Lovely house close to beach with stunning sea views
Questa casa spaziosa e confortevole può ospitare fino a 6 persone ed è situata a cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Perros-Guirec, sulla costa di granito rosa della Bretagna. Tutte le 3 camere da letto al piano superiore hanno vista sul mare ed entrambi i saloni hanno le porte francesi che si aprono sul giardino con la sua splendida vista sul mare e sulla spiaggia. La reception principale che incorpora la cucina e la sala da pranzo ha un piacevole aspetto a pianta aperta mentre la seconda camera ha comodi divani, un affascinante camino in pietra e mensole piene di libri e giochi. La casa è molto ben arredata e con la sua posizione eccellente dovrebbe fornire tutto il necessario per una perfetta vacanza in famiglia.
Attività locali: la spiaggia accanto alla casa offre attività di sport acquatici come il windsurf, la vela e il noleggio di kayak. Ci sono anche campi da tennis vicino alla spiaggia e nei mesi di luglio e agosto c'è un beach club per bambini e tappeti elastici. La zona offre numerose incantevoli passeggiate lungo la costa e per gli appassionati di golf c'è un campo a 18 buche in 10 minuti di auto. La posizione è particolarmente panoramica e un buon modo per apprezzare la spettacolare costa è fare una gita in barca intorno alla costa e alle isole.
Attività per bambini: ci sono molte attività per far divertire i bambini se desideri cambiare dalla spiaggia. A Tregastel c'è una piscina coperta e un acquario. Vicino a Pleumeur-Bodou, c'è un villaggio a tema gallico con uno stagno nautico, molte attrazioni insolite per i bambini e un ristorante coperto. La stessa area vanta anche un planetario che ha commenti in inglese durante i mesi estivi.

Comfortable with a fantastic view
The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped, spacious with lovely outdoor space and a fantastic view. The walk to town was a bit of a challenge for older folks like us, but younger people would have no problem.

En perfektes Haus für Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden
Wir waren als zwei Paare dort. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist ehr schön. Da wir schon öfter in Perros waren, haben wir keine großen Touren gemacht, sondern uns viel im Haus aufgehalten. Und da zeigte sich der wahre Wert des großen Hauses. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer für geselliges Beisammensitzen und genügend Platz, um sich zurückzuziehen und ein Buch zu lesen.
Wir waren die ersten, die die nagelneue moderne offene Küche einweihen durften, alles vom Feinsten. Alle vorherigen negativen Kommentare könnt ihr vergessen!
Wir haben beschlossen, uns zum nächste Familientreffen wieder hier einzumieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne Lage und Garten, tolles Haus, aber Küche und Fenster renovierungsbedürftig und dreckig
Das Haus und der Garten haben einen wundervollen Blick auf die Bucht, wie auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer sind angenehm, die Architektur zum Wohlfühlen, aber die Küche ist in einem stark renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Elektrogeräte haben funktioniert, aber wir mussten am Anfang des Urlaubs erstmal ein paar Schränke und Schubladen ausräumen und säubern um in diesen das Geschirr und die Küchenutensilien zu räumen, die wir gespült hatten und die benutzt werden konnten. Die Fenster im Haus sind ebenfalls renovierungsbedürftig. Die Agentin vor Ort hat sich gut um alle Reparaturen gekümmert. Muffig war es nicht. Eigentlich ist es ein tolles Haus und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser interessanten Region, aber für den Preis sollte es besser Instand gehalten sein.

situation géographique idéale
La location est très bien située avec une vue imprenable sur la plage. La maison est agréable à vivre dans un quartier très au calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Magnifique séjour à Perros avec une vue splendide!!!
Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison qui est parfaitement localisée, avec une vue a couper le souffle, un accès rapide a la plage de trestraou en 3 minutes par un chemin pédestre . Il y a un magasin d alimentation accessibles 5 minutes à pied. Tout était prévu pour ma fille de 2 ans, barrière de lit et chaise bébé. Bref tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.! Notre seule déception est que la semaine soit passée trop vite...

Wir haben die Woche in diesem großen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Es riecht zwar ein bisschen muffig, sodass regelmäßiges Lüften angesagt ist, alles andere ist super!

Très belle maison avec vue exceptionnelle . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison très chaleureuse avec une mention particulière pour le vaste salon . Très bien équipée et très propre à notre arrivée. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et Katie qui gère sur place. Plage et sentier des douaniers a proximité Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

Heerlijk huis met fantastisch mooi uitzicht
Sfeervolle en comfortabel ingerichte woning. De ligging met uitzicht op zee zorgt op ieder uur van de dag voor prachtige vergezichten. Het is heerlijk om op loopafstand van het strand en het Sentier des douaniers zo'n fijn huis te kunnen bewonen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est magnifique, grande et très propre. Elle est bien située juste au dessus de la plage, tout près du sentier douanier. Superbe vue !

