Staff were not aware of our booking. This is being run from a residential property with no amenities. There was no water in the toilet throughout the night. One room had no keys.

I was shown on website that breakfast is included but hotel refused to give me breakfast and told meto talk to website. Room charge for one day was Rs. 1000 but Toilet flush was not working. No drinking water was served i had to ask which was empty next day. Towel and soap was given intially and towel was not chnaged so i used same.

Flush was not working. Tv was not working.
