would be great if host can provide luggage storeroom

lots of homely additions like the internet and TV, cooking facilities etc.

Weird smell that permeated through the place, coming from the dishwasher Stunk the whole place out and we left with that smell on our clothes.

Good location, Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Dedicated carpark was good. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet area.

The oven didn’t work. The dial to control the temperature was loose and you couldn’t set it. The shower wasn’t good. It was a large shower head but the spray didn’t work properly and there was a big stream of water in the middle. Also the bathroom vanity must have had a leak previously and there was a real musty smell. The towels were all brand new but had never been washed so they didn’t wipe properly. Hardly any pegs to hang washing and not many hangers in wardrobe to hang clothes.

The location was perfect and very easy to find. We given clear easy instructions on how to get in and find the unit.

We we walked to the front door there is a seated area, it was messy looked like it hadnt been swept for a while. We walked inside opened the fridge to put food away and the fridge was dirty and looked liked it hadnt been wiped out from when the last guest were there. there were a couple of beer bottles on the ground in the back outside area so it made it look like the cleaner didnt bother to tidy up from the last guests. We were also left 2 towels for 6 of us and had to go to the mall to buy more. There were no teatowels or cloths to clean up in the kitchen, just a face cloth and a packet of detol wipes and no rubbish bags. The vacuum provided has no cord and we had to use the brooms when we left to try and sweep up the carpeted areas. I think the cleanliness and lack of cleaning stuff, no teatowels and towels let the place down. I wouldnt usually whinge about anything , i dont mind if its just 1 small thing but it was just 1 thing after the other which is unfortunate because this unit is in a perfect location

The appartment had everything we needed. It was nice to have the option to cook at home if we wanted too. Having heating in all rooms was excellent and being able to connect to the internet and have a huge screen to watch t.v from was awesome too!

There was a chip in the tile that was a bit of a hazard so we just covered it up with the couch so none of the kids toes got stuck in when they were walking round bare footed.

Extremely quiet accom and is approx a walking block from rail and Midland Forum, basic accom and provides all that a traveller requires for a couple of days

Owner is a helicopter owner and continues to email us...I did not appreciate the 6am sms to remind me that I had to vacate at 10am (had not slept well and had only just got back to sleep..He gave the incorrect Security Codes for both the pedestrian gate(which I had to climb to get in) and the unit security code which left us out in the cold rain ringing him for the correct code to enter the unit.

It was a home away from home comfortable, clean, all amenities included perfect location for everything don't even need to use my car only wish I had booked longer
