Beachstudio 20, una casa estiva recentemente completamente rinnovata, si trova proprio accanto alla casa dei proprietari. Si trova in una tranquilla zona residenziale nella parte meridionale di Zandvoort, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro del paese.
Lo studio sulla spiaggia è completamente autosufficiente per 2 persone con un bagno separato e un patio soleggiato per sedersi fuori.
Nella zona giorno c'è una TV a schermo piatto e un comodo letto matrimoniale.
Il blocco cucina adiacente ha un piano cottura a gas a 4 fuochi, una microonda e un frigorifero. Buon appetito al tavolo da pranzo per due.
Il bagno spazioso è nella parte posteriore dello studio completo di cabina doccia, lavandino e wc. C'è anche una lavatrice per la vostra convenienza.

The little Beachhouse is perfect. Lien and John are super hosts and provide a lot of helpful information about Zandvoort. It was an absolut relaxing stay.

John & Lein were amazing hosts. Their accommodation is a standout here. It's clean, well appointed, and includes many thoughtful touches. It has all you need and is close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The hosts shared their knowledge of the area and even helped me get tickets to a nearby park where I enjoyed many hikes and saw a lot of wildlife. Snag this rental if you can.

What a wonderful experience!!
John & Lien were amazing (& multilingual)
hosts!! We stayed over the New Year's holiday and they gave us tons of recommendations and we even braved the cold & attended the big NYD dive at the beach as recommended by them!
I highly recommend this studio fit for a couple / solo travelers looking to enjoy both the beach in Holland as well as sightseeing in Amsterdam!
Prime location, slightly less touristy than most places we visited by the beach with far less people/ crowds than the city. Offering an awesome atmosphere with lots of things to do and places to dine in have a beer by the beach even in winter.
The beach is like 5 min walk away from the studio!!!
John & Lien are so welcoming and knowledgeable about the community, They were also great conversationalist when it came to travel throughout the world! We felt that they went above and beyond our expectations in making our stay a very pleasant accommodating and memorable experience!
We would definitely stay here if we ever come back to Holland!!!

We joked about staying in a converted garage ,but after arriving could see a lot of work and thought had gone into the beech hut has more mod cons than most hotels our hosts were great offering advice about zandvoort next time we visit Holland we know where to stay

The cottage is the perfect solution for a romantic holiday on the beach. It is small but cosy and very well conceived. It has everything you need for a short stay, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Everything is walking distance and we enjoyed a lot to walk around the cute city center. The owners are very nice and have been always available for us. We will come back for sure!

The Beach cottage is perfect for a romantic stay
The Beach Cottage is perfect for a romantic stay, surrounded by the nature of the sandy dunes. The property is near to everything, no car needed! City center, train station and beach are walking distance. The spaces are very well organized, the kitchen well equipped, the double bed is bigger than it seems and the bathroom is large. We had a wonderful stay and we have been happy to meet John and Lien that have been very kind and always available. We will come back for sure!

Zandvoort itself is a picturesque resort with a long sandy beach and wonderful sand dunes to explore. Easy for public transport to so many places, including Amsterdam, Haarlem etc.

Exceeded all expectations!
John and Lien were the best hosts I could have asked for: very helpful and friendly. It was really nice of them to offer pick me up from the station and they were always there if I needed help.
The accommodation itself was amazing! Neat and tidy, stylish and in perfect location: just couple of minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops.
I would definitely stay over again, hopefully next year!

Wir waren Anfang April für 3 Tage in Zandvoort, und die Unterkunft ist super! Total nah am Strand und der Stadt gelegen, ein eigener Parplatz, was besonders in Zandvoort perfekt ist und ein ganz liebevoll und helles eingerichtetes Zimmer, dass alles notwendige bereit hält.

I´ve been to Zandvoort in the beginning of April with my - well after we got engaged there - now fiance! :) It is a super cute, small apartment that has everything you need for a short trip. I really liked the decoration and that it was so bright insight. It is really, really close to the beach and the center of the city and its amazing that it has a parking lot. So we were able to just leave our car there securely and walk around or rent a bike. I definitely recommend this place and hope to be able to come back soon!