Traumhaftes Haus mit Super-Blick und enormem Platz
Extrem schönes Ambiente! Es erfolgt laut der Managerin demnächst u.a. eine Modernisierung der offenen Küche. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großartig: 3 Schlafzimmer mit Blick zur Bucht. Das 4. Schlafzimmer fällt wegen Keller-Lage leider etwas ab, aber es ermöglicht immerhin die hohe Anzahl von Personen. Zum Strand geht es recht schnell fußläufig, wobei der Rückweg durch den steilen Anstieg recht steil ist. Die Betreuung durch die Managerin ist sehr gut und angenehm. Durch TV mit DVD sowie eine tolle Bluetooth-fähige Anlage kommt auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine Langeweile auf. Insgesamt eine extrem schöne Option für die Region Côte de Granit Rose, die an sich schon immer wieder ein kleines Wunder darstellt.

I'd highly recommend the property for it's location, character and fantastic views of the bay.
We're hoping to return there for another memorable break very soon.

The house is unremarkable from the outside, but truly charming inside and exceeded all our expectations. Our only quibble would be the uncut grass and the poor condition of the garden furniture.
The location, however, was a disappointment - not the beach, which was lovely, but the overall tastiness of the shops and restaurants - reminded me of Margate!

The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all mod cons. We loved the fact that it was open plan and we could see the kids playing in the enclosed garden whilst we prepared meals. If the weather was good(and this year it was), we ate all our meals in the glorious garden, at a beautiful secluded spot, overlooking the Perros Guirec bay. When the sun went down the grownups could relax in the huge lounge, chatting and lighting the log fire if a chill was in the air whilst the children watched a movie in the adjoining living room. Bedrooms were comfortable, well-appointed and we loved hearing the sound of the waves ‘breaking’ on the shore as we drifted off to sleep. As you might expect the food was of a high standard, there was so much to choose from including French, Italian, Japanese and Britton Crepes. There were 2 supermarkets within a 2 km drive and fresh bread & croissants were baked at the local bakery in the village.
The owners had thoughtfully left a packed list of recommendations, including walks along the granite path to neighbouring villages, local markets and towns that were in a radius of 30km. There was so much for us all to do, sports, tennis, a spa and boat trips but when the sun was bright the kids loved nothing better than to walk through the ‘secret passage’ down to the beach and play!
We will be returning..

Klassisches Bretagne-Haus mit Schwächen
Schönes, uriges Bretagne-Haus in guter Lage, die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein! Die Übergabe war unkompliziert, die Kontaktperson sehr freundlich.
Leider befindet sich das Haus in einem recht schlechten Zustand: Sämtliche Zimmer- und Schranktüren funktionieren nicht, der Gasherd ist nur bedingt funktionsfähig und das gesamte Haus war feucht - insbesondere das Schlafzimmer im Keller. Uns war es ein Bedürfnis, bei Urlaubsbeginn die Küche einer "Grundreinigung" zu unterziehen. Eine Müllentsorgung fand nicht statt, da keine Mülltonnen vorhanden waren.
Fazit: In dem von uns angetroffenen Zustand können wir das Objekt nicht weiter empfehlen.

The house itself is nice and spacious as is the nice garden. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, a real place to relax. There's a lot to do in the region. Lot of touristic information and tips are provided by the owner. One remark for the owner: white clothed diningchairs don't come handy, especially wth little children, but for the rest its a great place for families with (little) children!

A lovely light, roomy airy, comfortable house with fine views over the beach. The house is immaculate but was very homely and we would have happily stayed another week.
There is no shortage of fine beaches nearby each of them with a perfectly reasonalbe cafe or restaurant nearby. I am told that the beaches can get crowded in peak season, but in May we had many of the beaches to ourselves. It may be that the french definition of 'crowded' is different from ours.
The weather can be unpredictable, but when it is good it is excellent!! It can change from bright sunshine to fog in thirty minutes, but don't let this put you off. The beaches, the red granite and the paths are just as exciting is poor weather as sunshine. The good days were just perfect.
The markets are always exciting especially the large one in the beautiful medieval town of Lannoin. I regret not spending more time in the town itself. There are several other markets in easy reach.
The house itself is well set up for families. There was an excellent selection of toys and puzzles that kept our two and three year old children occupied when they needed 'down time'. The garden is enclosed and totally safe with sufficient garden toys and there is a DVD player. We also had a sixteen year old with us who made full use of the basement bedroom giving her the option of total privacy when she wanted.
My lasting memory: eating dinner with that amazing view.
