views, with easy access to St Tropez even in August. Child friendly, but also great for a romantic get away - highly recommended

Been here before so booked again without hesitation. A tastefully furnished family friendly property in a superb location with stunning views. Perfect South of France location and the kids didn't want to leave. We had great weather and we mixed beach days with visits to St. Tropez, Monaco and the surrounding towns. the beach is a short walk or quick drive of a few minutes. Some wonderful restaurants in Ramatuelle which is a picturesque hilltop town with cobbled street and outside tables. Plenty of reasonable markets with the one in La Croix Valmer the biggest we visited. Love the area, love using my terrible schoolboy French and love this property. Don't want to say how great it is in case others book it!

We were very happy with our choice of accommodation. The house was very nice and location was up in the hills behind Gigaro. The walk to the beach was no problem at all. Kate was a very good host and very responsive to any questions we had

We all felt completely at home the instant we walked in to the kitchen/living room. Lovely arrangement of the house and furniture and the place was more than big enough for myself and Two children. We had a welcome pack which was very thoughtful and everything was clean and tidy so we could relax after a long days travel. We spent mornings shopping in the village which is a few minutes by car along a twisty scenic quiet back road. The lovely bakery for fresh bread was our favorite and the staff there are great and even made some sandwiches long after their closing time for us to enjoy on a long walk. In the afternoons we walked to the beach which in late December was warm enough to paddle with glorious sunshine every day, make drawings in the sand and build sand castles. There are plenty of things in the hall cupboard for beach fun. The walk around the shore is scenic and wonderful, its far from difficult with good signage and clear pathways to guide you, exciting enough to entertain all ages. Some afternoons we ate on the terrace with the beautiful and relaxing view across the coastline and trees before getting ready to go out in the evenings. Sometimes we played games, of which there is a great choice, and managed a family snooze and cuddle on the big couches. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked and ate in one evening so I could enjoy the wine I had purchased. Easy to use and decent coffee machine and the grill was perfect to warm the croissants for breakfast. The drive to St. Tropz is fun and the roads very quiet at that time of year. No problem parking for free and exploring the colorful waterside and small restaurants tucked away in the side passages. The location is perfect but you do need a car Its only short journeys but saves so much time. We drove from the UK without problems, lots of parking outside and very easy to find your way around. The walk to the beach at the rear of the property is a lovely way to clear the mind with the Vines growing and the general peaceful nature around you along this quiet more pedestrian route. It was a trip far better than I expected and one I would most definitely like to do again in the even warmer months. Can’t recommend this enough, thank you to Kate and the housekeepers for their above and beyond service in making sure all went to plan and was completely stress free, very much appreciated.. P.S. Please never go here... Otherwise it will be booked when I want it!

A lovely house, very nicely decorated, nestled in a beautiful spot on the hillside. Stunning views across the tree-tops down to the sea. Tranquil walk down the hill to the nearest beach with some excellent restaurants there (Coleurs Jardin v. good) and a Spar that stocks everything you need at decent prices. Didn't use the BBQ but it's a whacking great Weber one that would take care of all the cooking for a family. Great area for road cycling and jogging if that's your thing, or visiting the local vineyards for something less strenuous. Town centre very close by, and Pampelonne Beach with Club 55 etc. 15 mins drive away. Kate was very helpful. Would absolutely recommend this place for a couple, family or small group of friends.

There is 1 loo and an overbath shower.It is ok walking down to the beach and restaurants, but a bit of a trek back up - it took us 30 minutes in the heat of the day and I should think you would need a torch at night. It is an easy drive though, with a 1E an hour car park right by the beach and Spar shop - although a hand drawn map would have been useful as we were unsure how to get there the first time.The house is generally well equipped, but could do with some parasols. The garden/terrace is secluded and private.We had a great stay and towns such as St Tropez are easy to get to and there are some excellent restaurants around and about.

We had an amazing holiday in the south of France! The setting, view and ambience was just perfect. House has great casual chic style and everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. Would stay again.

