Great place to stay with our family! We'll definitely be back!

Great location, only half a block to the beach. Sunset beach lives up to it's name. Close to restaurants and stores but still feels like a very private area. The house was great. We had three generations there for a few of our ten day stay. Everything you could possibly need was available in the house, including all beach supplies. Hendrik was great to work with and very available. I accidentally broke a part of the washing machine and he ordered the replacement immediately and it was there in 2 days, and he refused to charge us for this. We will definitely stay here or any of his properties again.

This was an ideal property for our seven family members. The location is wonderful, just steps from the beach. There are a number of very good restaurants in the vicinity. The kitchen is well set up so it was easy to make meals there. The hot tub was great! We would definitely go back.

Great location!! Easy process.

Although due to flight cancellations only a couple of us made it, the property was perfect for a beach vacation. When the water heater broke, it was replaced first thing the next morning. Host would check in to make sure all was going well and even before arrival if we needed anything. We would gladly go back again (maybe next time during a season not risking blizzards in the northeast).

Booked this house for 5 adults and 3 infants in St. Pete for a wedding. The house was perfect for our needs. The location was great - a 3-minute walk to the beach and two beach bars. Our 3 yr old grand-daughter loved the kids rooms, toys and games. My sons used the hot tub a lot. We were able to park two large pickup trucks with no problem (one inside). Only areas of improvement I'd recommend would be updating the LR sofa which was kinda worn. Had a great stay and would stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at Sunset Beach. We booked this property last minute due to an issue with a previously booked house and we could not have been happier. There were 7 of us, 2 adults and 5 teenagers. The privacy of the upstairs master suite was a welcome surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was great! The kitchen was beautiful and equipped with everything you need. Huge flat screen TV with AppleTV in living room and one in the master suite. The 3 other bedrooms are on the main floor with 2 bathrooms (one ensuite from the other king room). The huge hot tub (more like a mini-pool) was perfect for the evenings and sits basically on the porch as you walk into the house...very cute set up. Beach is so close, just at the end of the street. We had dinner at Caddy's (a block away), typical resort style indoor/outdoor place. Its an easy drive into St. Petes and Gulfport for activities (excellent skateparks if you are bringing skaters). We were very happy with this property and look forward to booking it again!

My husband and 2 other couples spent five nights at Seaglass. The house was just the right size for 3 couples. The garage is very spacious. We were able to pull our SUV in with the bike rack for four bikes still on the vehicle. It is a 2 car garage but one side is used for storage so you can only park on one side. There is street parking and you can squeeze a car in front of the garage door. Easy access to the house from the garage. The porch with the extra large hot tub has all you need including chairs to take to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. We didn’t cook though. Has everything you need for taking drinks to the beach. Beds and bathrooms were nice. Our bed was very comfortable. The beach is easy to get to in a very short 3 minute walk. We biked the Pinellas trail every day also. The owners are very easy to contact and also very nice. I would rent this house again.

Three generation family trip. Terrible weather but still had a good time. Walkable to a really nice beach, one restaurant, and two bars and short drive to lots of other amenities. House has all kinds of things that we weren’t expecting but enjoyed (e.g. children’s toys, games). Would stay there again despite being on the pricey side.

We'd give six stars if we could. The house location is AWESOME! There is room for everyone. It is stacked with everything you need to cook, clean, and hit the beach. We had a family vacation that exceeded our expectations by a long shot.

Everything was as described and the hot tub is much larger than in the photos. The rooms can easily sleep 9 adults with the twin beds included, but the smallest kid’s room is definitely for kids only. The house was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy the beach, which was only a block away. Such a beautiful property!

Our host Hendrik was very attentive to our needs. He was in touch with us a week before our arrival. There was only one pack and play but we have two twin grandsons who are 7 months old. It was very nice of Hendrik to buy a new pack and play for us. We found the house to be conveniently located near the beach. It was easy to get our five grandchildren and the umbrellas and chairs to the beach. There are many shady spots along the beach that make it pleasant for the children. We appreciate the bottle of wine in the refrigerator along with a welcome note upon our arrival. However, we thought the house should have been cleaned a lot better with better sanitized considering the rent and cleaning fee we paid. Upon our arrival, we found dead cockroaches in the house and in the garage. There were things in the garage that were hazardous to young kids. There were dirty laundry and clothes in dresser drawers and closets that made them unusable. In some closets, there was a child’s flip flop and bags of clothing on the floor, and kids blankets and sleeping bags on the shelves. There were open and used containers of food and alcohol in several cabinets in and near the kitchen. One of the children’s beds on the second floor had a mattress that does not fit the bed frame and our two year old grandson fell through and hit his head. Moreover, the mattress had pee stains. Although the house is remodeled, the toilet in the second floor master bathroom was leaking and making strange noises constantly and needed to be flushed often. Two days before we left, the dishwasher leaked and we never used it again. We had to use many towels from the linen closet to wipe up the water. Our daughter-in-law ended up washing, drying and folding all those towels. The children’s bonus room on the third floor had a stale smell as if it had not been cleaned nor aired out for sometime. We never used the bonus room for the children. The shower on the third floor master bathroom only had cold water if another shower in the house was in use. We don’t like to be critical but we thought our remarks on the house should be noted for the sake of future renters. The impression we got from the house was that people move in and out to stay between rents.

This property was well equipped, the owner was very helpful, and Sunset Beach was quiet and easy to access. There was a lot for the small children in our group. The owners even picked up play food for the kids and dropped it off at the house.

Beach easily accessible from private home which is located on a quiet street. Comfortable spa and living spaces. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Enjoyable stay!

The house was perfect , the hot tube area was a little misrepresented with the view, and that it was under the house, other then that the rooms were great and the master was beautiful. Close to the beach and a very cool bar & Resturant. Hendrik was a great host and needed for nothing, our coffee maker didn’t work, before we woke there was a new one.👍

As far as location to the beach, this house was excellent. The manager was always quick to respond. We were surprised by the steep stair levels and by what was described as a fifth bedroom. The house is definitely someone's personal home so be prepared to find personal items throughout the house including some dresser drawers and closets. It's all about the great location with this rental.

Our family of 4 and another family of 4 stayed at the property for one week and really enjoyed ourselves. We found the home to be charming and homey in the sense that a family actually lives there and takes care of their home. The hot tub with TV outdoors came in handy as our first two nights were in the 50s and 60s. It made for relaxing evenings and easily fit all 8 of us. The TV did have a little trouble maintaining internet service and some of the jets did not work but we reported that to the property manager Heindrik (very attentive, flexible, and customer focused) and are confident they will be addressed for future tenants. We frequently used the beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs and the beach access was very close (right at the end of the block). We also enjoyed coffee on the outside deck each morning. The two "master suites" with king bends and own bathrooms was perfect for two families. Our daughters shared the queen and boys split the bunk beds. The 5th bedroom is really only appropriate for very small children. We did not need to use that room. The location was quiet and convenient between John's Port and St Pete Beach. We would certainly stay again.

It had everything we needed. Came down for a wedding( the house even had a steamer for dress pants)!! Perfect for the kids(age 4and 7 and infant) Lots of room,very close to beach. I wish it had another set of twin beds! But other than that! Perfect stay!!

Our family was very happy to stay at this property for two weeks in February. The owner was very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! The property is so close to the beach and we walked and sunbathed there every day.

This was the perfect property for gathering our grown children and grandchildren for Thanksgiving week! The house was perfect. So close to the beach and Caddys Beach Restaurant in walking distance was so convenient, we really did not have to leave! The Hot Tub is Awesome! Very well stocked for all of our cooking needs! We will be back! Very Clean
