This was my second trip back to Naoussa paros What a gorgeous island The town of Naoussa is very picturesque with an abundance of bougainvillea and grey and white paved alleyways and gorgeous boutiques and incredible restaurants offering modern Greek cuisine However my highlight on both occasions has been my stay at Mr And Mrs White Naoussa A smallish white washed boutique hotel Wonderful buffet breakfasts to start day , hours spent beside one of the 3 small pools , and at the end of the day a 10 minute walk into Naoussa for dinner Whilst the experience of this hotel never disappoints , the greatest highlight for me are 3 staff members who deliver a customer service experience beyond one’s expectations Ilias, Stefania and Georgina are a formidable team who greet every client with such genuineness and all three go above and beyond to make one’s sojourne at this boutique hotel, an unforgettable experience The owners can rest assured that their hotel is being run by a trio of wonderful people who treat the hotel as their own. I look forward to returning in 2023 knowing that 3 wonderful people will deliver an experience beyond my expectations Thankyou Ilias , Stefania and Georgina- your are wonderful!!!!

The staff was friendly and kind and they helped us with everything we asked. The location is good as well from Naousa center approx. 15 min walk. The breakfast was very good as well.

There were 3 pools but the two were working. Basically the pool at Mrs Armelina wasn’t clean so we could not swim in there.

the location of the hotel is perfect, the pool area is awesome, the breakfast is excellent

the rooms of mrs armelina are very average, we had super loud neighbours for 3 nights

Matras was hard but they helped to change it to softer matras!! Very helpfull . Ask them.

It was relatively close to Naousa center. You can use the main hotel facilities. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful.

They sell it as part of “Mr & Mrs White” which has 4 star rating, so you would expect some level of standard. However, the hotel is so basic wouldn’t give it more than 2 stars. It’s a property they bought which was previously a 2-star hotel and they have changed nothing but put up some baskets on the wall. The pool is disgusting, I don’t think it ever got cleaned. - No key card door (house keeping kept leaving the door unlocked after cleaning) - No plugs by the beds and bed hard as a stone - Shower and all other amenities are very basic - No toiletries For what you’re paying you get nothing. Absolutely no value for your money. If I would have paid half of what we paid, I would expect this level of standard.

I found bodyhair in scrambled eggs. It didn't fall in after, but before or during cooking eggs because hair was coverd with eggs. Breakfast is basic. You can't lock/close window in bathroom - lock is broken. Room is basic and old. No closet. Walls are so thin that you can hear everything from outside and from rooms next to you, everything! Also when someone in rooms next to you flushes water or shower you can hear very loud water noises in walls and in your sink. You have to do web check in. For price that we paid it is not worth it.

The staff are really nice - reception, cleaning, bar, waiting staff - all friendly and efficient. The problem is the hotel itself. Mrs Armelina is next to the main hotel and its obvious the company have taken over an older hotel and tried to spruce it up by putting a few baskets on the wall and a couple of cushions. In reality its a basic hotel room which gives you access to Mr&Mrs White pool and breakfast. The breakfast was great. I room was a bit sad, we could hear a lot of noise from the room above - walking around, closing wardrobe doors etc and people talking as they walked past out door. The pool at Mrs Armelina looked dated and the pool chairs had seen better days. Overall it felt very tired and whilst you can see what they are trying to achieve, from the money you can get much better elsewhere and in a better location.

Room was poor. Wifi was poor. Pool was poor. Not value for money.

The common area and location were convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms are extremely tiny and outdated. There is no space to even breathe in these rooms. Bathroom is super small and the shower is dismal. The basin is not even in the bathroom itself making it a messy space. Linen was old and had bobbles on it. The curtains are not blockout and there is constant noise from the pool area. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

having to take money to the pool area for food and drinks as we couldn’t pay on our room as our room wasn’t registered on the system also opening our balcony door every morning to see a tattered and ripped double lounge bed

they are overcharging for a room when u pay this much for a room u expect it to be clean (we had around 20 insects coming out of the electricity plug and on the currains and bed one of the nights and had to change the room - good we were checking out the next morning). and i expect the wifi signal to be good in the room which was not the case and we need that to do some work. cleaning services as mentioned on the room briefing is offered upon request which was not the case, they cleaned the room without letting us know ( no do not disturb sign available also) and when i talked to reception they told me that the room is serviced everyday. if that is the case please change it on the card in the room briefing otherwise it is considered an invasion of privacy. the worst stay ive ever had in the past 10+ years of traveling.

Staff are very professional, warm & friendly. Property has a number of pools to chill out at. Place is spotless & has a reasonably priced bar

We found the bed to be very hard :) Breakfast could be enhanced (e.g. eggs menu, real orange juice)
