La proprietà è stata rinnovata e arredata e ampliata a 5 camere da letto per famiglie numerose e feste di golf Tutto il giorno il sole ideale per una vacanza rilassante in piscina. Banche, negozi e bar a soli 5 minuti a piedi Il ben consolidato Villamartin Plaza a 5 minuti e il Le Fuente Centre che soddisfa tutti i gusti a 5 minuti a piedi
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, c'è un ripostiglio accanto alla cucina con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e forno a microonde. il salone è spazioso e moderno, con grandi divani e c'è una Smart TV con prodotti freschi, e Netflix, oltre a un fuoco di Amazon con tutti i canali sky, inclusi i set di cartoni TV e migliaia di film. Anche un sistema di intrattenimento minisito di google (simile ad Amazon Alexia). Al piano superiore una camera da letto matrimoniale con porte finestre che conducono su una grande terrazza solarium, una camera doppia e una doccia / bagno. Ci sono 3 camere doppie al piano terra con 2 bagni con doccia. Ci sono ventilatori a soffitto a distanza in tutte le camere da letto e salotto che sono silenziose ed estremamente efficienti. La proprietà ha alte mura e cancelli, tutti sicuri, ideali per le famiglie. Patio con tavolo e sedie e giardino con zona pranzo esterna con tavolo, sedie, lettini prendisole. Barbecue, piscina privata di 8 * 4 metri con scala romana per un facile accesso. Forniamo anche trasferimenti aeroportuali

Fab Villa, pool and outside area photos don't do it justice, with outdoor TV🎉. All fans in the bedrooms were adequate. But ideal if all rooms had air conditioning as we stayed in August which was very hot. Enough seating for our group of seven. Kitchen facilities were excellent.
5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.Good location, Pub next door which played music till approx 11pm, which was fine as all our group was over 18. Would 100% stay here again!!

We would highly recommend this Villa for a family or friends, there was 8 of us for a week and we had a lovely time, the location is good too, the villa had good living space and a lovely pool and terrace area with an outside TV, we was contacted near the time of our holiday to confirm arrival times, we was earlier than the check in time, which wouldn't of been a problem as there is a lovely bar next door to the villa, but we was allowed in early as the villa was ready for us, Julie met us and went through anything we needed to know and said if we need any help or information about the villa,area or anything else then to contact her. We found the whole experience easy and relaxing, plenty of bars and restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance, we would definatley recommend this villa. thank you :)

Fabulous villa, we were a family of 11 people, plenty of space for everyone, great pool and outside space, although it says towels are provided one each was not enough so we bought some and left them at the villa. Great pub next door, does breakfast, lunch & Sunday roast, amazing. Supermarket about 5 min walk.

This is a wonderful large house with 5 double bedrooms and three bathrooms so plenty big enough for our extended family holiday
The pool was the highlight of our stay with lots of room to all enjoy the outside space and the outside eating area is really lovely for a shaded lunch out of the sun, which was sometimes much needed as it was very hot
It’s in a great location with mercadona and Aldi within a few mins outside of the Villa and a large shop which sells everything you could ever need
Getting further afield means you have to figure out the busses, we did get to get to La Zenia beach one day which is around 4miles away, the bus runs on the Blueline every 90mins unless it’s July or august and collects from outside Mercadona. Some of our party also used the Hoppy Scooters to get around
We used Bennicinnect for transfers and they were great and very punctual, it’s around 45min transfer
Thanks to Rob, villa manager and to Julie and Mark who sort out the day to day maintenance, they were just a text away when some bulbs needed replacement and mark turned up very quickly with ladder in hand
The pub next door was great for live music, we loved having a sing song in the evening but it was not intrusive or noisy later on, it was closed up
By 11pm, my son and husband loved the pool table and darts, there’s a lot going on if you fancy joining in.

This property is perfectly located and set up for group of golfers. Booking, check in ,stay and checkout all went smoothly. Agent went above and beyond gettting item we left behind back to us timeously. Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

We have been before. 2 years ago. Overall the villa was fine but 2 things.
No 1 , when you entered the villa there was a unpleasant smell. We suggest the plumbing may need looking at.
No 2 , we all think that the villa is looking a little tired & needs updating. IE shower downstairs could do with a new shower tray & generally could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up.
As i say good location & generally ok but is looking a little tired.

Overall the villa was lovely, the pool being the highlight.
Only thing i would say is that air con is needed in the bedrooms, it was too hot to sleep most nights. This could be as the weather was hotter than usual.

