Very fun experience with the kids!! Beach stayed sunny and the night walks were absolutely exciting!! Boardwalk is only a few minutes of a walk away and the restaurant selection is great!! I love that there's an urgent care across the street from the Food Lion down the road. Definitely will be booking here again!!

This was a great property and fantastic location. We were literally one minute from the very nice beach (complete with lifeguards). The place was super clean and charming. Comfy beds, nice kitchen - everything we needed. Really liked the deck overlooking the ocean. The host was super responsive and could not have been more helpful. We could walk to the boardwalk and restaurants, etc. or take a very short drive to many more. Highly, highly recommended!

Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The oceanfront views were spectacular! Location is great. We cannot recommend Cindy and Robin and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

My adult children and I had a wonderful stay at Salty Toons condo. There’s no better way to spend Mother’s Day weekend, in my opinion! The condo is perfectly decorated and appointed with everything you need. The ocean view is beautiful and relaxing! It’s a true Gem, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great time staying in the condo. The ocean view from the balcony is amazing. Very nice way to take your meals while enjoying the ocean. The condo is very well located with direct access to the beach and at walking distance of the boardwalk and the bars and restaurants. It is very functional and we had a lovely weekend. We look forward to an opportunity to come back longer.

This condo is right on the beach and the balcony is wonderful. The kitchen is well-equipped. We were very comfortable. Robin was very responsive when we needed to contact him. We would love to stay here again!

The property was clean and contained everything you needed. I would have liked more than one bath towel for our 5 day stay. I liked that we only had a very short walk to the beach. The pool was clean. The parking garage was okay but the way out was very narrow and hard to manage.

Salty Toons is a great spot. You’re right in the beach. the property has a pool and you’re close to a lot of restaurants and the boardwalk with fun rides. Great for kids. Plenty to do. I enjoy having a kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony overlooking the water. The downside…it’s a lot of stairs to get up there to the 3rd floor, so if you’re mobility is an issue, it’s a hike. Parking was tricky too you’ll need to be available if you block someone in as they’ll need to call you to move. I’d also suggest to the hosts they make a Tv channel guide, figuring out what was available was a pain. Maybe also add a few more bath towels and hand towels to the inventory. Other than that. Great place and I would bring the family to stay there again.

This sweet little condo was so cute, clean and tidy, and very well appointed for our needs of a low-key relaxing trip. The full sunny deck with ocean view was glorious, then a little bonus back deck to soak in the late sun before it goes down. LOVE it. Will remember this one for future beach trips. Such a wonderful and quaint place right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. Everything was exactly how it was portrayed online. Cozy condo with an awesome ocean view. Rooms and amenities were fabulous. The only tricky part is parking but even that isn’t a problem with good communication with the other guests staying at the complex. Highly recommend for a great getaway beach week.

Near Perfect
Other than the workout from going up and down the stairs, this is an excellent place for a family to enjoy Carolina Beach. Fantastic private deck with a perfect view of the beach and a nice, clean pool are highlights. Walking distance from the boardwalk, restaurant, and shops. Nice beds and bedding. Good amount of space and fantastic to have two baths. This will definitely be a repeat for my family.

The view was amazing and the condo was clean and had everything we needed.
The parking though left much to be desired. I had asked about the parking during when I could still cancel the booking and was told that parking was rarely a problem. It was a problem the entire week and we ended up not exploring Carolina Beach like we wanted. We only shopped and ate at places within walking distance for fear of losing our spot and not having a spot upon return. Also on the day we were checking out, we were blocked in by two vehicles that did not post their contact information in their window, which is policy. It made it extremely difficult to leave.
I would also advise that the balcony get repaired. There are some loose posts that if our littles leaned against could have resulted in a horrible accident. The floor of the balcony also had spots that sagged and were of safety concern.

Great location and view
The place was clean, enough space for a family of 5, amazing view of the ocean, within walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk, and of course an easy walk to the beach. The only thing to note is the parking is tight! But we parked and didn't use the car all weekend since we could walk everywhere.

Wonderful.
Beautiful, super clean, has everything you would need, very comfortable place to stay. And the deck, well, it’s just perfect. Early morning cup of joe on that deck watching the sun wake up over the ocean is spectacular. Our host and hostess were quick to answer our calls and very quick to respond to anything we might need. I can’t wait to rent from them again.

We enjoyed staying at the beautiful Beach condo with our family. We definitely enjoyed the ocean view and the late night swims in the pool. They had everything we needed and made our stay feel so easy and worry free! Definitely want to return in the future.

We had a great time! The third floor was quite a hike with groceries. The parking made me feel like I was still on call crisis being tied to my phone all the time but it was worth it!! Beautiful place with a spectacular view of the ocean!!

Great condo but parking is difficult
The property was right on the beach and we had a great trip. My only issue was with the parking. Each guest is allotted two parking passes but there is only room for one car per room to park in each bay. Even then you can get blocked in and have to call the person who is listed with the vehicle blocking you to come move their car and allow you to get out. I honestly don't have a suggestion for the owners on this matter because there simply isn’t anywhere else to move your vehicle. Other than that I will say that we had a wonderful vacation!

Our second stay
We enjoyed it as much as we did last year! The stairs can be a pain but this year we knew what we were getting into and we’re mentally prepared. You can beat the end unit oceanfront view! We love Carolina Beach and this condo is a home away from home!

Beautiful Condo
We had a wonderful stay! Condo was sparkling clean, beautifully appointed, and well stocked. The location was perfect for us and the views were just stunning. My teenagers even got up to see the sunrise from the balcony. We had a small snafu with the code but Cindy literally stopped what she was doing to come over and help. Plus we had great communication throughout the trip. We would love to come back again soon!

We were very impressed with the 3rd floor property, the views were stellar! Loved the decorations and the details that made our stay so enjoyable. Cindy replied to our every communication making you feel very welcome and that she was available to assist in any way possible. Highly recommend this unit!If you have trouble with stairs this definitely is not the unit for you ! lol
