We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Villa Bianca. The villa is stunning, amazing views, extremely spacious and situated in a beautiful, quiet part of Kalkan. The villa fully accommodated three generations of our family aged from 2 upwards! The pool with the children’s area was absolutely perfect for a grandson to play safely in and there were plenty of sunloungers & beanbags for the rest of us to relax on. The view from every room in the property was spectacular and the sunsets were simply amazing. It was a wonderful, relaxing holiday from the moment we stepped into the villa - pure bliss!

Six friends celebrating two major birthdays within the group . We chose the villa because we were able to only have to share one room so most of us had our own room and bathroom . The villa had a large living dining area and a great outside eating and chilling area and a spotlessly clean pool which overlooked the sea and delivered the perfect viewing spot for the evening sunsets . The kitchen was well used whilst we were there and there was also a utility room and a downstairs loo. We were extremely well looked after by Andy before we stayed there who was endlessly patient with our hundreds of questions and they Adem once we were onsite . The pool man came every day and cleaned the pool and took the rubbish away and the water man who delivered the drinking water was very efficient . We did a big shop in Kalkan when we got then and then just topped up at the mini market near the villa . Taxis were good value to go into Kalkan but we also enjoyed the beach club which was walkable and luckily we never had to walk back uphill in the dark as the owner of the beach club used to take us home in his car . Andy arranged a boat trip for the 6 of us on Sea Belle Junior and this was the high spot of the holiday . We had the boat to ourselves and the lovely lady cooked us the most amazing lunch , a huge array of home made salads , chicken and rice , fish and courgette fritters . In the afternoon she then produced a warm home made chocolate cake served with Turkish tea . Stunning

We spent Easter this year at this beautiful villa, the views were stunning and the owner fabulous at responding to any questions we had. If you have mobility issues then the inclines around this area may not be for you but taxis into Kalkan were only 7TLs, we would definitely return.

Wow! Seven of us spent 8 days at Villa Bianca and we had a blast. The view from every room is to die for. Waking up every morning and opening the curtains made us smile all day. The villa has everything you want for your stay. Andy was great from booking to arrival and then Adem took over. Andy helped us book the best restaurants in town and they did not disappoint A 5 star experience all round. There were a few tears when we left!

We just had a long weekend for my friends hen. 5 ladies so enough room to have a room to ourselves but we could have equally had 5 more people and felt just as comfortable. The views are breathtaking and the pictures don't do this place justice. Access into old town is easy and taxi services are fast, cheap and reliable. Andy was excellent prior to our visit catering to all our needs and making sure we had a smooth trip and everything we wanted waiting for us, he even arranged a chef to visit one night and make us dinner. Adem then took care of us whilst we was there. We would come back again. Kalkan is beautiful

The villa was much larger than I had expected and was very spacious for us all. It was lovely and bright and the view at all times, day or night is fabulous. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The bed linen and towels were a good quality. There was plenty of hot water each day for showers for four adults and a bath for our two grandchildren, 3 and 6 years old and the bath was huge! The kitchen had everything we needed, although we didn't cook at all but ate out every night. The pool was great and having a small shallow end was great for our three year old granddaughter as she doesn't like to be out of her depth, so she designated it as "her" pool! The tiles around the pool when wet are very slippery and whilst there are signs saying this, the children did slip over a few times until we located some rubber yoga mats and placed them where the children were going in and out of the pool and this solved the problem. Location wise the villa is about a mile away from the harbour and main restaurant area. It is an easy walk in and quite safe. Although we got taxis usually as it was a bit far for our three year old to walk which were only about £3.00 each way. Carrefour a main supermarket is in Kalkan and each morning I went down to buy our fresh bread which was delicious. During our stay no one else was staying in the neighbouring villas so it was extremely quiet. The booking process was extremely easy, particularly helped by Andy's speedy responses. He also arranged our airport transfers which were excellent, especially as my son had to re-arrange his flights due to the demise of Thomas Cook. It all ran very smoothly. Andy's team on the ground were instantly responsive, albeit, we only had one query. The villa was excellent and a great location for a fabulous holiday.

