The 85 sqm apartment, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a living room kitchen, a bathroom has been recently refurbished and the decor is new. The accommodation is equipped with a very nice terrace, furnished with sofas, table and umbrella where you can dine and dine. In the accommodation you will find everything you need to cook [pots, dishes, cutlery, tablecloths], clean [detergents, brooms, scrubbers, buckets] and personal hygiene [shampoos, face shower and bidet]. There is a washing machine and hairdryer. Guests can enjoy the entire house and terrace of 50 sqm. Upon arrival you will find Hosts, Carolina or Arturo waiting for you to deliver your keys and view the apartment. The apartment is 5 minutes from the railway station [150 mt] and 2 km from the highway [A / 2 CASSINO]. It is 300 meters from the center of Cassino. In the apartment there is the historical museum "HISTORICAL" of World War II. There is also a free car park where you can stay with your car day and night. It is possible to move with your car or with local public transport. Nearby you can visit the Abbey of Montecassino [7 km], the Historique Museum, the Roman Theater and the Roman Amphitheater and the Varronian Baths. Below the building where the apartment is located is the supermarket, a take-away provided with pizza, spit chicken, potatoes, vegetables, pasta. We wish you a pleasant stay.

L'alloggio è dotato di una terrazza molto bella, arredata di divanetti, tavolo e ombrellone ove si può pranzare e cenare. Nell'alloggio troverete tutto il necessario per cucinare [pentole, piatti, posate, tovaglie], pulire [detersivi, scopa, strofinacci, secchio] e per l'igiene personale [shampoo, tovaglie per doccia viso e bidet]. C'è la dotazione della lavatrice e dell’asciuga capelli. Gli ospiti possono fruire di tutta la casa e del terrazzo di 50 mq. All'arrivo troverete gli Host, Carolina o Arturo ad aspettarvi per la consegna delle chiavi e la visione dell'appartamento. L'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti dalla Stazione Ferroviaria [150 mt] ed a 2 chilometri dal casello autostradale [A/2 CASSINO] . Si trova a 300 mt dal centro di Cassino. Difronte all'appartamento c'è il museo storico "HISTORIALE" della seconda guerra mondiale. C'è anche un parcheggio libero dove si può sostare con l'auto di giorno e notte. E' possibile muoversi con la propria auto o con i mezzi pubblici locali. Appartamento splendido
L'appartamento è molto attrezzato, spazioso,perfetto per 4 persone (adulti o adolescenti), in zona tranquilla, con posti auto in strada attorno al palazzo, vicino a supermercato e negozi vari. Arturo è stato gentilissimo e molto prodigo di consigli. Bella la terrazza sul retro per cene o colazioni con vista su Montecassino.

Our stay was wonderful! Carolina and Arturo were very easy to work with. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The outside deck is great to enjoy.

Perfect in every way! Clean, comfortable, safe, well located! I slept better than I do at home! We had everything we might need, including a supermarket just downstairs. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee and evening drinks. The apartment is just perfect, very close to the train station (not even 5 minutes walk), very close to everything you could need! So much more than we expected, including lovely cakes left, and brought to us mid stay! The owners are great, very helpful and kind! We hope to visit and stay again! Thanks so much for a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

The perfect place!
Perfect in every way! Clean, comfortable, safe, well located! I slept better than I do at home! We had everything we might need, including a supermarket just downstairs. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee and evening drinks. The apartment is just perfect, very close to the train station (not even 5 minutes walk), very close to everything you could need! So much more than we expected, including lovely cakes left, and brought to us mid stay! The owners are great, very helpful and kind! We hope to visit and stay again! Thanks so much for a wonderful and relaxing vacation!

We were staying in Cassino while visiting family in Vallemaio. This apartment worked out very well for the two of us, but it’s big enough for more. It was modern and clean in a safe and secure area. The huge balcony is a bonus and the doors of the kitchen and bedrooms open right up to it. One thing to mention is the shower itself is much smaller than we are accustomed to in the US, but it appears to be the norm in EU based on other hotels we stayed at. The hosts, Arturo and Carolina, are extremely hospitable. They welcomed us with fresh muffins, fruits, and cake. The refrigerator was stocked with essentials. When we traveled for two days, they even welcomed us again with another delicious, freshly baked cake. They are both there to please your every need. Arturo was also so helpful with my plans ahead of time. He directed me to the bus and train schedules for my travels and he graciously answered any questions I had. The apartment is within a short walking distance to the train station, less than 5 minutes. The center is also a close 10 minute walk where there are some restaurants and shopping. There was not a lot of entertainment during the time we were there though. The location is very convenient and the small grocery store below the apartment makes it easy to pick up any needed items. The hosts are great people, so sweet and genuinely kind and caring. We truly enjoyed our stay!
