The house was beautiful, clean and well appointed with all of the necessary household items. The location was ideal and the fenced in yard was spacious. Owners were very responsive and nice, we would certainly stay again.

Beautiful modern house!
Wonderful property exactly as pictured. The master bedroom is gorgeous. Even with the cold weather we enjoyed walking with our dog to the beach to watch the sunset. Communication with hosts was easy and quick.

Fantastic Vacation Home!
Beautiful accomodations, exactly as photographed. House was stocked with everything you would need. (I did not need to pack an outdoor cooler, beach chairs, sheets, towels etc). Excellent location, 1.5 blocks to beach. We were 10 adults and everyone had a very comfortable stay. Many places to be between backyard and multiple decks. Fabulous week!! Would definitely stay here again. Fabulous and helpful hosts. 5 star all the way

Ideal house for vacation
We had a wonderful time renting this house for 2 weeks. The house was beautiful and stocked full of amenities that were very much appreciated. The location is perfect and offered easy access to Bradley beach boardwalk and beach. The owners went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. During our stay I lost my diamond from my engagement ring and the cleaning people found the diamond and the owner dropped it off at my sisters house a few towns away. Very trustworthy group of people. I would absolutely recommend renting this house and I hope to do so again next summer. 5+ stars all around

2nd visit to Bradley Beach property
This was the 2nd year that we stayed at this fabulous property. They add some outdoor furniture in the backyard since last time we were here. Chris responds immediately to all texts. We love staying here as the house is clean and well stocked. Hope to visit again next year!

Great property for a family vacation
This is a great property for a family vacation. The hosts were super responsive. They conveniently equipped the house with baby gates and a high chair which was incredibly useful for us. The location is a short block from the beach which makes it a nice location for traveling families with small ones.

Beautiful Beach Property
This house is even better than advertised. Chris and Christine are great, accessible hosts and really thought of everything! House is so close to this beach and has great upstairs and downstairs outdoor sitting areas. Nice backyard too with brand new furniture. Centrally located in Bradley as well. Thanks for an unforgettable stay Chris & Christine! We will definitely be back.

Decompressed in this beautiful home. Clean, comfortable, as lovely as pictured. Great location to walk up and down the beach or to town. Porches and nice yard add to the charm. Very dog friendly. We had no kids, but great house for family. Hosts very responsive. We hope to be back!

Beautiful Bradley Beach Digs
The house was large, beautiful, clean and centrally located. You can see the ocean from the master deck as the beach is a block away. Chris was a great host and quick to respond via text. We were a group of two families of four with teens. We highly recommend the property and we would love to come back,

Fall Get Away Weekend!
My husband and I recently had a great fall weekend catching up with my brother and his wife at this lovely property located just a few short blocks from the beach. The owners were super helpful through out the process, from adjusting the length of our stay for us, making the check in and out process easy, providing us info on the property and making sure we were alright and had everything we needed. Plus we all really appreciated the tips and info they gave us about activities happening in the area for while we were visiting. All in all a fun weekend with family in a great location. Thank you!

Beautiful and 2 min Walk to the Beach
This home is gorgeous. Owners have designed it beautifully. Everything has been meticulously thought through to make the experience excellent for their guests. The views from the master bedroom balcony and front porch cannot be beat and it’s less than a two minute walk to the beach. Our kids really enjoyed the spacious backyard. Overall would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Fabulous property !
We had a great family stay at this property. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. Chris was great about communicating the check-in process and made sure everything about the house was to our liking. We ate meals both on front porch and in the backyard. The quiet location is perfect:1.5 blocks to the beach and 4+ blocks to Main St. The house is well stocked with kitchen, bar & beach items, appliances and much more. A couple of minor glitches were communicated to Chris, but those did not detract from the stay at all. We look forward to returning next year.

Perfect vacation!
This property is absolutely amazing. The location can not be beat. Just a short walk to the beach and a 5 minute bike ride to to grab ice cream or enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner. The neighborhood is pretty quiet during the week and really feels like a home away from home (not the tourist trap of some beach towns). The house is equipped with everything you can think of and Chris & Christine were phenomenal hosts...even making several recommendations on a rainy day. We can't wait to bring our family back here next summer!

Fantastic Family Vacation
Our stay was fantastic driven by a comfortable, modern and well appointed home. The owners were welcoming and helpful before and during our stay. The location was great, and everyone in my family, including my cool Grandpuppy, had a wonderful time.

Family Vacation
We loved our time at the house. The open floorplan was great for kids. Just a short walk to the beach and everything you needed was already there (bikes, beach umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, etc.). Great neighborhood and close to plenty of entertainment.

Fantastic all around
Really enjoyed our week in Bradley beach. The house is in a perfect location with a short walk to the beach one direction and the Main Street the other. Love the open plan and modern feel of the house and nice to be able to enjoy the front deck and back garden. Would definitely consider coming back.

Great house!
We loved our family vacation in this house! It was our first time renting in Bradley and we definitely plan to come back. The home was perfect and the owners are great and so friendly. Everything about our experience was top notch. The beach views and breezes, short walk to a quiet beach, great outdoor shower and backyard, amazing open floor plan and even a basement with some kids toys. In addition the house is close to the library, mini golf and a park on the boardwalk. Highly recommend this home!

Stunning, comfortable, incredible beach house with a 5 minute walk to the beach
My family absolutely loved our stay!! The place was even better than we expected. Even with a toddler and baby, we felt comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The place was immaculate, spacious, and calming. The owners were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We hope to stay there again!

The property was in amazing shape. The views were beautiful. We even experienced a purple moon. Spacious house with top of the line linens and mattresses. Never slept better. As a matter of fact I slept that way on amalfi Italy. Yes!

Great Location, Fully Stocked
I completely agree with the May 2018 review. This place has everything you will ever need and perfectly situated in a beautiful neighborhood convenient to the boardwalk and beach. The house came with bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, we didnt have to bring much. There was wine, sodas and even beer in the beverage fridge. We made waffles that came out fantastic and esspresso with fresh beans. My daughter bought her pug for a day. The house is completely dog friendly, including a gated deck and fenced in yard. Great for kids too. The basement is a kids paradise. We rode bikes every day, you can lock up everywhere and easier than parking. We walked the board walk north through Asbury Park and South through Belmar. And last but not least, the beach!! We can't wait to go back!!

Amazing and unique Jersey shore rental!
This home is full of high-end amenities! The master suite with large, second floor covered terrace with ocean view sweeps you away to an experience full of luxury. Add the oversized jetted tub and rain shower and spa-like is a new, rightfully deserved description. All four bedrooms have premium bedding. The living area is expansive yet homey at the same time. The kitchen is a chef's dream with every high end appliance. We shared fun filled meals in the oversized dining area, barbecues in the spacious, private backyard and morning breakfast on the front porch. Added bonus is the great playroom in the basement filled with toys and a fantastic private work study that we used for needed business tasks. We were especially thankful for the owner accepting our two dogs who felt totally at home. The owner and his wife were available for any concerns yet do not live near by and gave us complete privacy. Wine was waiting for us on our arrival, always a great touch! Bradley Beach has it all! Great trending restaurants, beautiful beach a block away and super close to Asbury Park and all it has to offer. This beach rental is a "home run" in every way! Looking forward to our next visit already!