The villa was exactly as planned, Kalkan is just a lovely and beautiful small City with so much opportunities around. The property owner keept in touch with us all the months before the travel and wrote back directly. We can just give 10 points.

We 3 couples had a fantastic stay in this villa. We couldn't believe the space, amenities and especially the view. Contact throughout with the owner Andy was great and very helpful. The view is outstanding and would be hard to beat. Kalkan itself is a beautiful town which has not been overly commercialised and retains lots of character. We would all return to this beautiful place without hesitation.

The villa was exactly as described and it lived up to the photos on the web site. We stayed for 2 weeks with our grandchildren 10 8 and 3 and they loved the pool - especially the paddling pool for the little one. The pool was safe, not too deep and well maintained. All the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The villa had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing break. The sunsets in Kisla are the best in Kalkan. Andy and Adem made everything easy, including booking transfers and car hire for us. This is a villa I would highly recommend and we will definitely book again

Lovely villa. Perfect for our family including teens and grandma but I would think twice before bringing toddlers as there are lots of stone steps. The villa has everything you could need and Adem was on hand if needed. Stunning views from the pool area, and only a short walk up the hill to a small supermarket for supplies. 15 min walk down into Kalkan but if it’s hot then taxis are very cheap and accessible. Lots of fabulous restaurants and bars in the main town but closer to the villa and just up the hill is the hotel Fidanka which we loved. Overall this is the perfect place for a fabulous, lying by the pool, lazy holiday.

What a blast - perfect weather, perfect location, perfect villa - one of the best holidays we've ever had. We were a party of 9 & the villa coped admirably. Andy, the owner, arranged transfer to/from the airport & car hire for us. He was always available & very responsive to our questions - a great host. We felt Kalkan was great value for money & loved the restaurants. I would recommend Kalkan & Villa Bianca without hesitation.

AMAZING...dream about it....and it's yours! Well ...where to start.... When we arrived in the afternoon to the most wonderful villa and what a view from every window (the pictures don't do it justice), it said it all that we had picked a fantastic villa and location. The villa was immaculate Light, airy, fully equipped...and if that was not enough. a welcome pack. A feeling of space, wifi and all the mod con etc., Andy has thought of everything (even getting a information pack before you arrive, what to do, where to eat where to go etc...invaluable when on holiday for the first time to a new location). Be assured that Andy had a great support network onsite, Adem (the back up team) The pool view overlooking the sea was out of this world from early morning to sunset in the evening The outdoor space is fantastic, If you didn't fancy eating out, there is a wonderful brick built Bar-be-cue to enjoy - which we did!! Kalkan with its friendly helpful people is a vibrant place - plenty of fantastic restaurants, to many to mention but all the meals where excellent Andy organised taxi service from Airport - who where first class . Andy is very professional/helpful made the process from our first contact to the last a very smooth run - and especially on our last day with the unfortunate collapse of Monarch A 100% recommendation..but the only thing you can do... is to make a booking and experience what 'we' and many others have experienced at Villa Bianca yourself. I stayed here twice in 2016 (in May and November) and it really is the most delightful villa, located in a great part of Turkey. The villa was everything that the descriptor said - great views of the ocean, fabulous infinity pool, secluded location, spotlessly clean, air conditioning, well maintained, designer interior etc. I can strongly recommend the property and Kalkan itself and have just booked another trip in May 2017.

A-list celebrity-spec accommodation. Beautiful rooms and bathroom with stunning views over the bay. Kalkan is a walk away and is lively enough but the villa is relatively secluded so very peaceful location. 5 stars

We cannot thank Andy enough for all his help both before and during our stay at this beautiful Villa. We sadly had to shorten our stay at the beginning due to family circumstances but Andy was so accommodating and the villa was just what we needed after the few months leading up to the holiday. We love Kalkan and have been before but from the airport transfers to the welcome we received when we arrived we could not fault any aspect of our stay. Drinks outside of an evening with that beautiful view was a great way to end an evening. The villa had everything you could ask for, ti actually exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back again. Thanks Andy

