The grounds and pools are well maintained. The staff is wonderful and Stacey is a gem. Her concern to take care of any issue you may have is dealt with immediately.We like quiet beaches and locations. It’s not Myrtle Beach which we really appreciate. We never left the condo except for groceries or grab supper. Great patio pool area, nice beach, comfortable condo. We can’t ask for more.

The office staff were nice and professional, but it was too far away from the rooms and the carts were too far away and the trash bins were too far away. Restaurant was marginal and was out of Grouper. They are on the oceah. TV did not work the day we checked in. Furniture of the rental is outdated. It was clean though. Out view was out of the way and the picture of the rental is all you get, no sunshine. The NEW heated pool was not heated.

Ocean front, on site restaurant, and two beautiful brand new pools! It is also located in the middle of the island so you are within walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, too!

We decided last minute to take a quick trip to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

This was my first time at Tybee island and I will definitely be returning. I have zero complaints about it at all.

While the property and the management were nice enough, there was no warning about an event taking place during our stay. The event included being attacked by locals with water guns even after being asked to stop. More warning is needed by the management for guests who arrive and have no idea an event is taking place.

While we were waiting for this unit to be cleaned, my husband walked by it to see what was going on and overheard comments from housekeeping about how dirty the unit had been left. He told them his immune system is weakened due to cancer. Those wonderful people had that unit **** n span for us, much cleaner than the unit we left, (in fact, the unit we left, i had to wear shoes all the time b/c the floors were that dirty). To start off there should have been a more descriptive process on checking in I had spoke to 3 different people and they finally told us there was a key in the late arrival box after trying to door code for a hour that did not work ! Then we we dealt with people trying to come in our condo every night we constantly heard the key pad going off and had to call the police the last time it happened we stopped a man who said he was delivering pizza but never once tried to knock or ring door bell just tried putting in a code and opening door VERY SCARY!! The beds were very hard and sheets were NOT clean master bedroom had blood on sheets and pillow cases !! Would not recommend and will never go again !!
