Great location in the thick of things at Copper! Easy, stunning walk to everything. The condo feels open, airy, and very cozy at the same time. Really super unit.

I had some trouble with the WiFi on day 2, but, the local team was on it quickly, and solved the problem straightaway. It was very barely a hitch.

Location was good

The parking garage was very hard to navigate

Location, closest to the ski lifts, and center village.

could use a more through cleaning, and new shower curtains

The apartment was actually in construction. One of the bathrooms was unusable and had debris and tools still in it

Location is nice, parking is nice and overall process is nice

The room was clean and very nice.

Instructions on how to pick up keys and where to park was very confusing. Condo was advertised as in Frisco but property was in copper mountain. Very confusing. Called to extend stay. Person I talked to was very friendly and booked extension no problem. Couldn’t sleep that night because there is no ac and room was too hot. Called to cancel extension waited on hold for almost and hour and they told me they couldn’t cancel extensions and I can to call 3rd party.

The location was perfect for what we were there for-skiing.

There could have been daily housekeeping.