Upon arrival we were over the moon with the property and the outside areas. There 12 is in total and never did we feel we were on top of each other, very spacious and comfortable.
The pool was lovely and the kids spent hours in there. The location was great for for walking to shops bars and restaurants.
Highly recommend this property.

Royal Oak next door is a good pub and does great food.
9 of us stayed for a golf break and everyone thought the place was bang on with loads of room.

Great stay, definitely return, lively villa with everything you need, we had a problem with the drains but it was sorted very quickly and efficiently, supermarkets, restaurants and bars a plenty all within a 5-10 min walk, we would especially mention “the view cocktail bar, 2 gif 1 on Wednesday and the food was delicious too, another restaurant worth a mention is the Asian next door to the Royal oak which is next door to the villa, great daily entertainment there, Aldo worth a visit.

The villa was perfect for our group of adults, with plenty of room both inside and out. All facilities required for our stay were in place. Air con & fans keep the rooms cool. The pool was serviced and the BBQ area with outside TV was a big bonus. Great base for us, with shops & eating facilities quite close. The bar next door closed on time so no late-night noise. Great support from host when required also. All who stayed enjoyed the stay

Lovely stay Julie the agent couldn’t have been more helpful. Great villa. Lovely and clean and in a good location. Royal Oak pub next door was very good with good food and entertainment, lovely helpful staff. Only 5 mins to the Supermarket and less than 10 mins to the Commercial Centre with all the restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic 4 days with friends. Villa is absolutely fantastic. Home from home. Everything you need is to hand. Ĺovely pool and outdoor seating area. Very clean . Comfortable beds and excellent location. We will very much look forward to coming back very soon.

The villa is situated close to bars and restaurants... two being right next door to the villa. There is no need for a car as you can get a bus if you wish to go to the beach or further away.
There was plenty of room 6 adults and two teens... all had a room each and plenty of showers/bathroom space.
The pool was great were we spent a lot of our time.
Julie and Mark were on hand if you need help or advice about things...they also recommended places to eat/drink.
If you are keen on golf you are surrounded by three golf courses, so take your pick.
Definitely will return to this villa as it has everything you need... a home from home

Very nice property, very clean but in need of some tlc. Excellent location. Was more than adequate for a party of 8 golfers. Only issue was no gas barbecue as listed on Vrbo only coal barbecue.

Property was very good, location was next to a main road and pub, therefore noisy. Easy access to supermarket and shops, short walk to pubs and restaurants.

This house was superb for a group of golfers with plenty of space and a beautiful outdoor pool. Pubs, restaurants and supermarkets all very close by. Two golf courses were about a mile away with lots more within half hour drive. I would recommend this house and Julie the local agent is very helpful as well.

It was a fairly last minute booking for us due to covid changing our existing plans. The space was perfect for what we needed and the kids spent most of the time in the pool! It was an ideal location for us as it was close to supermarkets, beaches, golf, markets etc.
The owners and local contact were helpful if we needed anything which made the stay even easier!
Not exactly property related but the weather was great too - the outdoor space helped us enjoy this too.

We had a great time at this villa. Big venue with 3 badrooms. The swimming pool was great and needed because it was very hot! Everything was clean and contact with agency was sufficient.

Great stay. Julie was a pleasure to deal with, one.or two small issues over the three weeks realt with straight away. Location is perfect. Bar with playground next door. And all amenities with in 600m. Bus to cabo roig and la zenia just up the road. The outside area of the house is brilliant the added addition of the outside TV area just makes it great for families. I'd highly recommend.

Great location but inside could do with updating. Bar beside was brilliant with Georgie and Bob looking after us all very well.

Once we finally arrived at the villa (we got lost), we were very happy with how big it was and how spacious all of the rooms were, and of course the lovely pool that you see as soon as you walk through the gate!!
The villa is very close to a large selection of bars and restaurants and only about 10 minutes drive from a variety of nice beaches.
I stayed at the villa with my husband and our 3 children, we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the children spent alot of time in the pool (lots of pools toys and towels were already at the villa) and we enjoyed many a evening relaxing outside whilst having a bbq.
The only downside we found was that the upstairs was so hot, the first night we stayed we had the ceiling fan and all fans on but was so hot still. I messaged Julie who said you have to pay 1 euro for 2 hours worth of air con, we decided to all sleep downstairs instead, with the children in one room and up in the lounge.
Other than this issue, the holiday was perfect, a lovely villa and pool, close to shops, restaurants and beaches etc, we would definitely come back!!!!
