Super charming. Good wine selection- I appreciated having organic wine as an option!

Breakfast is not served until 9am and we unfortunately had to leave early so missed out. The bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable- very hard.

There was no staff on the property. No breakfast was provided and no coffee in the morning. Very disappointing.

Gorgeous, well kept, very clean, nice offerings, bar, breakfast.

Breakfast was tasty. We appreciated the self-serve bar and enjoyed sipping our drinks on the front porch. We especially enjoyed hearing about some of the history of the building from our very personable host.

Afraid there might be extra guests

We had the entire house to ourselves, and the fireplace! The bar area was nice to watch the game.

The limited places in the bed room to charge a phone by the bed. My husband is tall and the bed was so low that he struggled in and out.

The room was very comfortable, the house was quite clean and bed was comfortable. Lovely location and house

The breakfast was very lack luster. Quite sure we were fed leftovers that weren't really warm with a limp piece of bacon. Our main dish was 2 completely different items. Owner was doing business making calls and bringing in repair men to lobby as we were eating in adjoining room. Kind of put a damper on our already weak breakfast as it was loud. Then we were told we couldn't use the water in our bathroom "for a few minutes". Would have been nice if these things happened after we checked out.

Facility was great, excellent bar, staff was great and helpful and friendly. We mixed well with the other quests, also.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and served with a cheery good morning. The dining room was set up nicely, allowing for privacy while also making it easy to chat with other guests if we wanted. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL!

My husband is very noise sensitive and the music constantly piped throughout the house 24/7 made it hard for him to enjoy the common areas. Also, though very comfortable, our bed was very low to the floor (the top of the mattress came to below my knees) making it feel like we were sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Anyone with mobility issues would find it very difficult getting in/out of the bed. It didn't bother us, but there is a train track right by the house, so light sleepers beware

Quiet spacious room. Wonderful breakfast. House is largely in original condition and has been well taken care of. Very nice!!!

Location was great. Able to walk around and close to Michigan. House was clean and breakfast while small was good

"fully stocked bar" was almost completely empty our first evening there. Did not receive an email on how to check in. Bed was very low to ground .

Amazing home - loved the atmosphere

Stairs, wish I had known in advance, I would have packed smaller bag with overnight items and rest could stay in car. A little more could have been in the breakfast, fruit wonderful, delightful pastries but no protein. (Eggs, meat) Staff late to arrive for breakfast serving, no problem but guests were wondering. I made at least two pots of coffee for myself and others, but ran out of beans to grind. Had to search for creamer. Don’t mind the self serve but wish everything was labelled.

The atmosphere was so amazing. The rooms and house was truly spectacular. My dog felt like a king and relaxed the most of the entire trip.

That I had to leave.

Great breakfasts and places to eat it indoor by the window; nice bar services available on site for a reasonable price also. Very nice staff was available as the facility as well. Nice ability to control the AC in the room as well.

Needed black out blinds in the rooms, as far too much light gets in from the windows; also, we found the bed to be too firm (as well as too close to the ground-which was actually true of the toilet as well.) Lastly, we would have enjoyed potentially having more heal h breakfast options to choose from as well (and maybe even a tour of and/or some history provided to us about the building).

I liked that the manger was around. Very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was at home. Very cozy and quite.
