Everything was excellent. Perfect localization. Close to center but quiet. New, comfortable apartment and a devoted host (Pietro and his family). I should not share the info cause I will be back 😀. And a beach is 30 seconds on foot.

I could cut it short and simply write: everything! The building is rather new and the appartments are very spacy, clean, well equipped and the neighborhood is quite. The host is amazing, very friendly and helpful and you feel welcome every second of your stay (mille grazie Pietro!!). The location is a bit off the main center, but new and good bikes (for adults with child seats) are available at Residence 3 Oblo for a very low price. We additionally rented a kids bike at Nino's bike in Alba Adriatica for a couple of days but then Pietro organized us a kids bike as well. The beach is about 100m down the road and due to the distance from the center and the big hotels, you have a lot of space due to fewer rows of umbrellas on the beach. The rent of the appartment already included 1 umbrella, 1 beach bed and 1 sun chair at this great and very fine sandy beach (additional booking of beds / chairs directly at the beach restaurant is expensive but this is cquite ommon in Italy). The area is mainly booked by Italiens so in July it's still very quite and we had the beach almost for ourselves. There are very good restaurants in Giulianova and by bike you reach them in 5-10 minutes simply following the shore line on separate bike lanes

- very tight parking places in the underground garage - A/C operation not always intuitive - beach stands quite far away from the sea itself (not the first or even 2nd line) - no grocery store close to the property, nearest supermarket around 1.2 km away
