Nuovissimo appartamento a pochi passi da Biltmore Village con molti negozi / ristoranti / birrerie. I ristoranti includono, Moes Barbeque, Ruth Chris, Red Stagg Grill, TGI Fridays, Rezaz, Fig, Cantina, Wayside Grill, Corner Kitchen, Wellbred, Texas Roadhouse, Brueggers, Starbucks e alcune scelte di fast food. Catawba, French Broad e Hillman sono birrerie a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Siamo a pochi minuti dall'entrata di Biltmore Estate ea circa 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Asheville. La nostra posizione è comoda per tutto ciò che Asheville ha da offrire. Questa nuova aggiunta / appartamento è collegato alla nostra residenza principale, ma separati da 6 piedi corridoio / doppie porte per la privacy / sicurezza e ingresso completamente separato. Siamo disponibili se hai bisogno di noi, altrimenti ci atteniamo a noi stessi. L'appartamento è di circa 600 piedi quadrati, molto spazioso con soffitti a volta. Very cute house, very clean. Within walking distance to Biltmore Village restaurants and stores. Close to downtown, too. Owners were great with communication. We had a perfect long weekend stay!

This was the most well-provisioned place that I have ever stayed. The hosts seem to have thought of everything, from toiletries to kitchen utensils, to make our stay comfortable. Well-worth the price!

My husband and I were excited to explore a new city and all it had to offer. The location of this apartment house was within walking distance from the historic village shops and within walking distance to our favorite pub - Hillman Brewery. We visited the Biltmore Estate, which is a must see/do. In the mornings, we enjoyed coffee on the covered front porch. In the evenings , we ate out at many of the local establishments (Cantina, Village Pub, Hillman Brewery). This home has all you need for a party of two. Can’t say enough about the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. The decor was timeless and calming, linens and towels were of high quality, and water pressure was great. This location will be on our list of places to revisit in the future.

We enjoyed the property and neighborhood. It worked very well for our one week, stay. Beautiful accommodations and nothing was missing that we needed. The neighborhood and property are quite hilly, but we didn't find it to be a problem.

This vacation rental was simply wonderful! There were so many welcoming touches…cold beverages, paper products, bathroom/laundry extras, etc. The rental was super clean and comfortable. It felt like home!

This property is well appointed, very clean, and in an awesome area if you are going to visit the Biltmore Village or Estate when you are in Asheville. Even though the property was built or renovated more than 5 years ago, it seemed virtually band new. The property owners were very friendly and ensured the stay was exceptional. The fact that it was easy walking distance to Biltmore Village made it extremely easy to walk to places for meals. Highly recommend this to any one or couple looking for a place to stay in Asheville, NC.

This home felt just right for my husband and me. We were going to The Biltmore, some local hikes, and downtown for dinner and the location was very convenient. I always appreciate natural light in a bathroom. The high window (privacy but still light) was nice and the vanity was not tiny and cramped like some small bathrooms. All comfortable.

This was a great location in Asheville--very close to Biltmore village, good restaurants, and breweries. The apartment was as advertised and clean. Teri was very accommodating for our late arrival.

Fabulous place to stay. Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping and trolley stop. Short drive to Black Mt.and min to Biltmore Estate. Apartment extremely clean and appointed. Terri and Jim were easy to be in contact if needed. Will definitely return. We had a Perfect vacation for our week stay.

What a wonderful little apartment! It's very spacious and clean. The natural lighting is beautiful and it's nice and quiet. We felt very at home and had everything we needed. I actually like their mattress better than our own and the pillows were nice and soft. There were plenty of towels for our stay and they even left some supplies for us! The owner was always very quick to reply though they were never needed, because their instructions were so detailed. Absolutely loved staying here!

Perfect place for a couple. Walking distance to local coffee spots and Biltmore Village. Downtown is not far at all. The mornings you can hear a variety of birds singing and it’s just so beautiful. The owners are awesome and respond quickly with answers. I will be back!

Great location, walkable neighborhood in Biltmore village. Great porch with rockers. Comfortable with everything we needed. Great hosts. So much to do in Asheville but the Biltmore gardens were the highlight for us on this trip.

Everything was very clean and attractive. We were a little early at check-in. The owner was in the yard and allowed us to go in. We are 65+ so the steps were a little challenging, but being able to sit out on the porch was so nice when the weather was good. It is within walking distance of Biltmore Village. The owners, Jim and Teri, were excellent hosts.

Great place to stay. Very close to all that Asheville has to offer. The owners were super accommodating. I was so excited for my mini vacay that I showed up a day early. This guest apartment was clean, well equipped and had everything we could think to want. The location in Biltmore Village worked for walking to restaurants, an easy drive to downtown and the Biltmore Estate. The hosts were delightful and available but not overwhelming. This property made the rest of the vacation work so well.

The house is in the perfect location to visit The Biltmore and shop at the village nearby. Downtown is also very close by.
The owners reply to any questions quickly. They are living on property so they are available if needed but do not bother you.
The house is adorable and very clean. They definitely take pride in their home. The home has everything you need…coffee pot, toaster, towels, washer and dryer, extra blanket…they even have movies for dvd player! I will definitely recommend this listing to friends and family and will stay here again.

Everything was perfect!!! The cleanliness was beyond our expectations. The cottage is beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed and more to make our stay so relaxing and comfortable. The location is great.
