È stato completato nell'ottobre 2018. La casa è decorata su misura nel Lago Motif, assolutamente incredibile! La nostra casa offre un'enorme zona giorno con un'enorme TV a schermo piatto da 75 pollici. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata comprende tutto il necessario, una caffettiera tradizionale con caffè, teglia speciale per pizza, spezie e un wine bar con molti bicchieri di vino. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 12 persone e la grande isola può ospitare altri due.
Tutte le camere sono splendidamente decorate e ogni camera è dotata di TV a schermo piatto! La camera da letto principale è estremamente grande con un letto king size, cabina armadio e bagno privato con vasca da bagno e doccia piastrellata. La seconda grande camera da letto è la nostra elegante camera e dispone di un letto matrimoniale, una zona salotto e cabina armadio. La terza camera da letto è decorata in stile americana, (adoriamo i nostri Stati Uniti!) Ha due set di letti a castello. Se stai cercando la vacanza perfetta per te e la tua famiglia, non cercare oltre! Questa è un'ambientazione ideale incastonata in una palude privata vicino a Chimney Rock, alla Marina di Chuck e alla Grande Acqua del Lago Martin incontaminato!

We used this cabin as spill over sleeping space for a family reunion held at our cousin’s lake house. It was great for older family members who needed space without stairs. It was perfect. Thank you.

The add was correct WELCOME TO PARDISE. We stayed at the resort for a week. one of the best vacations we have had in 20 years. Everything was just as advertised. the house was clean and, comfortable with everything we needed. We used the beach area and thoroughly enjoyed evenings at the pavilion. I wanted to play golf and we were 5 miles from the golf course. the facility is conveniently located to the grocery store for the last-minute items. I would not change anything about out stay. The best part of our weeks was meeting the Owners/Property managers Marian and Brad. You could not ask for a better host. They checked on us every day to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Both of them treated us as if we were family. I never felt like they were going out of their way to accommodate us, they were just dam friendly, good people respectful of our privacy. you could tell they were just them being themselves. We will be back.

We stayed at house #1 and friends stayed at house #2. We all had a great time on the lake. Amenities provided, such as kayaks, grills, covered deck, etc. were all used and appreciated. Location is very convenient and the ability to dock our boat and jetski right at the property was so convenient and helped make the stay even better. Homes were clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, coffee maker (thank you!) appliances, etc. Bedrooms were perfect, laundry was so helpful and AC worked great. Could not have asked for a better stay!

The home was amazing, with great space, very clean, very comfortable and the access to the lake was ideal. Two families of four stayed at the house and fit perfectly, the adults each had a separate room and the teens enjoyed the room with the bunk beds. We rented the pontoon boat which was convenient and easy to access beautiful Lake Martin. The owners were great and super helpful. Will stay again at Holiday Cove.

Beautiful properties with large porches for entertaining.The houses are tastefully built and decorated. The cove is quiet and peaceful. Canoes, kayaks, and water toys for adults and children. The boathouse/ dock is great for just hanging out right on the water.

So I've seen people list pros and cons of the places they've stayed in and initially I thought I would do the same only I cant..... I don't have any cons re: Holiday Cove
If I could offer 1 tip, it would be that if you book a stay in late Feb, just know the lake is a ghost town until Mid-March. This was not really an issue for our stay as we were there for rest & relaxation on our honeymoon so it felt like we had the WHOLE lake to ourselves.
The owner was soooo kind and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend one rent any of her properties as you can tell she takes pride in her homes and genuinely wants guests to have a fabulous stay (which we did)
Can't say enough good things about the house or home-owner. Kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking which was a plus as my husband cooked everyday. The owner is a text/call away but I didn't have any issues so I didn't need to reach out. This is for sure the place to rent on the lake!!

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Cove. Well stocked, clean , nicely decorated house. The community dock is very nice and we rented the owner’s boat which was super convenient. We loved Lake Martin , it is just lovely ! We took our sons to Chimney Rock to jump , tubed , and played cards . Such a fun family weekend ! The owners take care of this property of 4 homes on this cove and it’s a little oasis !

