The location is spot on near to all restaurants bars and shopping. Fabulous 2 bedroom apartment with a fabulous sun terrace which gets the sun from midday onwards. Would definitely return.

Very clean and very central which was good in daytime but not so good at night . Good supermarket in the next street and plenty of bars and restaurants very close .

It was very , very noisy at night on Thursdays , Fridays and Saturdays as unfortunately the apartment js also in the same street as two nightclubs . very loud music until 3am with people shouting/ screaming in the street until 8or 9am . we had great difficulty sleeping and even resorted to putting cotton wool in our ears after searching Malaga for earplugs .

Very bright and clean apartman with two bedrooms and a big living room. It is located in the historical center of Málaga, lot of restaurants and bars can be found nearby. Air conditioned, it is useful during summer.

It has a big terrace with furniture, where the nights are enjoyable, but some shade /shelter from the sun would be useful during the day on the terrace.

Unfortunately this apartment is in a poor state of repair. We were really disappointed having previously stayed in this same apartment 3 years ago, so had been looking forward to returning. The only good thing left about it now is the location. We do not recommend and will not be returning. It was well overpriced.

The toilet was not fixed to the floor properly & made a very loud noise. I note previous guests mentioned this in their review in February 22 and still it has not been fixed. Black mould in the shower, bathroom taps loose. There was insufficient cutlery for our family, only two knives. We asked for more cutlery and were ignored. Insufficient cooking equipment. Dishwasher leaked and did not work properly. Outside terrace tired looking & no longer looks like the pictures. Nails sticking out of the floor by the wooden stick display. Poor soundproofing, could hear neighbours in the flat below talking and walking around.

The location of the apartment is very central, close to many restaurants, supermarkets and there is also a club in the street of the apartment. We were surprised to arrive during the Malaga Feria so we were right in the middle of the festivity of the city (a lot of drinking and dancing). The apartment has a nice terrace overlooking the streets of Malaga which is really nice to have breakfast, dinner or a glass of wine when the sun is not too hot.

Cleaning of the apartment can be improved, under the bed was covered in dust and the apartment could have some refreshing, especially in the bathroom where one of the sink taps was quite unstable at the touch and the toilet seat also needs to be changed.

there could have been a few necessities,like washing machine tablets or nespresso. the sofa looked a bit stained and some of the glasses were chipped. otherwise, excellent.

Perfect price, perfect location

Not knowing there was a little button to press as you got out of the lift to open the main door until we were leaving the last day. Only very minor

A little bit tired in places, loose fittings and a few nails outside on balcony where some fixtures has broken off (bamboo sticks), but minor details just needs a little bit of maintenance.

Beautiful, compact apartment in an excellent location. Close to the main shopping area, museums etc. Coffee shops and restaurants all close by. The roof terrace had the evening sun. It was perfect.

We had no hot water for showers on day two? The drains in the bathroom were a little bit smelly when we arrived.

Perfect location. 10/20 mins from everything and excellent supermarket only 2 mins away. Loved the rooftop patio with great views and full sun from afternoon onwards. Apartment was lovely with comfy bed and great shower. Kitchen had what you needed for breakfast and lunch.

If it had been a hotter week then it would have been too much to sit in full sun. A canopy would be useful that pulls out over the patio doors to give some shade.

The location was perfect and the apartment was a good size and comfortable.

The apartment could do with the attention of a good handyman for a few hours as there niggling little faults that are stopping it being excellent. All the faults would be extremely easy to put right if somebody had the time to look at them.

The property was centrally located.

The photos did reflect the property. The patio cushions were wet & had no covers. However when we requested they be replaced, they were. The bathroom door could not close. The bathroom needed a deep clean due to mould.

The location, exactly what we were looking for, close to the sites of Malaga, shops, bars and restaurants. The terrace was lovely with sun all afternoon. Excellent shower and comfortable bed and living room furniture. Appliances such as hob, dishwasher etc all new.

The main problem is the toilet which moved when used as it is poorly fitted and the seat badly aligned. Most pans didn't work on the induction hob but Zana from the agency resolved the problem very quickly. Provision of cutlery, glassware etc was poor particularly if four people occupied the apartment. The freezer needed defrosting. Cushions are missing from the terrace furniture those present are in poor condition. These problems didn't stop us from having a great 2 week stay and are easily remedied.

Nothing really. Maybe could have done with extra towls since we were there a week. Though im sure they would have provided if we had asked.

Location and place fab

Was given wrong password for wifi which having to do passenger locator nightmare. Also not shown how to work the heating, it was very cold. I texted Carlos to ask him to help no reply. We stayed 3 nights no reply. Hence bad rating

Great space, in a very central location. Terrace is a delight that gets the afternoon sun. Excellent shower and well equipped apartment. Surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants - really spoilt for choice.
