Situato sulla prestigiosa Royal Muskoka Island (accesso in auto). Parcheggio per 5 auto, due passi carrai. Ho due lotti affiancati, un lotto ha un "Bunky" e un capannone, aggiunge molta privacy. Esposizione a sud-ovest, terreno pianeggiante e pianeggiante, a 50 piedi dal ponte al bordo dell'acqua, splendida vista a circa 3 miglia. Litorale sabbioso La grande collina attraverso la strada protegge dai venti del nord.
Situato lontano da alberghi, porti turistici, negozi e foci fluviali. Nessun problema di traffico in barca. Terre interne dell'isola (accesso auto) sono piene di servizi come metà campo da basket, baseball diamond, campo da calcio, gazebo, barbecue, tavoli da picnic e altro ancora. A cinque minuti a piedi. Vicino alla fine della strada senza uscita, molto poco traffico.

Such a beautiful property on a little slice of heaven! We had a fabulous weekend and Earl and Linda were great to deal with with lots of personal recommendations, nice tour and accessible for questions etc. We left a 4-star for accuracy only because a hottub was listed on posting but there isn’t actually a hottub. Everything else was perfection and 100% would love to return next season!

The cottage is clean, newly built, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The location is outstanding, with good walking and swimming and proximity to groceries and restaurants. Earl and Linda went out of their way to make sure the cottage was stocked with everything you could possibly need which made the vacation pleasant and stress free. The only downside about the cottage itself is that the bedrooms are a little small but still comfortable. I would have given five stars across the board but for the fact that there was noisy construction right across the road from Tuesday to Saturday starting at 8 am, which disrupted the peace of our vacation.

Stayed here with my husband and two of my adult children and had a wonderful time. Earl and Linda are great hosts, always checking in and available for any questions. Will definitely return!

The cottage is beautiful and well situated on a peaceful lake. It has spacious and well equipped. living/kitchen area. The bedrooms are well laid out and comfortable and the bathrooms are luxurious.
Since it is Autumn we enjoyed using the wood burning fireplace.
The area is great for walking and running and it is a nice drive to Port Carling to look through shops and pick up groceries. It was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the sunset and there were kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe for our use. Our university aged daughter enjoyed using the bunkie as her study!
Our hosts were wonderful. We hope to return next year!

Extremely welcoming and clean. Cottage and property were very accessible for two seniors with mobility issues. Great location close to many cottage country towns for outings. Had a great sunny week!

We give Earl's place a 5* rating all around. Earl and Linda met us there on check in to give us the tour. The cottage was immaculate, perfect for three families and our two young grandchildren under two. Linda had everything in the cottage for us, including bedding, linens, beach towels etc. The kitchen was well stocked with your everyday needs. The property was beautiful with a walk out to the lake and a sandy area to play with our grandchildren. The dock was a nice way to spend the afternoon. The bay was very quiet at this time of year but you could see the boats go by on Lake Rosseau. Earl had a canoe, paddleboards, kayaks as well. We will definitely return to this paradise in Muskoka. Thanks for everything Earl and Linda.

Our family enjoyed this lovely cottage with a large waterfront and sandy beach on a quiet bay on Lake Rosseau. Earl and Linda met us at the property and showed us everything we needed to know to enjoy ourselves. Everyone including our Portuguese Water Dog had an amazing week.

The owners of this property are very responsive to all concerns. The home is very clean and comfortable. The fireplace is beautiful. We loved the use of the canoe. We stayed over thanksgiving so we did not swim but we did enjoy sitting on the dock and admiring the lake.

We had a great time at this beautiful cottage....only downfall was the noisy neighbours and construction taking place two properties down. Owners have no control over either of these situations.

Ultimate Ontario March Break Getaway
This property, location and host are absolutely phenomenal. They have thought of every detail in rebuilding this house which made for a perfect stay. The main room and kitchen set up is so great with stunning lake views. Also saw tons of deer and a fox. The location is secluded and so relaxing. And the hosts are amazing, so attentive and kind. This place would also be perfect for lake weather with a huge waterfront and lots of water toys. 1000 out of 10. We will be back!! Thank you!!

