poor room design. no black-out curtains and lights from corridor kept me up all night

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities in the room were really nice (coffee, wine, snacks). They parked and charged our Tesla. Good location near the town square. Breakfast next door was good.

The lighting on the vanity mirror was not good for close up work.

hard to tell. booked what I thought was a room that would accommodate 3 and it was only equipped for 1. took two calls to the front desk to get someone to even make up a sofa bed. the poor kid who was sent to the room told us he’d never made a bed before (wow WHAT!!) and then proceeded to attempt putting sheets on a bed that we guests had to finish. so yeah hard to appreciate the value of a place with an experience like this.

Harmon house is close to downtown so a lot of things are walking distance. Also parking is complimentary Valet so that saves costs on parking.

The advertise a gym but it’s not on site.

Spacious room. Great shower with rainfall feature. Loved the balcony. Free snacks. Exceptional service and free tesla charging !!!

Nothing. Great stay. Actually sliding doors in room creaked a bit while air con was on. Minor detail.

it’s about time to change out the bed.

The location and staff are 👍. Rooms are a generous size. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant options within the hotel and its sister hotels are exceptional. Beautiful rooftop bar was very nice. Had a nice wine varietals that I had never tried and the apps were really good. Again great staff.

Pillows were a little too big and stiff. Our first room had people staying above our room who walked very heavily and it was constant, right up until they went to sleep and then early in the morning. We had to ask for a different room for the next evening and that room was nice and quiet. Pleased that the staff was able to accommodate us with a different room with no push back

The entire experience was short and sweet ..the only complaint I would have is you can hear people above you… people walking and clearing doors..

Fan in shower would not shut off. Thermostat was diifivukt to work and maybe was broken
