My partner and I spent a few days at Carol's beautiful home. She has created such a wonderful place to stay. We particularly loved the effort Carol has put into helping guests get out and explore the stunning local area with even small laminated cards with walking suggestions! Her knowledge and passion for this little piece of paradise is so evident. We will definitely be back for more beautiful views and peaceful surroundings.

This was property was very comfortable, very clean and had everything you need for a very enjoyable holiday. A property we would very much recommend. We were greeted by the owner on arrival which always makes you feel welcome.

After the warm welcome by Carol, we were immediately guided through the garden. Carol offered us to use the garden as well, which we gladly accepted. So we helped ourselves to lettuce, cucumbers and fresh eggs - simply heavenly!
The apartment is very well equipped and of high quality. Outside, a terrace with an additional dining area and a relaxation bench also belongs to the apartment. We felt very comfortable.

Super stay
Could not fault the property for cleanliness and the thoughtfulness of small essentials like milk, tea/coffee, not forgetting new toothbrushes just in case you forgot yours. Whatever you needed for your stay, it was provided throughout. Would highly recommend this property for long/short stays.

Fantastic getaway
We have just had a lovely 4 night stay at Greenbanks. The accommodation was immaculate, and carol was the perfect host, leaving all the essentials we would need, which was handy as we did forget toothpaste. The fresh eggs were delicious for breakfast.
It was my partners 50th birthday and carol even left him a card.(thankyou)
I think we have found the perfect little getaway and will definitely return.

Peaceful getaway
Modern and comfortable accommodation set amongst beautiful surroundings. Quiet location but good base from which to explore Bournmouth, Salisbury and New Forest. Highly recommend.

So relaxing
This was a much needed break and it really didn't disappoint! The place was amazing and homely feeling. Carol is fantastic, showing us around and being on hand if needed. And letting us get fresh eggs and salad that they have grown. I would so highly recommend Greenbanks for a break of any kind. We will be returning next year and hoping ths sun will shine for us again

Brilliant place
Everything was brilliant from booking to getting there.
Carole was a brilliant host.
We loved the attention she gave us on arrival,showing us around there lovely garden and vegetable patch which you can use and get what you like even fresh eggs from the girls.
The local pub was very good we didn't eat there but the food looked very good.
Close to New forest and 1hr away from the beach.
We went to the Isle of White for the day from Lymington parked the car and went as foot passengers with the bikes.
Overall fantastic. Thank you for a brilliant week.
Would definitely recommend.

We really liked this property, it was very clean, comfortable and has a lovely garden to sit in or look at while sitting out on the patio. Everything we needed was provided plus more - lovely free range eggs and salad from the garden - very handy! Damerham is peaceful and rural but very well situated so it is an ideal base to explore the New Forest, plenty to do and see.

We had a wonderful 3days at this apartment and we enjoyed every second of our stay.The apartment was beautiful and very clean 👍👍 we loved birds singing outside our garden. The landlady who has offered us fresh eggs and cucumbers 🥒 wow 🤩 yummy 😋 we just rebooked our September 4days stay and we are looking forward to going back again 😍

Great stay in the countryside
The property had everything you could need, the owner provided some free range eggs with more if needed and milk to get us started.
The room was clean and well organised, bed was amazing with a great on suite shower, parking right outside, fantastic place for a quiet stay

Very clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Lovely warm welcome from Carol and some nice extra touches. A real shame that the weather wasn't great so we were not able to fully enjoy the garden.

Lovely hideaway
Clean modern tastefully furnished apartment tucked away in a small village. With a well equipped kitchen, good sized bathroom with large shower, good quality furniture and furnishings and good Wi-Fi Greenbanks 2 is a very comfortable place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We choose Greenbanks to enjoy a quiet couple of days in the countryside before going on to a livelier place for a few days and it worked brilliantly.
Carol was a perfect host. She heard us pull onto the drive and came out to welcome us and helped us settle in and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. She brought sunloungers out for us when we said we planned to stay in and enjoy the garden and made us feel very welcome.
The accommodation was really clean and comfortable with lots of thoughtful extras like fresh eggs from their chickens and tea coffee n sugar n salt pepper. The bathroom even had new toothbrushes in case you forgot them. The quality of everything was of a really high standard and we were very comfortable and happy with our stay and would recommend it. We enjoyed just sitting outside on our patio enjoying the scenery and eikdlife and the stars as it got darker.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet in this small village with lovely views from the property.
Great location for bike rides in the New Forest. Carol is a perfect host who looks after you and wants you to have a lovely break. We enjoyed feeding the hens and getting fresh eggs in return.

Lovely, clean, thought given accommodation, literally is home from home set in a lovely location.
Directions for walks given on pocket sized, laminated cards is an excellent idea.

Very clean and well kept apartment.
Good grounds. Use of gardens and numerous seating areas. Free range eggs for breakfast and fruit and veg that you can pick yourself.

Ideal location for our short break. Lovely surrounding countryside.
We found greenbanks property ideal for 2 people. The place was very clean and warm, as we were here in February. Were given eggs from the hens which normally can be found roaming in their gardens. Were free to help ourselves to the vegetables which Carole grows in summers months.

We had a great stay in this cosy, comfy and clean accommodation. Lots of lovely wee touches and a fantastic rural location on the edge of the New Forest. Carol was so welcoming. We'd love to visit again.

Quiet Getaway
Lovely well equipped clean property, ideally situated for the places we wanted to go. Carol' s welcome very warm and friendly, appreciated the fresh eggs and milk and refreshments available on arrival. Really enjoyed the short break here and we would love to return, maybe try spring or summer next to get the best from the lovely gardens and surroundings. Lots of good walks around.

A clean, well presented property in a quiet area of countryside. It is ideally situated for exploring the New Forest and Jurassic coastline. The owner had thought of everything that could possibly be needed for a comfortable stay.

Lovely Rural Stay
We stayed with Carol for Four nights and had a lovely time. Holiday let is immaculate and facilities are 5* with a very welcoming host and access to fresh eggs veg and salad. A great base to explore the local area both driving and walking. We ate in the local pub and the food was very good
