Nice apartment, Pool great for the kids. lovely bbq area. Garden and pathways well maintain.
Nice 5 minute walk to cable Beach.
Would have liked a second bathroom.

The whole property was clean and tidy and the bus stop outside was great for getting to the shops/ beach etc

The grounds and pool area are lovely with lush gardens. The location is excellent and the facilities are great for families.

The room good for a big family like mine
The $500 deposit that went back into my account couple of days later and the late notice of the $500 deposit after I payed the booking of the apartment.

Short supply of essentials such as toilet paper, bin liners etc. not enough supplied especially for longer stays.

some staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. You will get told off if you make any noise after 10pm.

Great location with a nice swimming pool. All basic facilities provided.
Living room a/c control, should be flexible in a hot location. Clothes dryer has seen better days. Our stay was for 11 days, a more complete service rather than just towel changes would have been nice and jusrified for the cost.

I made breakfast every morning, it wasn't included.
Location is good, short distance to the beach.Every morning we walked to the beach and back...
I couldn't reach receptionist to ask a few questions...that's all!