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub
Wir waren Ende Oktober ein paar Tage in Zandvoort um vor dem Weihnachtsgeschäft noch etwas zu entspannen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Das Studio ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber, es gibt alles was man braucht und die kleine Küche ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, das Meer, die City, der Bahnhof und diverse Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar, wir haben unser Auto nicht einmal gebraucht. Auch John & Lien sind super nett. Wir können sie aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Studio mit allem was man braucht
Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage. Kontaktaufnahme klasse. Sauberes und modernes Studio. Alles superschnell zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das einzige, was man bemängeln könnte, war, das wir erst nach Kompletter Überweisung und den letzten Absprachen von der, bei Anreise zu zahlenden, Kaution erfuhren. Das könnte man direkt in die Anzeige oder in der Kontaktaufnahme erwähnen. John und Lien waren einfach nur klasse und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr definitiv wieder

Cozy little beach studio
The studio is cozy and well-equipped with everything you need for a few days at the beach. The apartment was clean and it's only a 3 minute waölk to eoither the beach or the ciyt centre. Our hosts John and Lien were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant they recommended was really nice.
Zandvoort itself is a nice litle town that offers beach, shoppping and good eating at the beach restaurants or in town. We were in town for the Classic car race and a music festival, but throughout the year there are many activities offered. We would always rent this studio again!

There was a very warm welcome from our landlords.
Everything inside was in a perfect condition. Only the wifi connection was a bit unstable.
For two it is a perfect studio for a little vacation.

Klein aber fein
Der Aufenthalt in dem bezaubernden Appartment war wunderbar.
Das Appartment findet sich genau so wieder wie im Internet dargestellt.
John & Lien sind sehr sympatisch und haben die Unterkunft sehr liebevoll und funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hinzu kommt, dass sowohl der Strand als auch das Centrum in 2 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen sind. Buchung absolut empfehlenswert!

Unseren Aufenthalt bei Familie 007 ;) haben wir sehr genossen , nachdem uns Herr Bond herzlichst empfangen hat . :)
Das kleine aber feine Studio ist mit allem ausgestattet ,was man braucht.
Alles in allem kann man es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen .

Lage, Funktionalität und ein super Vermieter!
Wir waren insgesamt für zwei Nächte im Apartment. Sowohl die Lage(Meer, Supermärkte und Innentadt 2Minuten Fußweg)als auch die Sauberkeit und Funktionalität waren hervorragend und kaum zu schlagen. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit unsere 15 Monate alte Tochter im Babybett unterzubringen! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Übergabe der Schlüssel waren perfekt und wir werden definitiv wiederkommen falls das Apartment überhaupt frei ist...

Wir können dieses Studio nur weiter empfehlen! Super schön eingerichtet bis in kleinste Detail.
Die Vermieter sind auch super lieb.
Die Lage vom Studio ist klasse, in 5 Minuten ist man überall. Ob am Strand oder Fußgängerzone.
Also, wenn wir jetzt nach Zandvoort kommen möchten, buchen wir nur noch dieses Studio!

Feines kleines Studio
Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt im Beachstudio sehr genossen. Das Studio ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet- lediglich ein paar zusätzliche Ablagen/ Regale fehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, das Studio ist sauber und gepflegt.
Zandvoort eignet sich gut für eine Auszeit- schöner Strand, gepflegte Innenstadt, tolle Lage des Studios.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht!
Wir haben zwei Übernachtungen in dem kleinen, charmantem und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht! Eine moderne Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, absolute Ruhe, ein großes neues Bad, ein gut gewähltes Bett und eine kleine eigene Terrasse prägen den Wohlfühlfaktor vor Ort! Familie Bond hat uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, in dem Haus alles erklärt und auch sehr nett wieder verabschiedet!
Die Lage zu Fuß zum Strand o in den Ort ist perfekt! Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder und können diese Unterkunft absolut und wärmstens empfehlen :) Danke an John und Lien Bond für die schöne Zeit in Zandvoort!!

Das Apartment von Familie Bond ist einfach toll! Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wohnbereich und Bad sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Organisation verlief super! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage. Zum Zentrum und auch zum Strand sind es nur ca.3 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und nett. Kleiner Innenhof ist vom Bad aus zu erreichen, sehr lieb und nett gemacht. Ich würde sofort wieder hinfahren.

Compact with all you need
This clean studio apartment was all we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils, a stove top and microwave, but no oven. There was extra room in the bathroom, affording us space to put our open luggage. A closet with hangers was a nice convenience. If the weather had been warmer we would have enjoyed the use of the private patio as a place to eat our meals. The location was perfect, allowing us to leave our car safely in the driveway, while we walked to the nearby village or the beach. We also rented bikes which we rode to the Sand Dunes National Park just north of Zandvoort. Lien and John, living right next door, were personable and informative hosts. One thing American tourists should understand: bath towels are not included in the rental charges, they are an extra for 5 Euros. I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is nicely decorated as a beach house and has just enough space for two people.