We had a fabulous time in the Villa and in Kalkan in general . The view from the bedrooms, the terrace and the pool were stunning and the sky was full of stars at night . The Villa has everything one could possibly need and a day in a boat from the port is a must . The 2 local beach clubs have all the water sport facilities available , waterskiinig , jet skis , canoes , as well as banana and doughnut rides Lots of fabulous restaurants and friendly locals A great place to go -- looking forward to going back Chris Davies

This is the second year we have rented this idyllic villa. Perched high above the surrounding houses to the front, where the views of the sea and mountains are spectacular, particularly at night, you are cocooned in a world of peace and tranquillity. Far enough away from the town but within a 5 minute taxi ride (at £3 each way). The quality and finish to this spectacular villa makes you feel like a millionaire even before you draw back the full width curtains to explode the view over the infinity pool. Kalkan with its 300 restaurants caters for the family and more discerning traveller. No thumping night clubs and union jack shorts here. The locals are very friendly and polite and only too eager to please. The range and standard of food is exemplary. Within striking distance of several historic and scenic spots Kalkan is ideally placed. Take a private bus from the airport direct to the villa, all arranged by your host. For a restful holiday with enough entertainment for children, good food and wine on hand for the adults you cannot go far wrong with this villa.

The entire experience of initially contacting Andy and then eventually staying was flawless. Andy was extremely helpful will all of my questions and the villa is as good as it looks in the photos, with a truly stunning view of Kalkan. Despite initial apprehensions about visiting Turkey due to the political unrest, every aspect of the trip, including the flight and the transfer (which was organsised by Andy), went as smoothly as we could have imagined. Kalkan is a wonderful part of the world and I encourage as many people to go as possible.

What a villa! The photos didn't do it justice and neither did the written description. The location was absolutely fantastic-no wonder it rates as one of the best ten views in the world. We found the villa to be spotlessly clean exceptionally well equipped and well maintained. The master bedroom on the first floor was absolutely out of this world,where else can you lie in bed and press a button to open the curtains and see that fantastic view? Andy had arranged for us to be picked up from Dalaman airport and had also arranged the car hire for us which all went really smoothly. We hope to visit again next year. Tremendous selection of good quality reasonably priced restaurants all staffed by very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of interesting shops and plenty of places of interest to see in the near vicinity-visit Patara beach there is a charge of approx. 5TR per person which gives you access to the beach and also the remains of a huge Roman town. We had a fabulous family holiday at Villa Bianca this summer and I'm only writing this review because Andy and his support staff were great but I don't really want anyone else to know about this gem in Kalkan. The villa was really well appointed and plenty of space for the nine of us that stayed. We arrived really late and Andy's team was on hand to welcome and show us around the villa. If we need anything, it arrived the next day and we also had a good recommendation for a doctor when one of the kids got an ear infection. Clearly spending way too much time in the wonderful pool! Great villa and a great holiday. Thanks Andy!

Three generations went to Turkey for a relaxing holiday. The choice of villa was the right one. It is a fantastic place in a beautiful setting, looking down over Kalkan and the bay it sits in. The sun hits the villa from very early in the day until sunset, the pool is a natural cooling antidote to the heat. All rooms share the amazing view, they are modern, spacious and air conditioned. The trip into town is less than five minutes by car, 20 minutes gentle strolling. The restaurants, both by the port and in the old town ,have great menus and are very well priced. All of us came back relaxed from the holiday and our only complaint is that we didn't book a longer stay.

What a stunning villa with the most impressive views. A really relaxing experience as the villa is designed to give tranquillity and has everything you need . Lots of room so a family can find their own space and then come together to enjoy time having fun. Loved Kalkan unspoilt and charming. Look forward to coming back.

This villa was perfect for our family reunion vacation. The villa was clean, modern and well furnished. The pool was great especially for small kids. The views were amazing from every room. The location was only 5 mins from Kalkan and 30 mins from Kas. There were enough sights and activities within 1 hour drive for us to spend 5 busy days. The owner and his maintenance staff were accessible and very helpful. We can't wait to go back.
