Situato sul lungomare, questo noleggio ha un bacino galleggiante disponibile, kayak, paddle board, accesso privato alla spiaggia e un enorme cortile. È a pochi minuti dalla città di Centre Moriches e dista circa 15 minuti dagli Hamptons e si trova proprio tra due delle più belle spiagge di Long Island, "Smith Point Beach e Cupsogue Beach". Il parcheggio privato è disponibile anche in questo cottage recentemente ristrutturato e completamente arredato. Questo cottage unico ha un sistema audio surround e un sistema TV automatizzati. Offriamo tonnellate di giochi da tavolo, giochi all'aperto, un pozzo del fuoco, barbecue e molto altro. Circondato da una splendida vista, questo noleggio ha due camere da letto e un soppalco separato con spazio per dormire gli ospiti aggiuntivi, se necessario. My son and I were out east for a baseball tournament. This cottage was perfect for us. Plenty of food options nearby. The basketball court was fun. The cottage and property itself are top notch. Very well kept. Brand new. Had plenty of movie options on the tv as it rained a bit. Just be mindful as others stated, the cottage sits directly behind the owners main house. You have a partial view of the water. For the purpose of our trip, this place checked all the boxes. Plenty of kitchen amenities, towels, laundry if needed. John was super cool too.

We had a great time at this property. My16 month old grandson loved the swing set. The view from the dock was really nice.

This house was beautiful and clean. It had lots to offer for family fun activity’s on the property and the surrounding areas. The host John was great he answered all of our questions and took care of everything while we were there. Highly recommend this house and will definitely use this house for a future rental when we return back for a visit.

John, our stay was perfect. The cottage is amazing. The views are breathtaking. The cottage was centrally located by 3 of the best wineries. And Ubering around to them and to dinner was so easy.

The house itself is absolutely perfect. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The only thing we were a bit surprised with was the house wasn’t really on the water as stated in the description. The owners house sits on the water and the rental is behind it. The owner was extremely attentive and responsive. The house decor is so cute and the kitchen was stocked with a lot more than we expected. The backyard furniture was a bit old and wasn’t comfortable to sit on for a long period of time. The house itself gets a ton of natural light and everything was so modern. We didn’t utilize the fireplace but could definitely see coming back in the fall/winter. Tons of stuff to do in the area as well. Overall it was a great weekend and we would definitely return.

Very nice cottage and attentive host. However, I wouldn't describe it as "along water" as it is a bit further away. The owner's house is on the water but not the rental.

Property was so beautiful, the house was very, very clean. Home was new and modern. Spacious bed rooms, and bathrooms. Very nice outside area. Prime location, short drive to ocean beaches. Cute town. Host was always quick to respond to any questions, and just so nice. I would love to come back and stay again! Thank you!

2 big rooms and 2 nice bathrooms.3rd Loft bedroom. Back patio with water view. Close to Westhampton and Southampton for dinners and shopping. We will stay again! Nice owners too!

Bright, airy, clean, and comfortable. A truly excellent home base for my family of five (incl. three kids 8-12) while we explored LI. Host was friendly, relaxed, and responsive. It’s a shared property with the host’s home, but still felt pretty private. Beach around the corner was quiet and beautiful, a huge bonus. Location is central on southern coast, residential in a town that is not touristy - exactly what we hoped for.

The location of this darling cottage was in close proximity to the friend we were visiting and close enough to the train station that we traveled in and out of NYC with unexpected ease.
The beach-cabin cottage design is ideal for a family to rest, relax, and entertain indoors and out, weather permitting. The wood burning fireplace in the main room and the natural light throughout the house highlighted our favorite details. Everything seemed brand new, clean, and modern.
The hosts were kind and attentive.
We would absolutely stay again!

The place was beautiful! Great amenities. I had a lot of plans do I didn’t get to take advantage of the bikes, kayaks or deck and grill but I had a great view, easy access to the beach, and the host was very responsive!

Our stay was wonderful in every respect. The house is sunny and modern and right on a waterfront. Sparkling clean with a gourmet kitchen, very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful Smith Point Beach on Fire Island is minutes away by car, and the North Fork wineries are easy to get to for an afternoon of tasting. Many good restaurants in the area complete a great weekend getaway, worlds away from city noise and stress, but only a couple of hours to reach.

This house is lovely and has lots of little touches that make it very easy and comfortable. It is right on the water, sharing the waterfront with the host house, making it great for kayaking and paddle boarding. We also used it as a home base for visiting all of the LI beaches and towns. It looks exactly like the images and was more than enough room for our family of 4.

The place was beautiful, very clean and inspiring. Lots of beautiful skylights, large bathrooms, and an amazing media system.
The host was very sweet and communicative, but respected our privacy.

This is a newer property that has many modern conveniences.
Its open, bright and in the mornings, you can see the sunrise over the water. Not dark and dank like some similar houses.
Very convenient to Lidl, McDonalds are exactly right up the street.
Has a great beach club too that we really enjoyed.

Great place for enjoying Long Island
Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the water and make a base camp for day trips throughout the East End. Even though it rained a few days it never kept us away from using the wonderful deck outside. Would have loved to stay longer

I stayed at this house for my wedding weekend and it did not disappoint. The house was gorgeous, completely updated and had top of the line technology controls for everything in the house. The views were stunning and the interior decor was on point. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

A lovely, newly built house in a tranquil residential area. We really enjoyed the views of sunrise across the water. The private beach area for the local neighbourhood is a great feature of the property, as is the access to the garden and deck.
The kitchen is well equipped (although for us tea-loving Brits a kettle would have been handy!) and it is was easy to prepare meals to eat outdoors.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay with a small baby and would definitely return.