We stayed in this very tranquil , comfortable , cosy , wonderful house for a weekend break , with the girlies :) ...... It was just what we needed and more :) . The house had everything ..... Even a good cork screw :)!!!!! .... It was all clean and tidy when we arrived . Two lovely bedrooms ..... The front bedroom ..... Had beautiful views over the tree tops to the delicious blue sea , it was just heavenly to wake up in the morning to the sun rising over the sea :) what a view . We all had a brilliant stay , just a 10 minute walk to the beach and yummy restaurants :) . It was exactly what the doctor ordered :) ....... Wonderful , relaxed , peaceful stay in the treetops :) Would definately go again and again . Barbecues on the patio and gin and tonic's chilling in the fridge :) . This house is set in the heart of the forest with stunning views across to the sea and Gigaro beach. The house is clean, comfortable and functional with a lovely terrace, comfortable loungers in a quiet residential area. 10 minutes walk down to the beach (19 minutes up!). The best part for me is waking up to the blissful sound of birdsong. Spa supermarket with wonderful freshly made pastries and bread on site down in the village and excellent beach side restaurants. Easy driving distance to St Tropez if you're seeking the bright lights! Amazing coastal and woodland paths for walking, running, cycling etc.

We enjoyed our stay. Blessed by blue sky and sunshine. We did early morning jog to the sea for a swim before breakfast. The property was comfortable, and spacious for the two of us. A little local map with routes down to beech would have been handy. We noticed tennis courts down the road unused for most part, and access to those would have beed good. The beech at Gigoro and setting was beautiful and quiet. Many thanks fo your help.

Stayed here for a week over the May bank holiday. Superb location to see St Tropez/Ramatuelle but also get to the local beach...12 minute walk to Gigaro beach and great restaurants (recommend Coloir Jardins), less than 3 minute drive. House is furnished tastefully with mod cons. Wonderful sea view from master bedroom and when eating al fresco on a large terrace. Would recommend for families and couples who want easy access to the best of SoF.

We had a great holiday. Fab location. Gigaro beach is lovely. Fantastic views from the main bedroom and garden. Super comfortable lounge. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Great area to explore away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of the South of France.

I have stayed at this property twice now for a girls weekend away (once with a small child) and had a fantastic time. The house sits on a hill side with its sunny terrace overlooking the amazing, unspoilt views of the valley down to the sea. It is nestled amongst beautiful smelling pine trees and is so peaceful that it's the perfect place to relax. It has been spotlessly clean on both visits and well equipped with a washing machine and a fridge large enough to host a lot of rose wine and cheese!! If you venture out, the beach is a 10 minute stroll down the hill with some amazing cafes and restaurants run by friendly locals. La Croix Valmer is a sleepy village close by with a nice market, a small supermarket, a gorgeous patisserie and more good restaurants. Within a short drive there are numerous hidden dining gems and beaches dotted around which the owner recommended to us, and Saint Tropez is only 20 minutes’ drive (or taxi ride) if you feel like some fascinating people watching and/ or a big night out! I will definitely be returning again, thank you!

We had a perfect time, thank you for being so accommodating. The house is beautiful and the photos do not give it justice. It's perfect for families. The area is lovely and you can walk to the beach. There are some amazing restaurants at the beach. We loved it and will be back next year, thanks again.

This place is situated above one of Le Var's best beach secrets and it was such a pleasure to holiday in. A little municipal beach that is a sanctuary near the larger and more popular ones is down the hill, perfect for families in August with the perfect Med swimming experience - not many waves, beautiful azur sea and clean and friendly with sailing schools etc if you want a little more action and beautiful headland walks with secluded beaches also possible. We would wake up in the morning to the sun consistently rising and heading towards us across the green valley withe a dreamy view of umbrella pines and a glimpse of the sea. After a morning breakfast we would walk through a vineyard and done a hill for 10 mins to the beach (or a 3 minute drive if we wanted to go by car), stay at the beach and come up for lunchtime siesta. There are some incredible restaurants nearby (again 10-15 mins walking distance and you can eat on the beach in luxury tropical style restaurants with great food). if we craved a little more life we could easily head by into the nearby town of La Croix Valmer where there were even more restaurants to choose from and a fantastic market on Sundays. It's close to Cavalier (again some lovely seafood restaurants) and half an hour from St Tropez and sometimes if we felt like living it up a little we could easily get to Pampellon Beach and Club 55 by car also. The house is clean with all amenities and good classic taste in decor. Really good value considering friends nearby were paying twice the price to stay in the area and we will definitely return.
