Questo cottage di qualità con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno con ampio patio coperto si apre su uno splendido scenario tropicale. I soffitti a volta alti 13 piedi offrono una sensazione di dimensioni e volume che si trova solo in proprietà più grandi e più costose. Entrambe le camere offrono comodi letti queen size, aria condizionata fresca e ventilatori a soffitto, mentre i pavimenti in bambù nel soggiorno e nel corridoio portano i tropici all'interno per abbinare il divertente arredamento Maui. Un bagno recentemente ristrutturato con lavatrice e asciugatrice appena installate aggiungono praticità e comfort. La cucina completamente attrezzata è pronta per entrare in azione per tutta la tua arte culinaria con posti a sedere al bar e comodi posti a sedere per 6 persone sul Lanai insieme a due "bilancieri dosatori" perfetti per un pisolino pomeridiano.
Il nostro cottage Maui è situato all'ultimo piano di una casa a due piani ed è situato su 9 acri tropicali lussureggianti con 2 piscine, campi da basket, campo da tennis e 3 acri barbecue, uno direttamente sull'oceano per grigliate al tramonto. Questa passeggiata sull'oceano è attrezzata con sedie a sdraio e tavoli da picnic e offre anche un luogo meraviglioso per gustare la tua bevanda o il tuo pasto preferito mentre guardi tramonti fiammeggianti, tartarughe marine e megattere. Situato a nord della proprietà, Napili e Kapalua Bay sono due dei nostri posti preferiti sull'isola per nuotare e fare snorkeling. Dall'altra parte della strada e tre minuti a piedi a sud troverete la spiaggia poco affollata di Kahana, ideale per passeggiate, caccia alle conchiglie, surf e lancio di paddle board. Questa bella piccola casa Maui è anche a breve distanza in auto da campi da golf di classe mondiale e dalla storica città di Lahaina con il suo tesoro di negozi, ristoranti e gallerie. Vuoi qualcosa di veloce e conveniente basta camminare per un isolato a sud verso Sands of Kahana per un grande happy hour !!

The house is clean, including the rooms. They also offer towels, condiments, and water sport gears. Wifi is also fast and their AC gets cold quick as well. I love that it has an inhouse washer and dryer, including the detergent as well.

Really enjoyed our stay here - the place was in an excellent location, walking distance to an ABC store, gas station, Dollie's pub, Maui brewing, coffee shop, etc.
If you're interested in going to Whalers Village, this location is about 10 min drive, and if you're interested in going into Lahaina its about 20 min (depending on traffic of course). The rental company was very responsive over text, which was great because we had to ask for a late checkout (which they were able to accommodate). Definitely would stay her again.

From the time we booked and throughout our stay, communication with the owner and property manager was timely and focused on exemplary customer service. It was very easy to check-in and the condo was very clean and we did not have a need for anything outside of getting our groceries. The area was very quiet and peaceful. A quick walk across the street and you can look out over the ocean. We were there in January so we really enjoyed seeing the Humpback whales spray, breach, and fluke. We were also very close to many things so we really didn't use much gas in our car rental. I'm ready to book again! :)

Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, cafe and gas station. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed to start our vacation on Maui. We enjoyed the lanai for morning coffee or a glass of wine after a long day. The kitchen had everything we needed and having laundry in the unit was a definite plus. Close to the pool (but not to close) which was clean and inviting but never crowded. The area is beautiful, many beautiful beaches nearby and about a 20 minute drive to Lahaina and the Front Street area. Management was attentive, checking to see if all was well. Very pleased with our rental.

This was a perfectly appointed condo with all the amenities you need. Beds were very comfortable. Sofa was nice. Lanai was delightful. Location great!!! We are very happy we found this gem.

We had the most perfect family vacation in Maui! Gwen’s condo was extremely clean and contained a lot of amenities that made it so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and stay here again if availalble.

The host was very friendly and made sure the whole check in process went smoothly. They made me feel welcome to reach out to them if I had any problems and/or concerns; though I did not. Property was clean and convenient to the beach, stores, and brewery. Would highly recommend to friends and family in the future.

The unit was exactly what we were looking for! Accommodated our family of five nicely giving us the ability to enjoy meals and relax on the lanai. Great location, with walk ability and an easy drive to beaches, Lahaina, Kapalua, etc. Highly recommend this property!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the Lanai was enjoyed. We appreciated the all the beach gear. The unit is very quiet and a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Easy check in and out. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property manger had great communication in a timely manner. The condo is a short walk away from Maui Brewing Company, miso Phat, and Dolly’s. All great places to eat and hang out! Great place to stay in paradise!

The check-in process was easy and we were pleased with all the recommendations and amenities. The kitchen really had everything we needed and it was nice to be able to cook breakfast and a few meals for the week. The west Maui beaches are just a short drive whether going north or south. This property was a great size for 2 couples (4 people) and would be great for a small family as well. This particular unit was only a 3 minute walk from the beach and we utilized that frequently in the mornings and evenings.

The flat is so well-kept and much more spacious than described or appears in photos, with two ample bedrooms, a nice-sized living room area, and wonderful lanai that seats at least six. Our party of five lived very comfortably. In addition, the flat is well-furnished and very clean. The in-flat large load washer and dryer were a trip-saver for their capacity and very easy accessibility (in the super-nice bathroom). To top it off, the flat is in a fine "resort" complex (BBQs, two pools, and lots of flora), which has a small green sitting area overlooking the ocean and steps from a sliver of beach area. However, beautiful beaches are a mere 7 minute drive away. Both Napili and Kapalua beaches are stunning --great for bathing and snorkeling. Also close by (5 minute drive) is a little shopping center with great coffee (The Coffee Shop) and eats (especially AA Roots)-- to augment that, Gwen has left a comprehensive guide to food and site-seeing around the Island.

Nice alternative to the pricey resorts
Cute 2 bedroom near Lahaina. Clean, comfy and well maintained. We really only slept there as our plans had us out and about for the few days we were there, so cannot comment on condo property as a whole. Kitchen looked nice, but we did not prepare any meals there so unable to provide any feedback there either. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space to store things. Bathroom looked newly remodeled and contained new washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend. Owner was prompt and attentive with communication. My sister forgot a few things at the condo and the owner was very helpful in assisting us with getting those items back. The only thing we did not like was that the window A/C units were somewhat loud; we ended up turning the bedroom units off and running the one in the living room a little on the colder side and we managed just fine though.
