What a beautiful place to experience Turks & Caicos for the first time! The apartment/condo at Villa Renaissance was more than we could have ever wanted. “Sandy Toes” was clean, modern, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Gorgeous modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, clean marble baths. At first we were worried about being on the 1st floor, but the ability to step out the door and within minutes being on the white sand beach with turquoise waters was pure perfection. The wrap around screen was ideal, especially since we weren’t prepared for the amount of mosquitoes that decided we were the best meal on the island. However, Sandy Toes had so many things to remedy those little suckers. They stocked everything we needed: bug spray, bandaids, bug zappers, extra fans for outside. They also provided tons of bottled water, snorkel gear, sun block, board games, books, puzzles, literally everything we could have asked for. So many great restaurants and places to eat within walking distance. You must check out Lupo, an Italian restaurant located at the entrance of Renaissance Villa. Homemade pasta and heavenly pizza rivaled food we’d had in Rome on our last vacation. Walk further down the street to go to Turkberry for yummy frozen yogurt to cap off the night. But go back in the morning for the MOST delicious freshly made donuts. All in all, we adored our time in Turks and “Sandy Toes” in Villa Renaissance was a huge part of our vacation fun.

Excellent for a family of 4…perfect location with back door access to the beach! Near shops and dining. Great little poolside bar too! Excellent host who left us an amazing welcome gift and was very responsive to our few questions.

Your stay at the Villa was very enjoyable! The property is well run and vacation went very smoothly. The rental is as described, also very well maintained and the hosts are responsive and welcoming. One watch outs that was quite unpleasant for us: mosquitoes are everywhere, inside and outside the property and in most restaurants we’ve been to unless located right at the beach. Be ready! Otherwise the beach is beautiful and the sea is great and has a lot to discover!

This property and condo was a great spot for our family vacation! The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing. You can literally walk out your back door and onto the beach. The pool is on the small side and there isn't a sit down restaurant, but you can order food from the bar and the food is good. Literally everything we did was within walking distance to the property- great location!

Great location, right in the heart on Grace Bay, yet removed enough that is was peaceful. Right on the beach. Everything we had hoped for, plus more! Hosts were excellent communicators. Highly recommended!

This was our 6th visit to Provo and our first time staying at Villa Renaissance. This condo was perfect for us (2 adults/ 2 teens). The first floor is convenient to walk out directly to the beach or to the pool. I thought the wraparound balcony would be used more by us, but we really just spent time at the end of the balcony where the table and chairs are. The wraparound does allow for more light into the unit which is nice. But please note the wraparound side balcony looks directly into the construction next door. Not a huge issue for us but I think it should be noted. The kitchen is well stocked and thank you Marissa and Ajay for the welcome basket of goodies! We loved them and it was a very nice touch. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bath and there is additional half bath in the hallway. A great layout for family or 2 couples. This condo is walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The girls enjoyed breakfast at SandBox each morning. And we volunteered to walk a potcake puppy one day from the rescue which is a 2 min walk from the condo. The pool bartender is incredibly sweet and friendly. The pool does not have an ocean view but we found it very relaxing and a great alternative to the beach. We used tennis courts (the owners were kind to leave raquets and balls for us) and we used bikes from the resort. I would definitely stay here again.

Sandy Toes has many things that make the unit desirable. Unfortunately, the negatives overshadowed the good. Great things: 1. Super clean and nicely decorated. 2. Location is super close to the wonderful beach. 3. Easy to walk and bike to restaurants and shopping. 4. They provided lots of snacks and drinking water, which is nice because food prices are high. 5. All of the staff were super friendly. Negatives: 1. They are building a medium sized condo complex right next to Sandy Toes. You can hear all of the loud construction noises all day long! The noises are super loud. You can hear yelling, hammering, and loud music all day. We picked the unit so we could hear the ocean all day long and not so we would wake up to construction noises. We were not informed about the construction before we booked. We were given a small discount for the oversight, which was appreciated. The construction looks like it will go on for awhile so I would think twice about booking. When there isn’t construction, I’m sure the condo is a much better place to stay. 2. We took quick showers and every day someone ended up with a cold shower. 3. When you flush the toilet or take a shower the pipes make loud noises. 4. The twin beds are definitely not made for adults. We ended sleeping on the couch because the twin beds were so uncomfortable. If kids were sleeping on them, I’m sure they would be ok. I was so excited to book Sandy Toes and in the end we left disappointed that the condo did not live up to expectations.

Sandy Toes is perfectly set up; beds and bedding are terrific, board games, welcome basket of treats, coffee & creamer we’re even provided! If you’re looking for a high end VRBO experience look no further! Ajay was incredibly generous, thoughtful and kind. It doesn’t get better than Ajay and Sandy Toes!

The property is as advertised. Great location and very peaceful. Not crowded and walk out to pristine beaches. Service at the condo facility is great. Pool is a plus with pool bar and restaurant serviced by Blu until 5pm a plus. The owners were great throughout the process, organized and responsive. Will be back!

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The unit was gorgeous and unbelievably well equipped. The welcome basket with lots of snacks and sun products was a lovely touch! It was the perfect place for a perfect vacation. Villa Renaissance is a gem and Sandy Toes is a terrific condo, just steps from the beach and pool. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location right on the beach with a beautiful view of the water and accommodating staff. The pool and hot tub were also beautiful and fun. The resort provided anything you need - from floats for the pool and ocean to games to play and books to read as well as excellent recommendations for fishing and other trips.

