This location feels like a piece of heaven - you never want to leave. The view from the house is absolutely amazing. The house is super clean and modern with comfy beds and stuffed with swimming and bathing towels (good quality), toilet paper, soap and beverage for your first view hours - hence one realky can’t with for more. Communication with the landlord is great and very responsive. We have rented quite a number of houses - and this house is definitely on my top two. Hence just go - you will not regret it!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and will definitely be back. Sit back on a lounger with the kids happily jumping in the pool while you enjoy the magnificent sea and mountain view beyond them. Peaceful, v comfortable and impeccably clean. Close to lovely village of Vivari with cute seafront restaurants and 15 mins to fabulous Nafplio. Easy to visit Mycaenae and the ancient theatre at Epiduras. Wonderful owners; v responsive.

Great vacation in a house with good facilities and fantastic view. The hosts were very generous and spoiled us with fresh fruits, sweets, honey. . . and the fridge was already filled with beer, orange juice etc. Efcharisto!

Lovely villa, very clean, beautiful views, great outside space. 3 bedrooms all a really good size. Good layout with living space upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Lovely little restaurants in the village, Naphlio is also only a short drive away and lovely to walk round. Plenty of other things to do in the area all within a short drive. Highly recommend this villa, we would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful and spacious with bedrooms in basement (ground floor) which make them comfortably cool in the Greek summer. The views from living room, balcony and terraces are so amazing. Pool is small but nice and perfectly integrated in the scenery. The house has all you wish for of amenities indoor and outdoor. Topped up with generous supply of water, biscuits coffee etc from the owner at arrival - can only recommend a stay here!

The villa was beautiful and perfectly located for exploring many local towns and ancient ruins throughout the Peloponnese. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to relax in and out of the house during our downtime. As can be seen from the pictures on their website the setting is gorgeous with the beach a short drive away. There is also easy access to food and groceries in the nearby towns of Vivari (great location for a seafood dinner on the water's edge), Drepano, Tolo and Nafplio. We loved the Villas in Vivari which is about a 20 minute drive from Nafplion. They are very modern and decorated beautifully with fabulous wall tile in the bathrooms. Everything was very comfortable. There were 10 of us in 2 Villas and had plenty of room to spread out. My son and his family loved sitting by the pool and just relaxing--couldn't get them to leave to go into Nafplion!!!

Three couples had a perfect stay here. After three days in Athens, this was a perfect respite and a great location from which to explore Peloponnesus. Great hosts, great house, great quiet location.

Huset var godt indrettet med store gode rum og badeværelser og meget velforsynet med alt hvad man kunne få brug for. Dejlige terrasser både oppe og nede med gode havemøbler. Lå fint i forhold til køreafstand til mange seværdigheder og charmerende byer i området.

Tres bien située, accueil chaleureux, fournitures comme à l'hôtel. Un seul petit problème : les moustiques le soir (mais il y a des moustiquaires efficaces partout)

Beautiful spot and villa is modern, clean and has everything we needed. The view is something else too. Can't fault it and we've stayed in a fair few villas and this is amongst the best in my view. And relative to the price of villas in other countries it's pretty reasonable/fair price too.

Tout d'abord l'accueil: des plus chaleureux. La découverte de la maison: des " waouw" en voyant la cuisine et la vue imprenable qu'elle offre sur la mer Puis la modernité, les installations, les petits gestes comme du jus, de l'eau dans le frigo, des pastilles pour le lave- vaiselle, pour la machine à laver, du shampoing .... wouaw, wouaw et rewouaw... des chambres dotées d'une excellente literie, une air- co silencieuse. Hop, un plongeon dans la piscine pendant que papa prépare le barbecue sur une autre terrasse en hauteur qui s'ouvre aussi sur un spectacle époustouflant. A quelques minutes d'une jolie et vaste plage avec un côté plus " touristique": parasols, bars à cocktails et un côté plus " sauvage": rochers et petite chapelle. Très bon spot pour le snorkling. A côté de sites comme Mycenes, Epidaure...( 30 min) Pour les courses, le petit village de Drepano vous propose de quoi aisément survivre pour votre séjour . Ce sont de petits commerçants locaux avec notamment une délicieuse boulangerie ( si vous visez plutôt le LIDL, allez sur Nauplie). Vivari compte de nombreux restaurants avec vue sur la mer. C'est d'un calme ( différent de Nauplie que l'on rejoint en 20 Minutes et qui vaut plus qu'un passage). C'est presque le paradis. Toute la famille met 9/10. On retire 1 point car c'est un lotissement de 4 maisons identiques donc on a des voisins. On conseille la dernière maison qui jouit d'une piscine à débordement et qui est sur un coin donc vue sur la mer et sur le port de Vivari /coucher de soleil. De nieuwe villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een schitterend uitzicht op zee. Vanuit Vivari zijn Mycaene, Epidaurus en Korinthe goed te bereiken. Nafplion ligt op een kleine 20 minuten rijden en heeft leuke winkeltjes en restaurants. Wij hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad en kunnen dit van harte aanbevelen!

Set above the sea just outside the small village of Vivari, the villa which is one of three, has the most magical views. Sitting on one of the balconies, or the stone wall and watching the boats crossing th bay or going out to sea, could take all your time! The property is full equiped and built and maintained to the highest standards. The pool was ideal - what a joy to walk stright from the master bedroom into the pool area for that first dip of the day. I thoroughly recommend this property.

The house is very new and modern and the view from the living room is incredible. The house has everything you would need even when travelling with a baby. Very close to nice places to eat and a quick dip in the sea. Highly recommend.
