The grounds and pools are well maintained. The staff is wonderful and Stacey is a gem. Her concern to take care of any issue you may have is dealt with immediately.We like quiet beaches and locations. It’s not Myrtle Beach which we really appreciate. We never left the condo except for groceries or grab supper. Great patio pool area, nice beach, comfortable condo. We can’t ask for more.

The office staff were nice and professional, but it was too far away from the rooms and the carts were too far away and the trash bins were too far away. Restaurant was marginal and was out of Grouper. They are on the oceah. TV did not work the day we checked in. Furniture of the rental is outdated. It was clean though. Out view was out of the way and the picture of the rental is all you get, no sunshine. The NEW heated pool was not heated.

Ocean front, on site restaurant, and two beautiful brand new pools! It is also located in the middle of the island so you are within walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, too!

We decided last minute to take a quick trip to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

While the property and the management were nice enough, there was no warning about an event taking place during our stay. The event included being attacked by locals with water guns even after being asked to stop. More warning is needed by the management for guests who arrive and have no idea an event is taking place.

We “wasted” an entire day of our vacation when we could have been on the beach. In addition, housekeeping told us that had they known, they would have cleaned our unit first. While we were waiting for this unit to be cleaned, my husband walked by it to see what was going on and overheard comments from housekeeping about how dirty the unit had been left. He told them his immune system is weakened due to cancer. Those wonderful people had that unit **** n span for us, much cleaner than the unit we left, (in fact, the unit we left, i had to wear shoes all the time b/c the floors were that dirty). I love Tybee, and i love Beachside location. It’s hard for me to believe that it was NECESSARY to wait until after 5 to check in to the second unit. Somebody COULD have done something IF they had cared enough to do so,

There weren’t pillow cases in any of the extra pillows and they had several stains on them. There were no extra pillow cases at all. The furnace filter looked like a wool blanket. The TV remotes were all mixed up and took over an hour to figure out which went where.It would have been great to have had some coffee filters...but that’s not a must. Same with a pizza cutter and a pizza pan. Again, not a must, but something you typically see in most rentals.There wasn’t a broom or anything to keep the floors tidy while we were there. Just would have been nice to sweep as we tracked in sand every day. The fan and lack of sheets were the biggest issues.

The Deck, great food and drinks and even greater Employees!! I can't wait to come back in August!! We got in early and we were able to use the pools and go out to the beach, and our condo was available earlier than it was supposed to be. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!

The key pad entry was broken and no one ever came to fix it. One key with 4 adults for the week was unacceptable. Additionally, the pocket door between guest bedroom and bath was off hinges and no one came to fix it. The view was nice but there was an old iron love seat that was covered in rust and looked like it should have been junked on the balcony. Afraid to sit on it. While management has no control over guest behavior, it was a bit concerning with the language used by a guest and ensuing heated discussion when someone asked them not to use that type of language in front of children, then realizing a guest in that same party had an automatic strapped to her leg. Just not a good vibe and would never recommend to anyone.