Our family had a wonderful time at the cottage. The cottage was beautiful and exactly as the pictures depicted. The hosts contacted us before our stay and were kind enough to check in on us. They were available to answer any questions we had and were so kind! The views were incredible and the neighbourhood was perfect for a walk or run. This was truly a winter wonderland. We can only imagine how perfect it must be during the summer months. Hopefully we will find time to visit again soon!

Tranquility on The Bay
When we planned this get away so many months ago, we envisioned a quiet enclave looking out at the natural beauty and greenery of Muskoka while dangling our feet in the water at the end of a lovely dock...while guess what ? This wonderful cottage offers all that and more.
In a nutshell it features:
A spacious combined kitchen and great room fully equipped with every household appliance under the sun;
Three comfortable bedrooms and newly renovated bathrooms;
Close proximity to Port Sandfield, Port Carling, The JW Marriott and any other hi-lights of this stunning area;
Deer, porcupines, ducklings, rabbits, toads, and chipmunks frolic throughout Royal Muskoka Island (more of a peninsula).
Great showers, air conditioning system, filtered water and more.
This list could go on and on. Suffice it to say that my husband , myself and our adult children had fantastic week made possible by wonderful hosts who's conscientious and precise attention to detail put them in a league of their own.
Much thanks for making the 5 star vacation of our dreams come true.

We had a wonderful time at this cottage. Earl and Linda were wonderful and put a lot of effort into their cottage. It's super clean, great layout and fully stocked. The location is beautiful! Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Great Stay
You won’t be disappointed with this property. Earl and Linda have a beautiful place on Lake Rousseau and they always answered any questions promptly. The cottage is super clean and the layout worked great for us. Kitchen is stocked with everything. The owner met us their and showed us the property which was great. Free boat launch very close if you bring your own boat. Great wifi and beautiful views. Fire pit was awesome and they supply all the wood. They even had a fresh bouquet of flowers that were beautiful and lasted the whole week.
Don’t think twice about booking this place.

AMAZING! RELAXING! HEAVENLY!
The title describes my stay!!! Needed to get away from the stressful world and this cottage, Earl & Linda, the lake, everything, was a perfect match! We were so impressed with how impeccable the cottage was, how the grounds were so nicely kept, and how beautiful the scenery was. If I could return and buy the whole thing, I would! I would highly recommend this cottage. It has placed ever lasting memories in mine and my family's heart! "It was heavenly!" -Huge thanks to Earl & Linda!

Beautiful and serene
Earl and Linda are amazing hosts. Every need was attended to in a timely and caring manner. Their home is as beautiful and so clean and tidy, with everything you need to relax, rejuvenate and have fun! The beds are Very comfortable and cozy. The lighting is great and the fireplace is gorgeous and cozy with Alexa at your command for any music you want to enjoy. The kitchen is so much fun to cook in! I honestly don’t want to leave ! The property helper Ashley was wonderful snd did some shopping for us which during this time was a godsend ! The walls are lovely and quiet this time of year which is perfect. This is a five star home with five star owners. Thanks so much for everything Earl and Linda Jayne and Michel ❤️

A Great Family Cottage
Modern, private beach property with nice large waterfront (two lots) with a sandy beach on a sheltered cove on Lake Rosseau. The owners met us at the property and showed us everything we needed to know to enjoy ourselves, and were very responsive to any questions later. Our family and golden retriever loved it and are hoping to come back.

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Earl's cottage! The cottage was spotless upon arrival. The property is large, well maintained and the views are beautiful. Check in was easy and we were relaxing by the lake in no time. The kitchen is generously outfitted with high end appliances and all the kitchen wares you need.
All the toys were supplied for a fun time on the lake - kayaks, canoes and paddle boards. This week was easily the highlight of our summer and I recommend spending some time at this cottage. The only problem was that we didn't want to leave :)

This was my first time renting a cottage and it was a very pleasant one. The place was clean and everything worked perfectly. All of the amenities were exactly as described. The owner was pleasant and very helpful. The location was great. Nice shallow sandy beach and a beautiful point and dock to sit on. Very quiet with almost no car traffic. Great for walking. The cottage was comfortable and all of the appliances, furniture and bedding were like brand new. I would definitively recommend the place and stay there again myself.
