L’appartamento carino ben tenuto e pulito

I muratori che lavoravano nella casa di fronte durante la vacanza e gli abitanti della casa vicina, poco cortesi nei modi… e il fatto di non avere un parcheggio riservato ( in quello indicato c’era sempre la betoniera - camion e l’altro spazio era di un’altra palazzina )

Nice apartment with nice view, clean and well organized, in a peaceful part of the town.

Apartmán had everything we wanted. Family was very pleasant and Premantura is nice place to be.

the prices are little high for a apartment without washing Maschine and Dishwasher

The place is very cozy and pleasant for the real vacation. We’ve been during mid of September so it wasn’t crowded. There is a parking nearby and it’s not far from the restaurant (10-12 min walk). The kitchen was equipped by all appliances so you can very easily cook. Balcony was my favorite thing - it’s big and comfortable. Mira (the host) was very kind and helpful! Istra rocks!!!

Only two things: 1. The Wi-Fi connection wasn’t good enough. 2. Moving furniture around (from above) can be annoying, since there wasn’t carpets.

There's no sea view, at least not from the ground floor apartment, but you're surrounded by a superbly well maintained garden. The host was very nice, available and helpful discrete discrete. The apartment is well-equipped, with a large bathroom and a spacious terrace, which our kids loved, and was exceptionally clean!! Several (mostly rocky) beaches within walking distance; the entrance to Kamenjak, as well as stores in the center of the village, are a couple of minutes away by car. A parking is in a cul-de-sac behind the house, but you see the cars at all times. Not sure how comfortable would the people sleeping on the couch be, though.

The location is very quiet, although garbage truck at 6am can sometimes wake up :) The town is small and it's very easy to get to the center on foot: it's a 10-minute walk. The apartment is very comfortable, with a large living area and a kitchen. You cannot see the sea from the house, although in a straight line to the beach it is about 250m, the view is obscured by trees. But the terraces overlooking the garden and trees are large and perfect for eating and relaxing. The nearest beach does not impress with its charm, but Kamenjak has 200 km of coastline, so everyone can find their own piece of beach here. Premantura is the last village in front of Kamenjak Park, so it is easy to reach by bike or on foot. The landlady is very discreet and helpful, extremely nice person. Parking is outside but 50 meters away behind the house, in a private and shaded area.

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay a lot.