The property was as described on the site. The owners were fast when we needed assistance. The cleaning services are contracted out and definitely could have been better. The beach area need a little TLC. Overall a great place.

Amenities galore
The property was great- beach, boat dock, outdoor games/entertainment were all wonderful for accommodating our family.
The house was beautiful- perfectly decorated, great layout, etc. My only complaint was the mattress in the master bedroom- I think the floor was softer lol- but it’s all preference.
The bunk room was unusable the first night, as the smoke detector battery was going out and the smoke detector continued to beep so loudly even after removing the battery. We closed the door to block out some of the sound, and the kids slept on the couch. The owner came the next day to change it out.
The kitchen was well stocked, and the home was nicely cleaned. The main reason we chose this home was because you could also rent their boat, and didn’t have the hassle of finding the home, putting the boat in, etc. Unfortunately, the owner messaged us a couple of days before our trip to let us know the boat was down and wouldn’t be repaired in time for our stay, so we rented from a local marina.
Overall, I would rent again.

Best vacation ever!!
This property could not have been more perfect for our family vacation! We rented all four houses and they were all fantastic!! Each house is decorated so nice and they were all so clean and well stocked! The beach area was perfect for the kids and we all enjoyed swimming! We cooked out and made s’mores by the fire pit!
I do not have one complaint. It was phenomenal!! We will be back!! Marian and Brad are amazing hosts and made our stay so enjoyable!!

Just like the pictures
We rented this home for Thanksgiving. We had plenty of accessories in the home to be able to cook and serve our meal. The house is set behind another property, which was stated in the description, with a small view of the lake through the window or porch. What was very nice is the boathouse area. There was corn hole to play, tables to sit, and a fire pit. There was a lot of grass areas between the properties to throw a football or have the kids play outside. The house accommodated 6 of us very well. However, the bunk bed room mattresses were very firm...too firm for my kids. They didn't sleep well on them. Overall, the place was very clean and we enjoyed it so much! The pictures look just like the place.

The home was beautiful and clean. It may be better suited for a family that rents all the properties and stays together. A bit awkward, like your in someone else's backyard when it comes to the availability of the water. The homes closer to the water did take over, again beautiful home, but the access to the lake was not a comfortable environment.

I thought I was renting a solo house on the water come to find out there where 4 houses on the property and only house #4 is on the water. the pictures were of the inside of my house #1 but the outside pictures were of the house #4 totally miss leading

Lake Escape
We live on 30A and it been super crazy with people. This was such a nice getaway with great friends. We loved the setup of being there together. The house was perfect for our small group. The dock was a great place to hang out also. I definitely recommend it for groups of friends and families alike.

Great hosts! Relaxing vacation!
Marian and Brad were amazing hosts, always making sure everything was okay and were extremely responsive. The property is in tip-top shape with easy boating access, great slough for stand-up paddle-boarding and swimming, and great fishing (even right off the dock).

Nice property with lake access.
Beautiful house (we rented two houses: #1 & #4). Both were clean and well equipped. The boat house and dock is amazing and we spent most of our time relaxing there. Small beach is nice for kids to play in. We had two boats and a jetski and still had plenty of room at the dock. Plenty of parking for the trailers as well. Overall a great vacation and exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect Lake Community
We were super pleased with the property! The houses were all beautiful and very well decorated. I read many reviews about the “obscured” views but I didn’t NOT feel that was the case! We had a great view of the lake and surrounding area as well! The deck space was grate and we used it the entire weekend! We had a great time and met some very nice neighbors as well! We would love to rent this property again.

Deceiving Description
The house does not face the lake. The common area is shared with 4 houses unlike 2 houses in the description. If you look closely at the boat dock pictures you can see 3 out of the houses. This house is behind the one in the very back. Can barely see the lake from the front porch. Very disappointing. On a positive note the house was very very clean & beautiful on the inside. Would be a great place for a big group of friends/family that want to rent a few houses on one property.