You know you found the right VRBO when you start planning another trip the day you arrive. The place is exactly as pictured. Perfect location steps from the ocean. We had two teenagers and the fit comfortably in the room. Place is clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. This is a true gem. We can’t wait to return.

We had a fantastic time visiting Provo. The condo is beautiful. My kids were very comfortable on the twin beds. The king bed in the main bedroom was also very comfortable. Having the half bath definitely was a plus for a family of 5. Jeannette was wonderful and very helpful. She even sprayed for mosquitos when she came by for another reason. The ice maker wasn't working, not much she could do about that but she brought us a bag of ice. Never had an issue finding a chaise at the pool or the beach. We had lunch at the pool bar several times and was good. It was nice to have pool floats and noodles accessible as well. The basket of snacks and water was so thoughtful and appreciated. The kitchen was equipped with salt and pepper and everything we needed. We would love to stay again on our next trip to TCI.

Great property and perfect location

Simply incredible; words do not do this location justice. Clean, modern unit with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The host provided water and lots of snacks when we arrived (so thoughtful after a long trip getting into Turks). There were also books, games, tennis racquets, beach toys and a life jacket available for use. Beds were extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The villa feels warm and cozy, not super crowded like other locations on the bay. Unit has direct path to the beach and the water was of course warm and perfect. Pool was a favorite for my kids. We 100% would stay here again. The hosts were available and easy to reach.

We had a wonderful time in Turks and Caicos at this condo for the week. It was centrally located and convenient to walk to dinners and other hotels. It was fully equipped and in excellent condition. Ajay was a great communicator and provided all the information we needed for a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Renaissance. The property was just as described. The property management was wonderful and very responsive during our stay (including staff who worked on the property). The location of the unit was nothing short of ideal. Direct access to one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The unit felt very private because it was a corner unit. The proximity of restaurants, shopping, etc was great as we traveled with small kids. The property was very clean and the property grounds were never crowded. We enjoyed meeting other renters or owners. Everyone was always pleasant and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Hi, all! We returned from a week stay at Sandy Toes! My husband and I took our 3 kids; ages 16, 13 and 10. Oh my gosh- it was amazing. The unit is absolutely beautiful - clean, decorated the exact way that I would want it decorated If I were the owner, and with all the amenities you would ever need. They even left us a great welcome basket with wine, sunscreen, snacks, and more. So nice! You wouldn’t believe the view from the family room and dining room. It was breathtaking. From the unit, you are able to walk directly to the beach - there is a little path. The owners even left snorkel gear and an ocean kayak for us to use. One other major plus about this unit is that is is within walking distance to shopping and so many restaurants - you don’t need a car at all. We all absolutely loved this place - the pina coladas and grilled fish wraps from Blu by the pool were our “usual” for lunch every day. Delicious! I could go on and on, but I will just say that you will not regret booking this place. It is perfect and in the middle of Grace Bay. A+ vacation!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in Turks. The place was beautiful and about 25 steps to the beach! The staff was excellent and can not recommend this place enough.

Surprised our two children (Ages 5 and 7) for an extra week in Turks and Caicos after a 6 day vacation at Beaches. Although Beaches was nice....it was SUPER expensive...go find my review online on Beaches as I will focus on this property....But if we had a do-over TWO WEEKS HERE! It is just gorgeous.... the condo is SUPER CLEAN....A/C worked in all rooms. The beds were SO comfortable, even the kids said and sheets were so soft. Plenty of towels and hot water! Washer/Dryer was so needed for us! The condo is very spacious...The kitchen was fully stocked with glass/outdoor dishes and the furniture was perfect inside and out...Cleaning service AMAZING! - Cable- Had numerous cable channels (unlike Beaches) and had a way you could actually go back and watch shows/movies that had already been shown. -Phone- was given to us to make local calls -Internet- Super fast - Pool- Kept clean and was super refreshing....didn't get crowded at ALL when we were there...plenty of nice pool chairs & umbrellas...the hot tub isn't heated....but that wasn't too important to us. -Restaurants/Bar- There is a small bar by the pool, everything we got was delicious and hot...bartender very kind... people are not lying when they say this property is within walking distance to a number of restaurants...we visited: Island Scoop, Lemon 2 Go, TurkBerry Donuts and Frozen Yogurt, Danny Buoys, Caribbean Element, Thai Orchid, Bella Luna Pizza- all delicious. I am missing some. Bugaloo's- (Awful- Stay away) Beach- AMAZING & CLEAN, NOT CROWDED, BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS. Best Beach! Sandeep - Property Manager...SO KIND!!! You can tell he truly cares about the property and EVERYONE there....He was so kind to my kids and to my husband and I....he was cleaning, assisting people, helped with recommendations and fixing things to make sure the property was tip top shape...time and commitment that he puts into Villa Renaissance and guests are AMAZING! Gerald- Security so nice and there even though its very safe! The property owner truly wants guests to enjoy their stay...and the property is amazing....inside and out...he put together most thoughtful gift basket...and communicated with us. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home! Would definitely come back. Required Return Covid Testing SUPER easy! Bring mosquito repellant products....we only noticed at dusk EVEN at Beaches...not a deal breaker to experience Turks...We are Texans...they are our state bird! Thx for an amazing trip!

Location, location, location! The resort is in the middle of everything. AJ was amazing and checked on us regularly. The villa is clean and well taken care of. The staff at the check-in counter, the bar, beach and the cleaning crew were VERY friendly. 5 star in every area!

We were so close to the beach and there was always an attendant that would help set up your beach chairs in the location you wanted.
