Yesterday at 6:30 PM 26/ august/ 2021 we came to Stay inn hotel to check in the royal suite, sadly the pictures in the site don’t match the reality of the situation . The walls were coming off and the bathroom was dirty, the Balcony wasn’t ready and the AC didn’t work properly. Despite all odds we decided to check in however the staff members were very rude with us and didn’t want us to check in unless all four of us come and show them our ID’s this is highly inappropriate and unprofessional bare in mind we came all the way from Makkah. The Egyptian guy in the reception should learn how to talk and behave in front of the hotel guests!!! and I demand an apology from their side for this traumatic horrible experience . Thank you .

In the worst night in my life at my stay in this poor place, at night one of my gustes visit me at night and the non ethical employee setting at resption, the Egyptian one he taking with the guest by bad and aggressive, then my friend left angry, then this Egyptian gay tried to call me at 4 o'clock and I'm sleeping I didn't answer then called me over than 40 miss call on my mobile, it was silent and I didn't answer then they close the air condetion during my sleeping which I payed the full payment in advance of my stay, what do you think when hotel employing the cheapest employee like this one who have zero knowledge how to manage and save the customers by good attitude. I give this details to all who looking or think to stay in this worst place I stay of hundreds of hotels I used during my 45 years old.
