The location, the place itself, the beach access, the room and view are incredible! Also the Spa is very nice. The staff is very helpful & friendly.

The restaurant is really not up to the standard of this hotel and of this country. It’s a pitty. The breakfast is good but the lunch / dinner a la carte is very poor and not tasty.

Hotel maravilhoso, com uma vista linda para o lago! As instalações são aconchegantes e muito bem decoradas. O quarto e banheiro são grandes e oferecem bastante conforto. O café-da-manhã é bem variado. A área do spa é ótima, com piscina aquecida, saunas, duchas e locais para massagens. A área externa do hotel é linda, com um ofurô no meio do bosque, cachoeira, deck e praia no lago. O atendimento é impecável, onde os funcionários são muito solícitos e cortezes.

This is the most fabulous hotel with awesome views ofer the lake. There’s a private beach down by the lake, a great spa, rooms all have a panoramic view of the lake. Dinner and breakfast were first class and the wine list is extensive.

Beautiful property overlooking the lake. Very cozy hotel, very comfy bed, impeccable service, staff go above and beyond. Daphne, Tamara, Andrés and all the girls in housekeeping are very warm and friendly. The hotel has a private beach and deck, with bar service, highly recommended for sunsets!

wifi is very unreliable, and no phone reception either. Perfect if you’re looking to disconnect, but a nuisance if you need to be online.
