Very nice comfy hightech rooms. Nice breakfast and meals in a nice restaurant. Little bit spooky no good atmosphere, basically this hotel is used for business to overstay for a day or two and there it is fine and comfort for.

It’s basically in the middle of nowhere on a hill. Even there is no small 7-11 or whatever around on walking distance.

I love the fact that they had a laundry room. easy for us to wash our clothes, dry them and pack them back to check out later. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful too. Since it was my first time staying there, I have to thank all the staffs at the reception for being so helpful... from check-in to check-out.

My legs are super sensitive to sand and I think the inside parts of the blankets should be dusted or vacuum since I got some skin infection after the first night. Please do a bit of vacuuming of room 2321 for the next guests.

Stay in 25th Floor. Experiencing loud noise either from the aircond or lift (Not sure), disturbs our sleep all night.

Breakfast - quite a good range of food. Front desk staff like Hui En and F&B staff like Aleeya (hope got her name right) made my stay a pleasant one. Both were patient n efficient n kind n warm respectively. They were very helpful and answered my queries.

Signage to the main entrance could have been more prominent.

A simple boutique hotel with all the essential facilities includes a proper side outdoor swimming pool & gym facility, restaurant and a simple room with microwave where can heat up food. There’s also a launderette. Free car parking. The LRT to KL centre is only 10 mins walk. The room is spacious, clean & modern with good quality shower products. Food at the restaurant is good - breakfast, lunch, high tea, dinner as well as room services. Staff are friendly and professional. Quietness and safety is very important to me. This hotel meets all my requirement. If there’s a small sofa/arm chair in the room, I would give the hotel a full 10 marks. Actually I didn’t request for it. If I do, I believe the hotel can fulfil that requirement.

Generally haven’t able to find fault with this hotel yet.

Others are ok, but there is still room for improvement.

Only Comments is that if you Request for something, it will take between 20 - 40 min. I had booked & the place prior 3 days before my stay and requested for baby cot, but when arrive there had to wait till they send the cot to the room.

الفندق جميل جداً من مجموعة هيلتون ، نظيف والموظفين ودودين جداً ومهم كثير معهم رضا النزلاء ، الغرفة مريحة وااسعة والمكان هدوووء وراحة ، الفيو كان على المدينة والمترو، المنظر جمييل وخاصة بالليل ، عندهم حوض سباحة مرتب ومناسب للكبار والصغار وفيه جاكوزي ، اشجع كثيير للناس اللي تحب تبعد عن زحمة المدينة، ممكن تطلب عن طريق جراب كل شي طعام او تاكسي فيه محلات قريبة ومحطة مترو ، بس نحن مازرناها بس للي يحب يكون الخدمات قريبة منه بالنسبة للإفطار : انتركونتننتال في أشياء مناسبة لنا ومتنوعة تحصل الكرواسون والفاصوليا والبيض بكل انواعه ويطبخوه لك في نفس الوقت وفيه الفواكه بس اذا كنت من محبي الجبن جيب لك جبن من بلادك ،، هنا اكثر شي ممكن يوفرونه لك جبنة مالحه :) بس عموما فيه خيارات تناسبنا

Hotel selesa dan bersih. Lokasi senang dicari. Pelayanan okay, check in dan check out yg senang.

The room and the bathroom are magnificent. Love the fluffy towels. Housekeeping is great. Love the hospitality.

Quite poor view. Supposed to be lake view but outside construction overwhelmed everything.

We have chosen this hotel being close to airport for our next flight in early morning the following day. rooms were exellent on the same floor close to each other. However, take away breakfast the following morning was not to expectation.
