Room was spacious and updated. Nice bathroom.
Pool is at the Hyatt across the street, but was easy to get to use.

I made a last minute stay at the Preston due to an unexpected family situation. I have stayed at many Hotels and The Preston exceeded my expectations more than I can explain. From the moment I walked in it was greeted by amazing Staff and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing other than exceptional. I look forward to booking again very soon.

Great atmosphere and a good location really enjoyed the room overall.
The water pressure in the shower sucked, there should be a wand in the shower and there was no door on the shower so all of the warm air would go out making the shower cold.
The Breakfast was not good.

general manager was very hands on and made sure we were satisfied with our stay. staff was efficient and also helpful and caring. very comfortable and clean room and property was pristine as well. the location was wonderful

The complimentary breakfast was delightful. Many nice choices and the manager, Alberto, offered and quiche and orange juice from the kitchen. He was so friendly and helpful. Always went above and beyond for all his guests.
Dinner at the restaurant was delicious, however, my husband was disappointed with the size of his $18 martini. The small glass was barely a little more than half full.

The property was perfect and clean but the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful.
The male staff were rude and unprofessional to guest with reservations that are prepaid.
