Chalet door stuck while we open it..chalet room to far for my baby..

Location and the room availability.
Room is a bit run down. Electrical outlet and toilet flushing is a bit challenging. May need to upkeep.
The water unable to flow down into sink and bath tub.

We paid 200++ for a chalet. But for 3 senior citizens to walk up a suspension walkway to go to our abode is rather risky due to rain, so we add up another 150 for a suite. Too bad, only 1 queen bed for 3 of us.

1. The route to the hotel is steep. But if your is good, should not be a problem.
2. It is an old hotel, even the room door is already expanded and need more force to open and close. The rest is ok.

the road to the location is quite good compared to other nearby stays.
We got the most far chalet room, have to hike to reach the room, with all the luggages and older family members, its really inconvenient with no bell boy or staff to help us. Also the water heater is not working for all the rooms, its very very cold !!
