Roach in bathroom

Smelling room AC is not working well cockroach in the room.

The pool was awesome and the snacks available at the front, staff was friendly and helpful. Location is beautiful

Wish the pool was open later but understand because it's so close to some of the rooms. Beds were comfortable but small

A dock for fishing and walking on was advertised on Booking.com, this has been closed for some time. However, this site has not made the changes to the property description, even though the hotel asked them to remove this information.

Clean, friendly environment and the bed was amazing

The room was very spacious and was right by the pool. It was also close enough to walk to the beach within a reasonable time. The bed was super comfortable, as well.

The couch was stained as well as the rug. Not enough towels were provided, either. The walls were thin and you could hear everything.

The staff was great, the room was absolutely adorable and the location was pretty good also.

The bed was super comfy but it was so high we actually had to figure out a way to climb up in it. Not appropriate for older or heavier people. Or maybe just have a step stool on each side of the bed

Very Comfortable. Very Clean. The room was well organized. The bath lighting was great. Bath was well stocked. Floors were very clean and well kept.

Noise coming from kitchen sink. Plumbing Issue. The lighting could have been better in living area and bed area. It appear light had been removed from ceiling track.

The view out of the room was great. The room it's self was very spacious. Loved the decorations, and it's right there close to everything.

They need to update the bathrooms. Our tub had a huge hole in it with tape over it.

Everything was great this our third time here to celebrate our wedding anniversary

Very clean and close to the attractions we needed to reach for the reason of our visit.

Nothing was unfavorable. The only issue was small and manageable. The property desk clerk advised on check-in they were having issues with their hot water and it would take a bit longer but would get hot and it did...just took some time. She noted a plumber was scheduled, but had not made it to address the issues yet and a cancelation without charge would be allowed if we chose not to stay because of the issues. We chose to stay...and followed instructions for allowing extra time to get the hot water to our bathroom, which worked just fine...just had to plan for an additional ten mins or so to let the water run. No huge inconvenience. We will definitely stay again. A quick message via Booking.com to the property prior to arrival also afforded us early check in at no additional charge since we were ahead of schedule and we were given a free Palms Suites porcelain Christmas Ornament with our stay! :) A summer stay here would be fantastic. Our room had a small deck adjacent to the pool which would be ideal for a stay with the grandkids or for those with children (room 112). The room had a queen bed and a sleeper sofa & kitchenette with sink/fridge/microwave (which I didn't realize when booking it), so would have easily accommodated another couple of guests. Great room for the price! I am curious what the difference with pricing will be in peak season for this property, but will definitely keep this one in my memory bank. Very nice stay indeed!
