La casa estaba muy limpia y bastante cuidada.

La casita fenomenal..sobre todo la piscina y las vistas al mar y a la montaña..un sitio excelente para repetir y aconsejar!!

Una estancia muy relajada, cerquita de la playa y una calle tranquila, aparcamiento en la parte de detras, se disfruta mucho de la gran terraza y la piscina, ha sido inmejorable, para repetir

La idiosincrasia y particularidad de Nerja, con cuestas y escaleras para ir a la playa, como para ir al pueblo hace el contraste de incomodidad en los desplazamientos, y de belleza absoluta en cada paseo. Las vistas de la casa compensan con creces la subida de escaleras y cuestas desde la playa.

Hemos estado una semana alojados en esta casa y todo ha estado perfecto. Muy recomendable. Para repetir.

El alojamiento es perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones de 10, nosotros éramos un grupo de jóvenes de 25 años, el objetivo de las vacaciones era desconectar, ir algún día a la playa, pero sobre todo hacer vida en el piso, ya que la situación con el coronavirus no invita a hacer mucha vida fuera del alojamiento, y la experiencia muy buena, tiene todo lo que se necesita para ello; Por otra parte, si tu objetivo es ir todos los días a la playa también es un piso ideal, se tardan como 8-10 minutos a la playa de Burriana andando Muy bien situado en una zona tranquila Si vuelvo a Nerja, repetiría mi estancia en esta Villa

Una casa muy bonita y muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Agradecemos la atención de Derek, muy amable y solucionando cualquier duda, nos gustaría repetir la experiencia.

Lovely views, pool very good and wonderful on a hot day. Supermarket close by and very good selection. Beach about a 10 minute walk but lots of steps and steep hill on the way back, but we were prepared and probably a little fitter! Good outside space with a good bar b que.

Fantastic villa with everything you could want. Pool was perfect and very spacious outdoor area. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The villa is somewhat better in the pictures than in reality. This is especially true for kitchen furnishings and bathrooms. The kitchen decor and counter have a clear need for replacement and the contents were tiring. The teflon in almost all the saucepans was scratched and the knives were dull. It was a lack of butter knives and small spoons. The cleanliness of the kitchen on arrival was clearly surfes cleaned, but not thorough cleaned. The bathrooms both up- and downstairs were worn down and the wood was rotten down in the 1st floor. Water ran out on the floor in the 2nd floor and was notified to homeowners who responded immediately that this was to be fixed in October. The shower on the 2nd floor was held up with a rope, just saying... The pool area and porch were very dusty and we had to hose down the tiles and wash all the outdoor furniture. The pool itself was clean. The parasol was broken and useless. One of the chairs outside broke the first day and was notified owner who responded right away. We have rented villas in previous years in Nerja, but this is the first time the villa has not been cleaned during a two week stay. We got new bedding and towels, but that was it. Several of the towels had holes in them. We also didn't get toilet paper, witch was also the first time we experienced when renting a villa. The area was in a short distance to the beach and marked, which was great. But the street Calle Coin itself was littered with garbage and a lot of cat feces, this applies on the road to the marked. So the area was not that nice compared with other places we have rented. The service is excellent when needed, but the villa is not in good condition. We love Nerja, but unfortunately we will probably not be coming back to this villa.

The position of this property gave fabulous views and it is in a quiet area, 3 minutes walk from the nearest supermarket and not far from the beach. The outside space was great including the pool and it was helpful to have a few provisions for when we arrived as a welcome pack. There was no spare bedding, just duvets so some members of our party were cold at night. Some extra blankets would have been useful. Also there were no covers for the sunbeds or outdoor seating so although there were instructions as to where these could be found at the villa, we couldnt find them.

Mi familia y yo hemos pasado unos días fantásticos en Nerja gracias a Derek y Mandy por su bonito alojamiento, comodidad y atención. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. Lo recomiendo y espero volver de nuevo. Gracias.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i villaen, som indfriede alle vores ønsker i forhold til vores 3 børn på 4,11 og 15 år. Faktisk med velkomst pakke; Brød, smør, vand, juice og hvidvin. Der er en fantastik udsigt fra villaen som ligger ca 10 min gågang fra Burianna strand. Der er også et stort supermarked tæt på. Jeg vil anbefale at leje en bil, hvis man har børn med eller dårligt gående, da Villaen ligger oppe i Nerja. Der er gode parkeringskælder og pladser i byen, som dog koster penge.

