Very clean kitchen and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. Nice washer and dryer. The condo is about a block from the beach which is an easy walk. The swimming pool was excellent. One of the few I’ve seen that’s a nice size with an actual deep end which my kids loved. Old Colony Realty, the property manager, was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and exceptionally responsive when we called to let them know the dryer vent was blocked. They sent someone out to fix it that morning. The upkeep of the condo was also very nice. The grounds were pretty and the pool was serviced regularly.

The screened in porch overlooked a lovely little lake with a fountain but there were trees blocking the view so the condo was kinda dark. On the plus side the trees probably keep it cooler. The floors and walls were thin. A family moved in above us and from 6:30 a.m. until well into the night it sounded like they were stomping above us.
