Wir waren schon zum 2. mal in diesem Hotel, warum?? Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum, die Parkgarage, das Preis / Leistungsniveau und das sehr gute, reichhaltige Frühstück. Beim Auschecken wollte man uns sogar noch eine Flasche Mineralwasser mitgeben. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Es gab und gibt nichts zu bemängeln....

Super Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer (ohne Bad) und das Hotel sind neu und modern renoviert. Super freundliches Personal, wir wurden mit einem Welcome Drink begrüsst und mit einer Flasche Wasser auf die Weiterreise verabschiedet. Parkgarage war gleich nebenan und privat.

Einziger kleinster Minuspunkt: kein Safe, kein Kühlschrank

Simple, but gave all the comfort we needed. it's in the city center so it was close to all main tourist attractions, bars, restaurants.

This hotel has excellent staff. It has easy access at night with your key. Fantastic pillows (one per bed). And it's located centrally, but not quite as noisy as we expected.

The "three-person room" is an already small room with a third bed jammed in. There's no refrigerator. The air conditioner was intermittent during some unusually hot days. There was quite a lot of mold in the shower. And a strong sewer smell showed up somewhat randomly—this was the most significant negative. I assume there are rooms without some of these issues that would make it a more pleasant stay and a good value.

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The hospitality was very nice, all the hotel staff was always smiling and very welcoming. They helped me out real quick when the reception was closed but I had left my keys in the room by mistake, with a very warm attitude although it was very late at night and the lady needed to come to the hotel just for me. The room was quite cozy, equipped with a small desk, wardrobe, safe, tv and bathroom with towels and shampoo. The room was even nicer than it looked on the pictures. The location is great, just around the corner from both main train station and center. The socket port right next to the bed was also a nice touch. The breakfast was exceptional. All in all, the hotel will be my top choice if I travel to Regensburg again.

Although it’s not the hotel’s fault, it would be fair to mention that it was very noisy after midnight because of a group of people at the time of my stay.

Location was great

Staff didn't knock on the door! They just burst in without knocking, although they knew we were inside!! Television was hanging way up on the wall!! Very strange position!

The hotel is located in an excellent location, near the old center of the city. The staff was very kind, the breakfast was very very good, the room was very clean and the check-in/check out was with no issues at all. Also, the receptionist recommend us an excellent Bavarian Biergarten for the dinner and the dinner was delicious.

The pillows were kind of strange - they were like half-empty. But - that is just my personal preference.

breakfast was lovely. staff was friendly. excellent location! walking distance from the train station and right downtown next to the Christmas markets.

We were given rooms in the partner hotel Am Petershof due to holidays which was fine by us and even easier due to neighboring parking garage. It’s next to to the the old city in a perfect position. Staff was lovely and have given us a bottle of water during the check-out which was thoughtful.

Perhaps the room is a tad small for a longer stay, however for a sleep over during the road-trip it was perfectly fine.