We had a fabulous week at Villa Mimosa. The beds were comfy, the pool and terrace were great and the views are breathtaking - the sea, the mountains and pretty Burriana. It is an uphill walk from the beach but I think we came home fitter than we arrived which is a bonus. This was our 5th May half term in Nerja, always in different accommodation. This is the only one we would book again.

The welcome pack was much appreciated. I will definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Great location and villa, some things looking a little tired, but overall a great time. Good communications with the owners.

Villa Mimosa was perfect for me and my family there was plenty of room for the 6 of us, It was very well equipped with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool, it was close enough to the supermarket, the beach and restaurants. Overall it was exactly what we'd hoped for and we hope to stay again in the future.

A well equipped villa with 2 fantastic balconies and plenty of space. home from home with tv, aircon and wifi. Great Views both ways to the mountains and sea. Very close to a supermarket. Pool was lovely , but losing its mosaic tiles . Street parking outside. Ten min walk to burriana beach.

This villa was an ideal base for the town and motorway. It was equipped to a high standard. One problem was the washing machine. Couldn't open it! The awnings were needed during the heatwave we had. The pool is needing some maintenance as we could see the liner in one place. But it didn't detract from our enjoyment. The only real negative was the agent Phil. I had just arrived and couldn't get the light to work in the bedroom. When I called for assistance he was most unhelpful. Not everyone has rented property in Spain. I felt his attitude was unprofessional. Quite frankly if anything else had happened during our stay I would not have called. Not what you want from an agent.

5 adults shared this villa for 8 days in August 2014 and it was a superb villa and location for our needs. The management and arrangement of our booking as excellent from start to finish with the owners providing timely and detailed information meaning that we had reassurance of everything throughout. They were also particularly helpful with offers to arrange transfers and add to the welcome pack provided as we were arriving late on Saturday evening. The welcome pack itself was an incredibly thoughtful touch which was much appreciated. The villa is very well situated away from busy main roads but only 5 mins walk to a large supermarket. It was very clean and contained everything we could need for our week. The pool has fantastic views and given the weather was glorious as very welcome to cool off in. We walked into the main town of Nerja at least 4 times and doing this at a leisurely pec took about 30 mins but it was a nice walk and the closeness to Burriana beach where you can hire sunbeds and umbrellas for the day at €3 was great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday bit with access to bars and restaurants. The gourmet taps restaurant 'Brasserie Iberica' at the bottom of the road the villa is on is only 5 minutes walk but does an excellent set menu every evening. We had a car for the week as it was cheaper than transfers from Malaga airport and enabled us to visit local towns and sights. I would suggest this is helpful at this location. Mobile phone signal was good and although wifi is available we did have some problems with this but it did not spoil a fantastic holiday at a great location and in beautiful surroundings.

Stayed September 2011. Villa which was plenty big enough for 4 people. Very well equipped, clean and we felt very secure as it's gated. Great views of mountains and sea. Location really good - 10 min walk down to Burriana beach but a bit of a struggle going back up so not recommended for those without a car or with walking difficulties. Balcon 15 min walk. Karen (the rep for the Villa) was really helpful and can assist with most things. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated and the owners were very helpful and speedy with booking and communication. Overall fab villa and very good value for money. Thanks.

Beautifully layed out villa in probably one of the best locations in the town. Especially handy for Burriana but to be honest you could walk to anywhere in town easilly.. In short loved it. Thanks to D&M Ian and Teri

An excellent villa in an excellent location, far enough from the main area to be quiet and relaxing yet close enough to all the amenities. The villa was clean and tidy and equipped with everything we needed. The owner is prompt and professional with contact and customer service and provides excellent directions and information regarding the villa and local restaurants. The villa and terrace area is large enough for 6+ people and you can still find space to be on your own, you can get the sun from morning to sunset. The pictures of the sea views do not do the villa justice as they are better in real life. We made good use of the terrace and BBQ and made the easy ten minute walk to the beach with has lots of restaurants, with enough variety of food to keep everyone happy. I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and will come back to stay again.
