Room was a good size & clean and the shower was very powerful.
Very quiet location.
Lack of interaction with the host, we didn't feel comfortable just letting ourselves in and checking out without seeing anyone.

It was perfect as we were visiting our daughter and her family in Wardle so we needed a local B&B. It suited our needs perfectly

Great location. Comfortable and very clean. Great being able to use the kitchenette with microwave and fridge etc.

we travelled for football, the hotel is about 20 minutes walk away so it is ideal. The room we had was excellent and very cool given the heatwave we were experiencing
walking back up the hill to the hotel, but that is not the fault of the hotel, it was 30 degrees outside!

Beautiful scenery, all of the rooms were very clean (we had a lot of family also staying here for a wedding), the breakfast room was clean and fully stocked, there was something for everyone. We used the breakfast room for a takeaway one evening as well so that all the family could eat together.

Lovely location brilliant room nice and warm and cosy with great views and a comfy bed. Good to have kitchenette facilities as well. The breakfast room was lovely, lots of food available for Continental style breakfast and the chance to talk to some other guests which doesn’t happen in the same way as in most hotels

For the price, a very comfortable stay. Clean, warm, nice shower.
Generous breakfast.
Pretty views from the window.
Hoover going at 8am! Could hear all the other residents getting up early and the check out would be more comfortable later as i wanted a lie in - been driving a long way. But they were fine for me to check out the room just before 10am and sit as long as I liked in the breakfast room, which was great.

very spacious room also tidy/clean bedding! nice shower room! good facilities all around. would definitely recommend and will be using again very soon

I didn't take the breakfast as I was full from the night before.
The addition of a communal kitchenette was a nice idea.
