It was comfortable.

I’m older and there just is not enough light in the room. Also there was a duvet and a sheet. I needed a light blanket.

We had a great stay while attending an event in The Ballroom all weekend!

There wasnt anything we didnt like.

it was overpriced for one. It wasn’t the cleanest and it was loud all.night.long. We were woken up multiple times. Also, the room I reserved through booking.com was not the room I got. I reserved two double beds and got a king handicap accessible. I was traveling with my daughter and two of her teammates so, although the staff was very helpful and brought us two cots, it made the stay even worse for those on the cots. The staff also warned me that this happens frequently when booking through third parties, especially booking.com- customers book one room and get another. Since this was the second weekend in a row that this happened to us, I’m done using this site to book.

The room was stuffy. The heater didn't work well at all. WiFi was down for quite awhile.

the front desk staff Alex was very helpful. He was very friendly and corrected the issues we had with our reservation.

the breakfast was excellent and so was our waitress.

Tub was VERY slow to drain and was not addressed when it was brought to the attention at the front desk.

convenient lotta places within walking distance

So to start the hotel is in a convenient location but the parking lot can be difficult to get into and the front parking area is always full. The back area is creepy and unkempt. It also felt like every time we left there were employees in front smoking by the entrance. The hotel room upon first entrance looked fine. However once settled in we discovered that most of the outlets didnt work, there were holes in the ceiling and closet/bathroom door. The toilet wasn't attached very well and rocked whenever we used it. The employees spent more time standing at the front desk gossiping instead of doing things. The breakfast people started harrassing my family and i 10 minutes into our breakfast, clearing full plates and coming to "check" on us every 2 mins. Even the non wait staff employees were sent out to "check" on us and our check arrived as soon as we had our food so 5 mins into our meal. It was the most uncomfortable breakfast I've ever experienced in my life. We did receive a refund when we checked out after my husband had a conversation with the front desk, where they shrugged said honest mistake and thay it happens. Im sorry but its an extra 80 dollars on my bill and if it happens they should figure out a fix. I've stayed in multiple hotels in the last year and this is the first I've heard this and been treated like a problem. At night they had teenagers running the halls banging on the walls yelling and nothing was done. People were also allowed to hang out in groups of 15 or more people and party in the hall while waiting to get into the pool area. We will not be returning to this hotel and i cannot recommend it. I was treated as an inconvenience while others were allowed to act as wild animals all night. This was supposed to be a fun family weekend and this place almost ruined it.

Pool area and fitness room. Comfortable beds, quiet and clean. Nice soap dispensers in the bathroom and good water pressure

The Manager Matt is a lying racist. He was unprofessional, rude, sarcastic. He made a PERSONAL decision, instead of BUSINESS one and made me leave. I am a black woman, married to a white man and Matt lied about my credit card, just to have an excuse to make us leave. I am working with a lawyer for a discrimination case, I’m a travel Nurse and my husband is acRetired Army 1st Sgt. and we got treated like trash by Matt.

Close to our tournament in Skaneateles. Kids loved the pool.

The ledge by the pool is the same black color as the pool tile, bad lighting and a tripping hazard.
